I bought this bra because I needed another beige-colored one and I think it was like $10 at Marshall's or a similar discount retailer. It's never fit very well, but then again, minimizers are pretty much designed not to. It certainly does minimize my bust, although the band isn't terribly supportive at all (it's super stretchy), and it's basically unlined so I do get headlights on occasion. I'm thinking of retiring this bra, or keeping it for emergencies only.
I have close-set big boobs, and this is the best bra (to date) that I have found that fits me. My boobs stay in place, and this bra actually holds them forward and upward, giving them a more youthful pointy shape while maintaining some modesty. It is unlined, no added bulkiness from padding. Side boob is somewhat under control as well. It is not the most sexy bra I would like my boyfriend to see me wearing, but under clothes....? Dang, this bra makes me look perky and 10 lbs. thinner. And ...making you look young and thin is good by me! On the downside, it does have a matronly appearance. Also, the cups could be closer together. I have a short torso, and this bra could probably be altered to make the straps even shorter. I have them on the tightest position for now. Also, I took this picture today and this bra has been seriously worn for a year. SOME TIME LATER... I recently looked at some pictures of myself wearing this bra WITH CLOTHING and had a rude awakening! Alas, this bra is a minimizer and it squashed my boobs--making me look very thick torso'd! A weird, thickish torso which is not attractive at all. No more minimizers for me! Read more 159 more words
I love the wide straps on this bra. Next time I will try to find a smaller band size to improve fit. The mesh on the band interior scratches a bit when I sweat.
When I first bought this bra I loved how it minimized and separated. I didn't know much about how a bra should fit at the time, so I can't tell you if it fit well, but I do know that it was my favorite daily bra. Even when the seam of the cup to the wing started to separate on the left cup, I still wore it! I'm pregnant and have gone up a cup or two and I'm still trying to wear it until I get another bra that fits, and of course the seam is ripping more. I would buy this bra again.
I actually wear this bra a lot, despite it being not my size at all. I like the shape/feel of the cups; it's minimizing without flattening, and it keeps the breasts separate which I like. The seam on the cup does show through on some shirts, but it's not a big problem. I actually like the way the front of the bra looks too. I wish the bra came in smaller band and larger cup sizes and that the back didn't look like such a grandma bra, though.
Fit's pretty well and gives good support, just don't expect to get any cleavage. Pretty comfortable for a strapless. Also I can wear this bra as a 30G without many issues, the band is slightly too loose but the cups fit fine.
I like this bra. It is comfortable. It is smooth under clothing. I wish it had a little more lift to it. As it is, it supports my breasts well. It is pretty.
If you have wide but shallow breasts this may work for you. As a minimizer it already has shallow cups. The cup are like little trampolines, sort of flat until you put it on and then you get that mashed down sensation. This idea works well for me. Everything is smooth finished which is so nice for comfort if you are sensitive to scratchy edges. I wish the back fastener itself didn't stretch, it seems like it looses support points here. The sides are high enough to prevent underarm bumps. Overall not a bad bra but I can hardly believe it would support anyone who really needs to minimize.
This was the first bra I tried to get in a style that fit me, so I can't comment on how it fit because I am uncertain of my best size. I returned it because it gave me majorly pointy boobs and pushed them too far apart.
