This bra fits comfortably for me, but it gives me a pointy shape and slight wrinkling where the nipples are.

The sides could be a bit higher too.

I will never buy another Panache - the wire under my arm is a nightmare! I cannot wear it.

Cute and sexy bra. It was a bit tight in the band but not uncomfortably so. Also, the cup seemed a size too small.

Oh Emily; such a pretty bra, such a bad match! On paper, this bra should work just fine for me, but in reality, it is a touch to big for me in the cups, as well as in the band. This contributes to my general feeling of being unsupported by this bra. I am more used to the rounded balconette shape of Cleo bras and most Panache bras. This one gives a lower, more natural shape that is more similar to some Freya balconettes I've tried. The material is very comfortable and the construction looks excellent; this is just not the bra for me!

I purchased this a while ago because I needed a plunge bra but wasn't sure of my true size. I tend to wear low-cut dresses to formal events since they are flattering on me. I was able to wear this fairly comfortably, even though it is too small. The center gore sits flat on my ribcage, and while I had some quad-boob going on, my boobs are fairly soft so it didn't look so bad. The band was very stretchy, which I don't like. I like firm, snug support. The center seemed too wide for me, but that could be a side effect from The cup being too small and squashing me out towards the center. I was pretty surprised how small the cups and straps seemed since this bra was the correct band size and only 2 or so cup sizes smaller. I guess I just prefer more coverage, which I won't really be ale to find in a plunge bra o matter the size.

  6. Ariza Balconnet Bra (5051)

Hooray, a balconette that fits! I have the most trouble with that cut for some reason.

I'm not sure if this will be an all day bra yet; I chose it in large part for it's looks (I got the bright and fun violet mix). This is not the world's most comfortable bra, but then I haven't washed it yet. I have noticed that it needs longer than usual to "settle." There are visible wrinkles on the top of my smaller boob until it does so I would recommend giving it a longer than usual test drive – wear it around the house for a few hours until you decide whether to keep it or not.

Edit: This bra is best for the, er, exuberant half of my cycle. I might try the DD for other times, since this really is a great bra.

It ALMOST fits. It is so close, in fact, I wear it anyway, just not under shirts where the slight wrinkling will show. It would fit better if I was fuller on top, but because my breasts are bottom heavy, I tend to sink into the cups. It's a little too thin around the underwires, they start getting uncomfortable if I wear it all day, tho they don't dig from the get go. In all, it's an okay bra, but not my favorite.

    The short version:
The cups are wider and shallower than the Freya mesh bras I’ve tried, but not so much as the Curvy Kate Emily. The gore doesn’t come up very high on me, and feels on the wide side. Three hooks on the band, which makes everything feel nice and supported.

I ordered a 30GG instead of a 32G. This was correct for me- the band is quite quite stretchy. The cup is one of the best fits I’ve gotten in a fabric bra! I need to readjust after six hours, but I tend to overspill after several hours in every cut-sew bra I’ve tried. Confetti has another potential fit issue- The underwires are long and wide and can poke you in the armpits if you’re petite, shorter-torsoed, or have higher-set breasts.

This is replacing my stretched-out Emily in my drawer as my single cut-sew bra. The fabric is amazingly soft for the job it does, even the embroidery!

This bra has a lot of support considering how dainty it looks, the back band is almost 3 inches wide and stays in place well. The gore is very short which is good for me as longer ones tend to dig in to my sternum and cause discomfort. The straps are almost fully adjustable, at their shortest 10 inches long so I can't imagine many people that they would be too long for.

The only problem i have with this bra is that I prefer plunge bras with a little more cleavage and lift. This is a functional (yet pretty) bra, perhaps for someone with a little more space between their breasts.

The cup length is similar to Freya bras, fairly narrow and leaves no gap under my armpit which is great.

I ordered this bra in a 30F and a 30E when I was very first trying to figure out my 'real' size. I returned both, as they were both ridiculously small. Fast forward a few months, and I ordered the SAME BRA in the SAME SIZE on one of those one-day-deal websites. Sigh! I totally forgot about my previous encounter with the bra!

For whatever reason, the Emily is SO, SO small in the cups. I feel like I would have to go up at least one cup size, if not more, and even then it may not fit. It was a combination of way too small cups and ... a weird shape. I can't even describe the shape this bra gives me. The seams are different than the typical seamed balconette, as there is a seam that basically runs parallel to the underwire on the side. This seam cuts into my tissue very badly, leaving a weird bubble boob effect on the side(this is why sizing up may not have worked out for me). The top of the cup cuts in as well, but simply because there is no where else for boob to go, not because the lace is particularly tight. What boob remains in the cup is really pointy, although this is probably just because it is not a good fit.

Fit aside, this bra is SO, SO, SO soft. I would sleep in the cups if I could! It is not itchy at all, it's silky and smooth. For a nude bra, it's quite pretty. It has delicate lace which just adds a little subtle something to an an otherwise boring color.

I love this bra so much and I hate that my slightly bigger left breast has a bid of a quad-boob effect. Apart from that, it fits great and is the most comfortable bra I've had in years. The band doesn't move at all, and neither do the straps (this is usually a huge problem for me), even though they are way thinner than I am used to (probably because they are fully elastic).

