I just love this, which is so weird because I'm not shallow. I have no idea. This bra shouldn't work, but it does. Amazing cleavage, amazing comfort. Just perfect all-around. For once, a bra where I don't have to let out the straps the whole way!
I basically always wear a 32E, but I got this in a 30F because I found it a lot cheaper. Fits great with an extender.
Just an A+ bra all around. Feels luxurious, looks great. I have to force myself not to wear it every day.
Works as a t-shirt bra under all but the most lightweight things, too!
EDIT: Since gaining some weight and moving to 34Es and 32Fs, for some reason Rhea no longer works for me in either of those sizes. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> Sad.
I bought this bra after finding out that Masquerade had gone out of business. It's a very pretty mineral blue color, with delicate embroidery and lovely lacey mesh flower petals obscuring the straight edge at the top of the cup (which helps keep it from showing under clothes).
Unfortunately, this one is too loose in the band. I'm not sure if they start out more snug and this one just relaxed with wear, or if I would need a 28 which was never manufactured, but it is just a hair too loose on the third set of hooks, and definitely shifts on the first set. I will probably try ...and take it in since there's no smaller size available anymore.
I think it's a little shallow in the cups, too, because I get a little of the orange-in-a-glass effect with the crumpling at the bottom of the cup. Because it's too loose in the band, the cups also don't support as well as they might otherwise. You can see in the photos how there is space between the cup and the breast from some angles, so they just aren't quite doing their job. I think, if the band were tighter, the F cups would be just right as far as volume is concerned. The gore is wonderfully low and tacks perfectly well.
You can't really tell in the side shots, but the curve of the underwire is just a little too steep for the shape of my root, but this is a super common problem for me, and if I can't feel the pressure, I usually ignore it. In this case the bra is perfectly comfortable, aside from the little shifting of the band. Read more 174 more words
Yep. I have pictures of it on the loosest and tightest set of hooks, and it is too loose on both.
That sucks! I didn't wear it very much - it was too loose on the tightest setting for me pretty much from the start. I don't think those satin bands stretch much. Can you alter it? Otherwise it looks pretty nice on you!
I think you and I just must need something smaller than a Masquerade 30, that's all! I am definitely going to alter it, though, especially because with less stretchiness to worry about, there won't be any uneven tension with my imperfect hand stitching later on.
This bra is beautiful and a great colour. The band is quite generous, like a freya 30, roomier than a Cleo 30. It is slightly too small in the cup for me, i get crushing over/near the gore and I feel like things are going to fall out it is VERY 'half cup'. I guestimate it is a similar fit to a Cleo maddie 30FF or Cleo Darcy 30FF (in the cup atleast) as they should fit me ok. I've worn it once and I couldn't feel a thing - very comfy!
This bra was disappointing. The straps are only half adjustable and the non-adjustable part feels like cheap craft ribbon. I think I prefer the normal strapping. The cups gave an awful pointy shape, although I think it might be because the cups are too deep.
The band is nice and firm, I actually find it slightly too tight. The lace overlay is really pretty as well. Overall, other than the straps, the quality of the bra is pretty good.
This bra gives a round shape and an alarming amount of cleavage. The colour is a lovely desaturated light cyan. It's got mesh and lace over the cups while the wings and straps have a sheen. It's very simple and elegant in appearance.
I didn't own it brand new, and it appears to have little life left. The band has stretched out so there are permanent wrinkles along the wings and the gore. Sometimes the cups go wide and I have to adjust the shape.
The cups are too wide for me, and also too high. Plunge styles are higher by default I suppose, but this one kind of rubs against my armpits.
Found that this beautiful bra comes out smaller in the cup than my beloved freya totally tartan longline. i will definately need to size up in the cup and probably down in the band too, maybe 28G or 30FF - if anyone can help, i would be happy to swap?!
A really nice looking bra, which fits me pretty well. The only issue I have is that it's a little too shallow at the bottom but it doesn't diminish the comfort. The fabric and construction both feel excellent. I ordered a 30 instead of a 28 because I read the band runs tight, but it would not have been necessary. The cut of the bra provides a beautiful "cakes on a plate" cleavage and a nice amount of lift. I just got this bra, so I cannot comment on how it wears over time, but I will report back.
This left really large gaps on the sides of my boobs, which showed through my shirt. From the various reviews/comments I've read on reddit ABTF, this is probably just not a right shape for me.
