Good bottom projection, but feels like runs small. I started from third hook on the band, so need say band is loose. I bought same size as Gaia, this bra sizes similar as Gaia 65E semi soft.
Lace edge on the top of the cup is very thin, stretchy and smoothly. A little cuts into breast tissue on my big side.
Even though Bratabase with its algorithms states that it fits, I don't think it does. Band is firm and it feels OK on the loosest set of hooks but I'm not sure if the cup size is right. There's no cutting into breast tissue on my bigger side but the cup seems too small, it bends down under the weight of my boob. This bra gives me kind of droopy shape which I don't really like. Strange thing for a padded bra and padding here is rather thick. Also, the cup's apex is very stiff and beacuse the straps are set too far apart it digs into my armpit causing me serious discomfort. My skin gets squashed every time I raise my arms. Patty looks much better in stock photos. I'm not a fan of this lace on the cups but the brown colour is nice and these colourful dots on the bottom part of cups are really cute. The overall effect is poor and I will avoid B-401 construction from Gorteks in the future.
Me: Narrow roots, narrow shoulders, evenly round, lots of immediate projection, slightly FoB, slightly centre full, splayed, never met a gore I didn't like, left-heavey by more than a cup size, 31" underbust, but prefer tight band with extender. Panache, Freya size 30GG
I really shouldn't like this bra ... but I do. It is a cup size too small and I am actually debating trying the size up in spite of a number of design problems.
To begin with, two hooks and tiny, fully elastic straps.
Second, inner side slings that cuts into immediate projection, elastic top edge of the cup that quads when you move, the straps are set too far appart - but are fortunately insubstantial enough not to cut in, and poor lift/shape.
Pros: super narrow centre gore with great side boning
This is quite a sexy bra without sacrificing modesty or coverage. The black mesh and lace laid over a fully lined nude cup gives an illusion of being completely sheer, but the lining prevents any show through. Construction: 3 part cup provides great coverage, projection and support. The inside of the cups are a jersey knit kind of fabric while the outside is sheer mesh and lace. Very sturdy construction while the bra itself is very light weight. The straps are fully adjustable and the band offers 3 hooks. Fit: The cup depth is a bit smaller on this model, which provides a bit more cleavage. Like most Polish ...bras, the straps are wider set than most UK and US brands. But, with that, the outer part of the cup comes up a little higher. This works well to contain that 'armpit fat' for me, but may be an issue for others. The band is rather giving. I ordered a larger band than usual as I had read that the bands run small in @Gorteks, but I didn't find that in any of the 4 that I ordered. Wearing a 34 band in US/UK sizes, 80 in Ewa Michalak and 85 in @Comexim, I ordered @Gorteks in an 80 band and it's on the smallest hook immediately. I would suggest using the standard conversion for band size with @Gorteks. The cups offer great support, projection and a ever so slightly pointy shape. Read more 137 more words
Being mildly uncertain of the size conversion, I ordered this @Gorteks bra in 80H instead of the 80G I did in other models, just in case. Sure enough, it's a little too large for my smaller breast. But it's a beautiful and feminine bra. Very lightweight and comfortable Construction: With a 3 part cup, it provides great coverage, projection and support. The inside of the cups are a nude jersey knit kind of fabric while the outside is smooth polyester floral print with sheer upper cups (with nude lining behind it). I don't see either being easily snagged. The construction is excellent. The straps are fully adjustable and the ...band offers 3 hooks. Fit: As far as the fit goes, like most Polish bras, the straps are wider set than most UK and US brands. But, with that, the outer part of the cup comes up a little higher. Notable: Runs a band size small, very projected, very narrow fully adjustable straps, stretch lace cups allow flexible fit, good depth at bottom of cup.
It's a basic beige bra, subdued pattern, side sling, soft side boning. Only decoration is a beige flat bow with a small bling pendant at the center gore. Great uplifted shape with a hint of a point, minimizes a little. Doesn't allow room for as much center fullness as I have but it would not be a problem for most people. It is a hair wider than I'd consider ideal but it's not a problem fit-wise. I get a very upfront shape.
My only beige unlined bra. Fits pretty good but the gore does not lay completely flat. I believe this is because the top of the cups are slightly too closed off for my upper fullness and so the gore is lifting to make more room. I don't really consider this to be a bad thing though because it is so minor. Slight quadding on my fuller right side. Nice, natural shape. Comfortable straps that are well away from my armpits. Very happy.
A very pretty, forset-green bra. It is a hybrid between a halfcup and a plunge, fits similarly to Masquerade Rhea (6121) . The straps are too far apart for me, which makes the cups cut into my boobs.
This bra is from my pre-Bratabase era when I started the journey of finding out my real size. I had no idea then that this was a Polish make and was actually convinced that this is how a bra should fit. How wrong! There is nothing wrong with the bra, it is just a cup size smaller from what I really need. Also, the band is quite stretchy, which is not my personal preferance as of late. Low gore, thin straps, lightweight and silky soft to the touch. A minimalist beauty. This is a well made 3piece cup bra - very lightly padded and cotton lined. It achieves a moulded appearance actually, even though the seams are showing a bit under thin shirts. I would say that it fits like a 32C, as the band is longer and stretchier than most of my other 30s. Mind you, at that time I thought that 32C was my size and going up a cup size and down with band size were my first baby steps in the right direction.
I really think that this bra is beautifully constructed, the only issue that I have with it is that the cups are too small for me. I like how narrow the cups are, and I really like the design it is soo beautiful. I did want to mention that is bra does have straps that are multiway, so that might be an advantage for some people. The band of this bra is a little tight for me. I am going to exchange this bra and get a 32ff or a 70h, because this 32f/70g is too small for me in the cups. I think though that the Gorteks Lorin runs small in the cups. When I compare this bra to my 70g Nessa or my 70g Kris Line Kama, these cups run pretty small.
This bra is a little narrower and shallower and taller than ewa bras. It gives me a nice shape, though there is a smidge of in-cup quadding going on at the horizontal seam. It fits true to size compared to ewa. It's absolutely gorgeous!
Gorteks uses long vertical wire underwires, meaning that the wire on the outer part of the breast is straight and slightly longer than the inner part. The bra provides nice support The band has some decent stretch which bounces back after hand washing.
Gorteks padded bras aren't very padded. They have a thin padding that provides structure, but it doesn't add to your size. I love how all the Gorteks bras provide lift. The Polish brand follows the typical Polish style of cupcakes on a plate (breasts up and out with a natural, prominent shape).
I have the cream colored one. The straps are removable making the bra convertible. Gorteks' bras are supportive enough to be worn as a strapless bra. On occasion a new Gorteks bra has slightly itchy hooks and eyes, but this goes away after a washing or two.
