    Didn't fit

This Blush colorway is a really pretty romantic pink. Lovely lace! Previously, I had tried this in the Gray, both in a 32E and a 30F, which neither were good fits. This one "kinda" fits, but not enough to keep it.
I am short-waisted, but low-set and/or settled: the straps on this extended just barely enough, (but at least it would have plenty of room to adjust as it stretched). The band is a little on the loose side, (I could start this on the 2nd hook). I filled the cups well with a fresh Swoop & Scoop, but as things settled, the bottom of the cups ... (and band too) collapsed and were not getting enough support through the cups or the straps. (Side support was good though, because of the side mesh in the cups). I could prevent the bottom from collapsing by tightening the straps, but that was too uncomfortable. The apex of the cups was wide and high, so this design seems much more suited to self-supporting breasts. However, the top of the cups are quite closed in, so better for FoB or even. The best thing about this bra? It didn't gape! At all!!!
On the right person this bra would look really nice, but it just didn't provide enough lift for me.

  2. This is a pretty bra that offers good support. The center gore is among the lower that Panache makes. I found that it rested on my sternum, but was snug there. I have close-set breasts, so its pretty impossible to find a bra that doesn't dig in at the center gore. Bending the wires out some helped with that. It's pretty comfortable overall, but the lace at the bottom of the cups in particular can get a bit scratchy. The top lace is stretchy and lays flat for me, and could be good to accommodate a variety of breast shapes. The band is quite stretchy; technically I measure into a 32 band and could probably go down to a 32 in this, but I'm looking for some wiggle room to allow for expansion during pregnancy right now. There are matching panties available with this bra as well.

Unlike other Panache bras I've purchased, the band is looser so that I am wearing it at the innermost hook from the get-go. The cup is made entirely of stretch lace. There is no elastic at the top of the cup, just stretch lace, so it's more accommodating of various breast types. That said, my upper tissue must be so soft that the lace pushes into the tissue to form a false quad boob at the top that disappears when I wear a nipple cover. The inner side sling brings the breast forward. It is not as supportive as the Andorra bra, but that's alright. My primary problem ... is that the sides of the bra's cups are so high that it cuts into my arm pit, making the bra rather uncomfortable. The wire height isn't the issue; it really is the cut of the bra's cups. It's less of a problem if I maintain THE most proper posture, but I am not a ballerina. The gore is too wide and hence the cups too apart for my breasts that, though the cups are the right size, I'm finding myself constantly shifting the cups. No matter, the cup separation results in inner quad boobs. This bra is not for me.

    Didn't fit

I was only a little disappointed by this bra, and it has entirely to do with the look and not the fit. I was hoping it would be more sheer, have a lower gore, it looks very different in person than it does in online marketing photos. The lilac is not as pastel as I’d like either. But I’m keeping this bra and I’ll tell you why. The underwire is wide enough for my wide roots and the top of the cup lays flat with only minimal wrinkling, which is very rare with my FOB breasts that also have a tall shallow root tail. I like the natural shape the cup provides, and my particular breasts, which are self supporting despite being 36G, don’t float in the cup like they do in many other bras.

    • Welcome to the club and thanks for the information on the bra. I was looking at it and I think I want one but the online photos make the model look very East/West. I hate that look and it’s very uncomfortable as well.

Great bra and not too expensive. Very comfortable. I was able to wear it all day with no problems.

  6. See my review for the same bra in magenta. I found this in blush on Amazon, but that color seems to no longer be made or sold by other retailers. It's close enough to my skin tone to function as nude, but I'm super pale.

For the record, I have a 2/5 even shape, average to slight projection and tall shallow roots. I usually can't wear plunge styles because they tend to cut into my tall roots, but this bra is a perfect fit! The band does run big - my normal size is 30F, and a 28FF fit me well. I did, however, find that the gore dug into my sternum a little (I find this with most Panach/Cleo bras), but I just bent the top, pointy edge away from my chest slightly and it's comfortable. This did not seem to affect the fit at all. The shape I get from it is natural to rounded. Definitely not pointy or retro in any way. If this bra comes out in more colours, I will definitely be buying them.

  8. I've been on a mail order bra buying blitz to find a size and style that works for me. So far, this brand/size/style is the closest fit I've found. (Though this is the only 28 band I've tried, after lots of 30DD/Es, and I'm realizing that could be the problem.) I like the style but it's nothing dazzling. The low gore and lace top leave me a wee bit jiggly/uncontained feeling because I've got softish tissue and center fullness. But this is minor. The cups are very slightly too wide, especially on one side, but again, really minor. Not much lift, but that's OK. Moderate but not super-strong push-in toward center from the side panel. I am learning side support is a feature to look for...

My shape: fairly projected, tall roots, soft tissue so my projection is all below my apex!, average to narrow roots.

This bra is (in my inexperienced opinion!) more projected than the Andorra in this size, less projected than either Envy or Jasmine. It gives a more rounded shape than the Andorra, too - my suspicion is that it has more space in the lower section of the cup.

The band is true to size, but made of a fairly soft/giving fabric so it feels bigger than it is. Stretching the band, the cups begin distorting at around the 28 inch mark, but the band itself feels loose on my 27 ... inch underbust. So I would not recommend for any sub-28s. The cup width is around average for this size - my bratabase measurement is tip to tip, but I also measured straight across as though the bra were a balconette and the wire continued some, and would put it at around the 5 inch mark. The cups are also deep, over 9 inches in this size - if you are a smaller 28F, you may want to size down. The lower portions of the cups are laminated lace, the upper section is stretch lace, the tension is even across the laminated and stretch lace so there is no in cup quad on me (my soft tissue has a general in-cup quad problem, so this is a surprise to me!).

One problem is the side support - this is made of an entirely separate section which is only sewn to the cup on the outer edge. Something about the tension there plus my soft tissue means that in certain positions - esp. stretching up or down with my arms - the side support pushes literally *all* of my tissue into the rest of the cup, creating a very odd shape. Like my breast becomes a very very narrow and bizarre looking bulge. Hardly ever noticeable, but worth considering if you are thinking of this one for an occasion bra.

Overall, I think this is a great bra for anyone who does well in the Andorra, but possibly for those who do well in deeper cups, too, like the Jasmine or Envy.

This is close to fitting, but the cup size is too small and the straps won't adjust short enough for my short torso and high set boobs. Wire width is comfortable for my average to narrow roots, I could probably take something with 0.5 to 1cm narrower cups better but it's not really an issue. Gore is comfortable for my very close set breasts. With adjustable straps this would probably fit me well in a 32HH or J. If the cups sizes went up higher I would consider buying it in one of those sizes and having the straps altered, alas, they don't, so we are not meant to be.
