    Fits

A very pretty and delicate see-through bra made from lace and mesh. I have the pastel beige/pink colorway and even though it was not probably meant as a nude bra, it could be used as one. The light color also downplays that thick "Ariza-esque" band that goes around the entire bra and makes - I think - some of the other colorways look unnecessarily heavy-duty.

The fit is spot-on. The cups cover the breast quite a lot, though the construction is still that of a balconnette, not a full-cup bra. The shape of the bra is more like the one I get from Freyas, though, nothing as round as ... the Bonnie or the Confetti.

I love the straps! They are THIN! About 1 cm (1.5 cm with embroidery) in width. However, they are only partly adjustable, which is a bit of a pity.

    --- EDIT ---

I've been wearing the Ariza so much in the past few months! I love, love, LOVE the thin straps! I love them so much I could eat them. For the first time in years I don't feel exposed in tops with thin straps - it was a really good idea to get this bra during the summer months.

On the other hand, you know that wide band that makes those thin straps possible? It sort of turns upside down when you wear the bra for a couple of hours. And then it scratches and itches and is generally uncomfortable (and it huuuurts). But I'll live with it, the straps are worth it.

So so pretty! I replaced the underwire with a 5 1/4" wire because this bra was too narrow for me. Now it fits perfect!

  3. This bra is very supportive and pretty, but I do have a few problems with it:

the straps are not quite long enough. The padded part of the straps links to the elastic part of the strap with a little plastic circle. Unfortunately, when I adjust the straps correctly, the circle sits directly on top of my shoulder and it hurts. I think part of this problem is brought on by the cups being about 1 size too small.

I'm also on the fence about the band. On the plus side, it is firm. It is one of the only bras I have tried where the band stays in place ... all day and I don't have to worry about adjusting it. On the downside the band under the cups is wide enough that it can dig in as I move and has flipped under the cup edge to dig in painfully. I have somewhat fixed this problem by letting this section of the band flip up; not ideal but at least then it doesn't hurt me.

This bra is beautiful, though, and gives a nice shape. I would happily buy this bra again in a 36H, as I think that would alleviate most of the problems I have.

This bra is so nice, I really wanted it to fit. Unfortunately I don't fill out the cups very well and the gore is a bit high. I'm fast learning my shape is really only suited to plunge bars. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />

Ooompf. There was so much potential here.
Unfortunately it's another bra that end somewhere in the middle of my boobs causing quadboob (and it is a problem with construction, not with the size -if I would go up with the cup I would gape). The band is nicely snug and fits me well.

This is EVERY Panache bra on me. Every single one. It's comical.

    • 2

I know, right? This happens with all Panches I tried on. Thanks for that gift anyway, Wanabee ! Maybe next time it will be a fit ;)

    • Hmmm. Funny, on my fit request discussion on the Kris Line semisoft I posted yesterday, I asked why there is a gap at the top of the cup near the band - because the bra is too tall for my breast, probably. Panache Floris doesnt do that on me. I guess we have opposite problems. Too bad you arent a 30JJ lol you could try my Kris Line

    • 2

It's a size range thing for manufacturers too dbmamaz . From what I can see, Panache and a number of other brands are trying to come to terms with this grading thing, but they often still overshoot the mark by making cups too tall at the upper end of the cup size range and not tall enough at the lower end.

    • Shucks! Back to the drawing board. :P

    • So the cups are not high enough on top?

    • Wanabee not only that. Compare this bra with a Curvy Kate Portia Balcony Bra (CK4001) or an Freya Arabella (5721) , Portia and Arabella have the bets cut in soft bras for my boobs, this one makes them spil over the edge.

    • Ok, thanks! :^)

Very painful underwires in armpit, I originally thought cup was too large, gained a little, swooped and scooped and now it's cutting on my left side. Wings are also too high in the armpit.

Wires are too long and poke under armpits. Apex of breasts is too far apart, feels fine but would look better closer together; this is more exaggerated in the violet mix one than in the mint one. Planning to take in gore and shorten underwires.

Edit: I shortened the underwires, took in the gore, and lined the underwire channels with fleece. It fits much better now, but I have to wear an extender because the band is smaller with the gore taken in.

    Didn't fit

I first purchased this bra in a 36gg in the lilac/pink, and after noticing some fit issues I ordered a 36h, this time in the violet mix color way.

This bra is just as lovely as the lilac, and the colors are vivid. I never would have thought of combining a deep violet with neon coral and turquoise accent colors, but it's totally adorable.

The issues I had in the smaller cup size were mostly negated in this size, the shape it gives me is rounder, the bottom is maybe a little snug, and the top seam cuts in to my tissue a bit, but I think the wires in this size are a perfect fit, the ogre tacks (except for leaning away a bit at the top, and it is very comfortable.

This bra feels quite supportive. The band is quite firm, so some find it more comfortable to go up a band size in this particular bra. I thought it was okay on the loosest setting, though a 34 band might be comfortable as well.

I felt like the cups run a little small on this one. After scooping and swooping, I get a bit of quadboob. I tried it on shortly after nursing my son with one breast and the quadboob was noticably less on that side but still apparent. It's not so bad as to prevent me from wearing this under a shirt, so long as it isn't exceptionally tight fitting. I think if I were to buy this again I would get a 32K.

Wires felt comfortable, straps are a slight bit thinner than some other models. I find the lace on the cups to be quite cute.
