This bra was far too small for me. (Ironically, the Alice in one size larger 28E was far too big.) It was a lovely, well-made bra. It definitely reminds me of old-school corsets, especially the support it provides. Other than the cup which was too small, the bra put all the extra flesh that wrap under my arms where it ought to be. That was surprisingly pleasant.
I do hope to find it in the right size as I suspect it'll be a good bra for me. Perhaps a 30DD or 30E.
This is a gorgeous bra! It's a little short on the side, and I need to size up in the cup but I'm planning to exchange it for a 28E. The band is nice and firm, and the cups are very wide set which is great for me.
This bra fits me so well! The underwires are shorter than the Rhea, so they don't poke me in the chest. The band doesn't have much stretch, but it is true to size. The single vertical seam in the cups has done what everyone said it would, which is give cleavage I didn't even know I had! The shape they create is a bit different than what I'm used to, but there's nothing wrong with it. I kind of what to say the cups make my breasts look a bit pointy. The straps are comfortable, but sometimes slip since they're so far apart.
The bra feels very soft and well made. The straps are a little different. They are soft and wide in the front, with no give or stretch. The back portion are more traditional bra straps. This also means they may not adjust down enough if you need extremely short straps. The band is very snug and stretches to just 28". Consider sizing up if 28 bands already run snug on you, but it should be fine for those with 28 or smaller underbust measurements.
The cups are so very wrong for my shape. They are extremely shallow in the bottom and open too far on the top. The cups ...have a single vertical seam, and would probably fit those who are more shallow than I very well and give a nice lift. The cups are thinly padded and could be passable if you want something padded that does not add bulk or size.
I love the embroidery on this one. The thread is a cream color with a metallic shine to it. I wish I could fit this one better. Read more 70 more words
Cups runs on the bigger side of 28DD, but were still to small for me. I'd recommend this bra for shallow breasts of all shapes - the cups are very open. Because of the tightness of the band, those needing a 26" or even a 24" should certainly check this one out.

This is a tricky one! It's a lovely bra with a unique design. The satin band is comfortable and firm. I'd say the cups run true to size, but they aren't very compatible with my wide, shallow shape. They cut into my tissue at the sides but I don't completely fill out the cups.
I've been looking for a shallow bra with fairly narrow wires, and this fits the bill. I think it runs a cup large because I'm a solid 28DD and it seems like it would be perfect in a 28D. The band runs quite tight
The quality of this bra is excellent. All the hooks and hardware seem to be metal, which is a nice change from all the plastic/plastic coated hardware I'm used to.
this is a beautiful bra, but like every underwired 28dd bra i've ever tried, the center gore wires are painful on my sternum. the cups are seamed 3 piece, and give a slightly pointed look. i get slight quadboobage on my larger breast, and slight gaping on my smaller breast. the band is also slightly larger than it should be and rides up when on the loosest hooks.
Oh gosh it's amazing, the only problem I have with it is that the lace on the cups shows through thin shirts, but man I don't even care, it's so worth it
I love it! Great clevage, small gore, I only had to alter the band down a bit, but as I am a 26F actually, it should fit true to size. The cups run a bit big, or better said, they need much volume in the upper middle. If you don't have it, go a cupsize down, the wires should be wide enough for that. I am between the sizes 28E und 28F, and I wear the Rhea in 28DD and 28E
I have very shallow, wide breasts that are moderately conical in shape.
This is a pretty bra. The embroidery on the cups is intricate and there are no frayed threads. The embroidery kind of matches up at the seams, but not very well. The straps are half adjustable, but adjusted far enough for me. The front half of the strap starts out at about 1/2", and then gets wider so that it's about 1" wide at the shoulder, which is a nice detail.
The band is very stiff, not much give to it. It is very plain: no embroidery, and a simple bow in between ...the cups.
Unfortunately, this bra did not work for me. While the top edge of the cup was open - very open - there was too much projection for me. However, the wires were barely wide enough, so I think that if I went down a cup size, the wires would be sitting on breast tissue. The base of the cup, though, was perfectly shallow enough for me.
Overall, I think this bra would be perfect for someone who is less shallow and more just full on top. Read more 89 more words
A very pretty bra. For someone needing narrower wires and more projection, not for a shallow chest. The band runs small and has very little stretch, so a 28 would be best suited for 26 or lower.
I really want to like this bra. the navy blue lace is so pretty! It's quite comfortable. And the band runs small! Love that so much. I'm not sure if it's an issue of how the bra was shipped to me or just the way I'm filling them out, but the cups seem to have quite the point on them, especially the left cup (my smaller side), which gives a weird look under shirts.
It gives me a really pointy shape. Unfortunately, while it's gorgeous, the detailing at the top of the cup doesn't quite work for me. It doesn't lie flat against my breast tissue even though the cup does (if that makes sense..).
it's also flat on the side of my breasts which is actually great, but combined with pointy middle bit really doesn't work.
Band runs true and tight, not very stretchy at all. I also LOVE the straps. They're the main reason I tried this.
The band looks really really tight on you, and it could be messing up fit. Just something to look out for. Those wires are distorting majorly on you.