This bra is very pretty. The cups fit nicely, and this bra alters your silhouette by giving the breasts a round shape and pointing them upwards and forwards. The band is snug and firm and it doesn't loosen throughout the day. The stretch of the fabric on the wings creates awkward bulges under my arms. I still haven't decided whether or not I like the bra, despite having worn it several times. The places where the straps connect on the band are thick and connected to a ring, and sometimes this whole area bothers me after wearing it all day.
This bra is gorgeous! I need a smaller cup (likely an E), but even then I'm not sure it would work with my shallow breasts--there is a ton of empty space at the top! The core and straps are super comfortable, and the wings are a good height for me. I really wish this could work, but I think the cup shape is all wrong for me.
Wasn't sure of my size, and the 30F is a little too big. Will definitely try this in an E, though! Beautiful, with great high wings and strong hooks. Center gore is slightly uncomfortable, but not terrible.
Very pretty sheer bra. The band is nice and snug, and the cups are wide--I would need a 30E rather than a 30F. The gore was a bit too snug/uncomfortable for me.
I would have a perfect love with the 30F Masquerade Amor Bra in Berry if I didn't have so much firm tissue at the sides. It takes high wires at the sides and high wings to keep my breasts front and center. Other than the side bulging, this fits great. The 30F Masquerade Amor Sweetheart Moulded Bra doesn't lock in my side tissue. It's a shame, because this could've functioned as the smooth bra everyone needs to wear under certain clothes. It has an elegant, sophisticated, sexy look, and jewel tones are my favorite.
This Berry color has somewhat bigger cups than the same bra in Midnight, the deep sapphire color. Unfortunately it isn't taller under the arms than the other color. I could've easily tolerated a lower gore and less coverage up top and toward the center gore. Firm tissue like mine doesn't spill out in the center. Lower coverage cups merely give the girls a more heaving bosom appearance. Lower coverage under the arms leads to underarm bulge, and who wants that? Argh.
One of my main fitting challenges is my firm tissue, in abundance at the sides. I LOVE this deep blue color, which they called Midnight. It's not a navy blue bordering on black. It's more like a deep sapphire. I'm not going to whine, but I am sad. It's taken me months to get over this not working for me.
This is a very pretty bra! The details are amazing.
I got this bra slightly used, but the band is very loose. I would recommend this for someone who wears a true 30 or small 32 band. This surprised me because my Rhea in 28FF and Estepona in 30E are tight in the band. On this I have to wear it on the tightest hook.
The cups are the perfect size for me. They are lined and stiff, but not super padded. The shape I get is very rounded. When I move around, I get a lot of gaping, but I think that would go away if I was wearing a 28 band. I have short boobs, but I'm also shallow, and this bra is a great shape for me. This looks really good under fitted t-shirts, but the lace details will show under light colored shirts.
The straps are amazingly beautiful and I'm never embarrassed if they show under shirts!
I bought the Amor in 30F because the 28FF band felt too tight. The 30F band was fine, but it turns out that the cup is too small. The cup and the band run small in this style.
It's a gorgeous bra, and gives a lovely rounded shape and lift.
It is a beautiful basque and I absolutely adore it and so does the hubby. The down fall it does not fit really. It is too small in the cups and too big in the body
I like this bra's fit, but am not too keen on the colour or the lace. There's mesh inside the band, so I think it'll be more breathable. The straps are nice and thick and the hooks are unpainted metal.
This is my first Panache bra. Oh my goodness, such loveliness. I'm afraid to wear it and get it dirty. It seems like it would be a crime against bramanity. Seriously, this is a really pretty bra. It gives me a green shape. I can see why it's considered a luxury brand. I like the shiny metal details, and the silvery-lavender material is gorgeous. The gore is a little high for me, and there is a very slight gapping around the gore on my larger side (much more gapping on the smaller side), but it doesn't show under a shirt and I've seen much worse.
Update: Ouch! Had to ...take it off after a little while of wearing it. The gore is just too much for me. D,: Update 2: Still sore the next day. This bra really didn't agree with me.
Update 3: Tried an extender, but still looked weird and more like a full cup instead of a plunge. This was as close as I was going to get to a correct size; it just wasn't the right shape for me. Exchanged it for a Panache Andorra plunge. Read more 79 more words
It's too loose on the tightest hooks?
