While this bra technically fit me, I didn't really like how it felt. The band was very tight, and the underwires were extremely firm. The cups were also very stiff and overall the bra was very uncomfortable.
The underwire is a little too wide for my shape, but it's pretty well filled out - so it should work for someone else that's more full-on-bottom. The fabric is nice and soft and it does not itch. The straps are very pretty and do not cut in, the gore - even when laying flat is supremely comfortable and does not dig into the sternum. The band is true to size and does have some stretch to it. Though, if you're sister-sizing from a 36FF, it will be a tad snug. If you like tighter bands, you should be fine.
I love the mint color of this bra and little bow with leopard print. It has fully adjustable straps. I wore it a few times when suddenly one of the straps snapped off which says everything about the quality. The band is quite stretchy but it's easy to alter. This size is too small for me in cups unfortunately.
Faaantastic cleavage bra. I also find the pattern cute, although not my style. It is not the most comfortable thing I've had, however. This is one of those bras where the bottom elastic strip on the band is tighter than the rest of the band, leaving a very uncomfortable indent after more than a few hours of wear. The cup runs very small--this fits much more like a 28FF or 30F than its labelled size. Bottom of the cup is a bit shallow for me and I get creasing, but I get that in most if not all padded bras.
Ordered this a few days ago along with 32GG - Marks & Spencer » Longline Lace Bra Dd-gg (T81-002338686 . As with the longline bra I've been caught out by M&S' sizing which excludes FF so their GG is really a (small!) G. This is also a "Megan" style, though I wouldn't have guessed this was based on the same style as the longline bra if the label hadn't said so. The band is looser and the cups (again moulded rather than padded) are slightly more enclosed at the top so the shape seems less amenable to FoT busts. It looks lovely- on the hanger anyway- and would definitely be worth the price (£17.50) if it fit. The only drawback (sizing aside) would be the straps, which are partially adjustable but with the non-adjustable section also being made from stretchy elastic so they can't be shortened significantly.
Ordered this the other day along with the Marks & Spencer Slinky Gathered Padded Plunge Bra Dd-gg (T81-021128865D) . It's pretty and affordable (£14)- but sadly far too small for me. I hadn't realised M&S don't do a FF size so their GG is really a G- and a bit of a scant G at that! I also found the band very tight. Sizing issues aside though, the bra seems good value for the price. I would describe the cups as moulded rather than padded. The "long line" part adds about an inch to the band depth. The straps are partially adjustable but the non-adjustable section is also stretchy so they can't be shortened very effectively. A label on the inside informs the wearer this shape of bra is called "Megan"- not sure if this is something new M&S are doing to group styles together?
This bra has been altered to fit like a 30E. I think the straps were altered, but they are still wide for me. I am very petite and have narrow shoulders. The person who altered this bra did a really good job.
I find the Limited Collection from M&S runs one band size and one cup size too small. I usually wear a 28G and the 30G in M&S fits me like a glove. Great for my small frame, and even though the straps are wider than I am usually drawn too, they fit very comfortable on narrow shoulders. One of the few manufacturers with very low gores with bigger cups.
The color is gorgeous, stays in place throughout the day, no adjusting needed and looks super sexy.
On me, I have found that the 28G (28FF) and the 28F fit very similarly, this is why they both sorta fit me. The 28G is larger only by a little with higher cups and more of it going into your armpits. The band on this bra is very firm, it fits like a loose 24 or tight 26 band. I can fasten it, put 2 fingers under the band, etc but it feels quite tight.
I dislike the wires the most. They are very stiff and quite painful. I need to bend them to relieve pressure off certain areas.
The band is really tight. With extenders on it fits really good. It's a black, lightly padded plunge. I really like this bra. Very good bra if you want cleavage. Good if you need a 24" band.
I wanted this bra to work, I wanted it to be comfortable, I wanted to like wearing it. None of that happened. I thought I was shallow, I got a shallow bra, turns out I'm not quite that shallow. The cup is a little big for me although it almost works for my PMS boobs, shape issues aside.
The fabric is nice, the pink embroidery is extremely vibrant, I love the dark purple fabric, the powermesh in particular is very firm which is nice. Unfortunately this bra is just all wrong for me.
My breasts push this bra down almost immediately, it ends up a good half inch below my ...root. The gore tries to stab me in the heart even after bending the wires, the gore is slightly too wide for me so it pokes me in the boob as well as the sternum. The wires are quite wide, even a bit wider than I need, although would be almost spot on with a narrow gore.
I think this bra could work great for someone with shallow, wide, wide-set breasts, best suited to someone with upper fullness (but not too much or the top of the cup with cut in). All-in-all, it's a cute bra and if the shape works for you it'd be pretty great. I'll probably list it soon although I'm not sure if anyone wants a bra with a bent gore. Read more 124 more words
I think this bra may work better for someone with slightly more FoT breasts. It also is SLIGHTLY too shallow for me; I am projected but not very projected.
It is slightly an uncomfortable bra for me, but I imagine more comfortable to someone who fits the shape.
This bra is extremely cute and quite comfortable. The band feels true to size, but the cups run small since my larger breast is right on the edge of quadboobing. I would recommend sizing up at least one cup size on this one. In addition, shallow breasts seem best suited to the shape of the cup.
Edit: Alas, the quadboob only seems to have grown more prominent/uncomfortable, which is unfortunate since this bra is adorable.
The band runs firm and cups runs small. I believe that I'm between sizes (28D and 28DD). The cups gape slightly at the top on my larger breast. I have shallow and even breasts. But holy craptastic is there a lot of padding, it honestly looks like the bottom half of the cups are just padding. The cups are lined with a material that isn't too breathable so I find it a bit sticky and sweaty to wear in warmer weather. Six hooks so I'm breaking it in with two sets of three hook extender.
