This bra feels good which is not something I ever thought possible! The wires hit me in all the right places. It's the perfect projection. It makes my boobs look great. And it's cute!

Fingers crossed, but I may have found a bra that actually fits almost perfectly! It actually seems to stay up in my IMF! Band is definitely snug, but it's also black so hopefully will stretch out a bit soon. I'm so excited to wear it and see how it holds up after more than like 20 minutes!
Edit: upon some reflection, I think this bra is just a hair too small, but I still like it. I think the 38G that I tried is roomier in the cups, although the band is still tight. But the G gives me a pointier shape, whereas the FF is more rounded. So it's still a small victory!

I'm going to try and briefly review this bra for my mom.
Having tried several Elomi bandless styles marketed for shorter women and having no luck, we checked out measurements here and decided to try 38FF - Panache » Jasmine Balconnet Bra (6951) . It turns out that this was a much better fit for her. The Elomi full-cup bras had too tall and wide gores and too deep cups for her short torso, while the plunges were too low in the gore. The main issue she had been having with all the bras she tried was that the underwire is too uncomfortable, digging ... under the cups into the top of her stomach especially when sitting.
This problem was somewhat reduced with Jasmine, but ultimately she found that the Panache wires are just too hard/stiff and uncomfortable on the ribs and upper stomach. I feel similarly about Panache, but it sounds like this is more pronounced for those who are projected. As shown in one of the photos, the small section of band underneath the cups was not sewn evenly on this bra. So one side continued to dig in uncomfortably where there was less band for cushion.
Other than this defect, the bra was well made and very pretty. The material was a little stiff/scratchy, but I've read that it softens with washing. She returned it, so I can't confirm.

Personally I find Cleo bands run very tight and the wires still stiffer than, say, Freya or Fantasie. I always want to try more Cleo for comparison; just wish they had more in stores nearby.
Ewa Michalak makes a few bras that she writes are made to not cut in to the belly for people with a larger belly. If that's the case it might be worth checking out.

If panache fits but the wires are too hard, you could try cleo by panache - i find the marcie wires not as painful as my floris
