I was really excited about this bra, as it was my second attempt at an unpadded, non-pushup bra (other than VS). I was hoping to get a good, true fit. It actually seemed ok at first. But it just didn't feel right. I really put a lot of thought and research into what size I should try, so I was pretty bummed when it wasn't working the way I had anticipated. I noticed immediately that I had my infamous quadraboob going on, as I do with every bra. But i didn't think that would be an issue since there is no padding (the description says it is "lightly ... padded" but there is no padding on this bra, it's an ultra thin lining that wouldn't constitute as padding to me). So I even tried pulling UP the top of the cup to get more coverage and alleviate the quadraboob. That actually worked.
But the rest of the bra was just all wrong for me. The band measures properly but doesn't seem to fit that way. Granted, I bought this "used" off EBay, but I had to hook it on the tightest hook from the start. The back kept riding up. And the gore was not even touching my sternum. I could fit my whole thumb right up and thru the center. The wires were digging in my sternum and were way too high for my shape. The cups are really deep on this bra so i thought they would actually fit better, it wasn't bad, but just not right.
I think maybe a band size down and a cup size up might work. But I'm not sure if this particular model comes in a 28 band. But if it fit properly, I could def see this as being a very comfortable bra. I just didn't like the shape it was giving me, very minimizing!! I looked much smaller, no cleavage whatsoever, and just overall completely unflattering. Lol. I even tried a shirt on with it and it def made me look much flatter. I really thought I had it right with this one. Oh well, back to the drawing board!
