The band was slightly loose, but probably fine for someone who usually wears a 32. I usually wear a 28/30 band. Either the cup was too small or the wires too narrow. I had the quad boob effect even though the wires did not sit right beneath my breast tissue AND cut in on the inner breast tissue near the gore. Otherwise, it is a lovely bra.
The band was a bit loose but probably fine for someone who usually wears a 32. I usually wear a 28/30. The cup, ironically, seemed too small or the wires too narrow.
The straps on this bra were very difficult to adjust. The band was one of the less loose Heidi Klum ones. Unfortunately, the elastic on the upper edge cut into my breast tissue and created quad boobs.
Bra band width: Although I usually wear a 30 band, I can start off on the loosest hook on this bra. The tightest hook is obviously preferable, but then the gore no longer sits on my chest.
Underwire: A bit on the long side for me if I push the wire directly under the breasts. Also wires seem narrow. Wires get pushed down at least half an inch as a result.
Cups: A bit shallow on the bottom, which is typical of many contour bras for me.
The boning on the side makes this lacy bra a lot more supportive than I'd imagined. That said, the band is definitely big on me since I usually wear a 30 band. I followed the band suggestion on the Heidi Klum Intimates website, and unfortunately, I should have stuck with my usual band size. If I wear the bra on the tightest hook, I can get away with wearing the bra. However, I wouldn't be able to make this bra last once the lace stretched out.
Also, there is a slight quad boob effect on my right, with both breasts' apex being tilted downward rather than my usual, natural upward tilt. It isn't the most flattering bra underneath clothing, but it'll suffice.
I always have difficulty figuring out the fit of contour/push-up bras. This bra definitely isn't for full-on-bottom breasts. The shallowness near the underwire boosts up the bosom so it's hard to know whether the breast tissue is just being boosted by the shallowness or the underwire is sitting too low in addition. I wish I could compare it with a bra a cup size larger. In addition, the bra straps are too loose even after being tightened completely. The band is too large as well.
The band was a bit too big for me, but that's understandable since I usually wear a 28 or 30. Unfortunately I couldn't find any of this bra in the 30 band.
If you fit into the 32D unlined Heidi Klums, be sure to go up a cup size for this contour bra. Its cup is definitely shallower, so the gore did not tack against the breastbone.
The boning on the sides help keep a lot of my wraparound breast tissue on the chest rather than under my arm. As a result, I feel remarkably supported for such a lacy bra.
This bra fit deceptively well in the store but the band has already stretched out a bit and I'm wearing it on the tightest setting now (originally wore it on middle setting). I bought it because the band runs quite snug for a 32 (at least initially) but my underbust is <27 so I really shouldn't have bought it. It is really cute, comfortable and looks great under clothes. I couldn't quite fill out the bottom and sides of the cups, so if you are shallower and more FoB (or just larger than me proportionally maybe). Straps are a bit wide set for my taste, but they almost always are.
what about the cup size? would you say it is too big/small?
