This is a copy-paste of my review from my other Panache Sport in lime--they fit exactly the same on me, thankfully! In this size range, this bra is good for shallow breasts with gradually-sloping tall roots, as mine are. Oh, and I ne
I have wide, even breasts with tall roots.
There is no cutting into my tall roots on the top--great fit there.
Very tight band, reminiscent of Cleo bands. This bra is SO CUTE and feels very well made.
The underwires are strange--they feel much more flexible than normal wires. It is hard to feel them at all. I didn't realize that the bra was actually ...sitting well below my inframammary fold at first. I tried adjusting it upward but I find it more comfortable a bit below--however, it's hard to tell where the wires even are due to their strangeness, and I'm not sure the wire placement matters as much for a sports bra.
It gives a nice round, and uplifted-but-slightly-minimized shape. I would definitely wear this as a normal bra on some days.
Due to the shape and construction of the bra, I had some difficulty on the S&S.
Can update this review after the next game of ultimate frisbee!
update: This sports bra is AWESOME! I don't have large breasts, but the fact that I never thought about what I was wearing or what my boobs were doing proves that everything was in place (and I could focus on the game!). Read more 136 more words
This is AMAZING as a sports bra, I dance so I do a lot of bouncing around and this keeps everyone locked in. I bought it in a white and a black colour, it'd be great for dance if they ever did a nude version of this. I think all bras should have their wires in silicone, you can't feel them! Sadly after about 4 months I have grown out of them both, but when I can I will definitely re-buy them!
I really wanted this to work. It's a very attractive sports bra. It has a nice shape that looks good with or without clothes and seems well made. It's certainly comfortable. It took me awhile to realize that the gore is pretty wide and digs into my breast tissue terribly. The wires are too wide. I also have quadboob and don't fill out the bottom of the cups. Depending on how I adjust it these problems become more or less apparent (which you can see by comparing my pictures), but I can't get around the fact the shape doesn't work for me and it's not supportive enough. On ...top of all this, I would be better of going down a band size, which isn't possible. I also tried this bra on in a 28F, but it felt both a band and cup size too big. If this bra was sold in a 26F with a more narrow and projected shape with a smaller gore I'd be in heaven https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />.
Pictures were taken with the band worn on the tightest hooks & using the racerback hooks. Read more 84 more words
This is really late but I heard that the non-wired version has better projection and is more closed at the top so maybe you'll have better luck with the 28F in that?
Not much can be said about the Panache Sport that hasn't already been said! It's wonderfully comfortable and fits perfectly. It's also incredibly flattering under clothing -- my boobs look larger, rounder, and more lifted in this sports bra than they do in most of my other "regular" bras!
I have heard of this bra running large in some sizes, but this fits like my other Panache 28Es. The band is on the tighter side and it's very comfortable most of the time, but it can be a little restricting during intense aerobic exercise. If you're in between band sizes, I'd recommend sizing up, especially if you plan on wearing this during intense workouts.
I definitely prefer this bra over the Freya Active. The fit on this one can be hard to determine because of the way the gore works (there's like two layers of fabric so it can look like it isn't tacking even when it is) and such, but it's very comfortable and works great for sports/running/etc. I'm in between a 28E and F and this bra fit well in the 28E; I think a 28F would have been too big. The band is pretty snug, so if you're in between bands you might consider sizing up.
Also, the straps are fine when they're in the regular position, but I can't use the J-hook at all, even when the straps are loosened all the way. The straps dig into my neck when I use the hook and are way too tight, which is unfortunate because I wear a lot of tank tops when working out so it would be nice to convert it. But I can live with that as its only flaw.
I'd never had an encapsulation sports bra before this. Really nice, elastic material. Plays well under all kinds of shirts and gym clothes but is also sufficiently full coverage that running in it is somewhat modest. Very, very firm band. If you're on the cusp of needing 30s you'll want to stick with 30s. It doesn't move around at all, essential if you have larger breasts. I would say that the wires run pretty similar to Cleo -- pretty middle of the road, at least in this size range.
