At first, I thought this bra fit me pretty well. It is pretty shallow, fits snugly, gore tacks great, only minimal poking, and is terrific at minimizing and keeping my boobs securely in place. After about 1 week of wear, I began to realize that the wires were just too wide for my narrow rooted breasts, the cup was too tall for me, and that the outer top edge of the cup was cutting into my pectoral muscles. Plus, although I have a very large frame, this bra just seemed too wide, tall, and large for my shallow, deflated boobs.
It just isn't doing what I wanted, which ... was to give me some oomph and lift. It just seemed to flatten my soft and shallow breasts further. It felt more like a sports bra fit on my body. I've lost about 110 lbs recently, and my boobs are quite deflated, so while I measure about a 34 DD, I just don't have the volume, projection, and firmness of breast tissue to fill out this cup. It doesn't wrinkle much on the top edge, which is a problem I normally have with most bras, but when I bend over or reach, it gapes incredibly. I tried adding some silicone cutlets, but it didn't fix the fit problems for me.
This would be a great bra for someone who is fuller, has little sagging, is shallow, wide rooted, and measures 32-34 band-wise, as the band is very snug on the last hook. The only other thing I'd add fit-wise is that I have a very curvaceous rib cage in the front, and the wires sit very straight. I found it would pinch the front of my ribs at the very bottom of the cup. May not bother someone with more rib cage padding.
On the plus side, it is a very pretty bra, and I'm sad it doesn't fit well as I think it is quite sexy looking. It was listed as 'gray', but the color is more like a smoke lavender with pinkish cream detailing and inner cups. I did cut out the Figleaves branding tag on the back because it was scratchy, but I left the washing info/sizing info tag, which has a satin feel. It has been washed twice, and worn approximately 20 times. It has stretched out a bit, but still looks and feels next to new.

I again think the fit problem here with the gaping is because the band is clearly too big for you. I think the 30 band bras you own fit you very well, IF you put in the time to shorten the band to your needed length of 28.