In fact, absolutely nothing moves at all, which is fantastic. The band is quite snug, even on the widest hooks, and that probably helps, though maybe some people would find it a bit hard to hook. The only negative thing I can think of mentioning is that I would have preferred it had more than two hooks.

All in all and in spite of my left breast, I think this is a good fit.

I am so close to finding the perfect bra here that I can taste it. Do read on to see if this will help you.

    Likes:
    * Cups fit well
    * Straps aren't too wide (relatively speaking, I have trouble with this on all bras, but this one wasn't too bad). It didn't rub on my armpit nearly as much as many other bras do, so I'm counting this as a win.

    Dislikes:
    * Center gore is at least 1" too tall compared to other more comfortable center gores.
    * I hate bras with only two hooks--why do they do this?! I bet even an A cup would prefer bras that have 3 hooks!
    * ... I am not a full-coverage bra kind of girl--on me, unless I'm wearing a turtleneck, the bra shows in the neckline of blouses. I'm petite and narrow across the chest though, so it comes with the territory. That's OK, because this was a trial run to see if this brand worked for me, and I think it will once I find the ideal style.
    * The band is pretty stretchy. I could probably easily pull off a 32GG in this bra, though it might be harder to fasten in the front and turn it around (my method of putting on bras). I need the tightest hooks to feel fully supported.

I know that the "dislikes" outnumber the likes, but I'm nitpicky because I think it's helpful to others to be that way. I would wear this bra if the center gores didn't dig, and in fact am thinking about giving the plunge version a try next if it fits exactly the same as this one does other than the center gore.

This bra was terrible on me. The molding is really very thin - I could still see my nipples poking though, but the real failure was how the top of the cup sat against my body. I am not remotely full on top, and yet this cup dug in and created a ripple. Not so much quad-boob as it dug into my pectoral muscle and it rippled. It's almost as though if my chest pushed the cups away from my body more, the top edge would look nice, but no amount of playing with the straps fixed the fit.

This basque is very pretty for special occasions. I have to wear it with the straps cinched pretty tight, else the cups make my chest extremely pointy. Where the straps join the cup is quite far out - I think I'll get a better shape if I move them in about an inch. The lace isn't scratchy, and the waist isn't too cinched - I feel like I could eat and dance in it just fine.

This bra fits well, except that the band is a bit too big. When I initially measured myself after years of wearing too-small cups, I don't think I measured the band tight enough. That plus a little bit of weight loss means I am now strictly in the 34 bandsize. So, I stitched over part of the band so it wouldn't stretch as much and it has made a huge difference!

The cups on this bra come up and cut into my armpit a bit - not the wire, but the top of the cups on the sides. (This seems to be a common issue with this particular bra.) It makes it hard to wear it all day, but I love the shape it gives me and I've always been a big fan of molded bras, so it's a worthwhile sacrifice. I have had problems with it sitting too low on my chest, but now that I've tightened the band that seems to no longer be an issue.

So comfy! Exactly how I want an everyday bra to fit. I have this in the Cherry Red, which is a very pretty dark cranberry. I just love the Tango line, as it comes in so many colors, is affordable and offers a reliable fit.

If you prefer a rounded shape, this bra may not be for you, as it has a slightly pointy profile. I wouldn't say it's bullet bra-esque, though. It's very low key and natural. In addition, the bra's fabric has raised embroidery which does show through thinner garments.

Please note that compared to my usual Panache size, I did need to go up a cup size for a correct fit. In my experience, this is not unusual for their plunge styles.

Quite snug band, with nice, wide seams so it the snug-ness is supportive, without cutting in. The wires are a good stable wires, and they are just the right width for me, I think. All in all, it gave a very firm support. But, it did cut in on my bigger boob, and on closer assesment it was too small all over - slight tendency to orange-in-a-glass, and the lightly smothered look made my boobs pointy.
But, it hits the marks on other fit-issues, so I think I'll order it in 34JJ to check!
(I am not a fan of the blue/floral though, but I don't generally choose bras based on their appearance -beggars can't be choosers!)

This review is for the purple Ariza. It is labeled as a balonette, but it looks more like a full cup bra.

The band is very snug, which I guess is a good thing. I am still getting used to smaller back sizes, so even though it feels very tight on me right now, I can jump up and down and the bra doesn't move. Also, there's no pressure from the straps, so maybe this is how a bra is SUPPOSED to feel.

The center gore was flat against my sternum. Finally, what I've been looking for! So this is what it feels like. ... I could tell I would get lots of support from the firm band and the way the underwires encased my breasts. I did have some quadraboob, so the next cup size up would have been even better.

The straps are also inward a bit more than Freya bras, so that's nice considering I have narrow shoulders. I don't feel like the side of the bra is digging into my arms because of how I have to push the straps.

This is my first Panache bra to try, and I've read that people complain the wires are too wide, but I didn't find that to be the case. I can handle wide wires as long as the shape isn't severely east/west, which this bra wasn't. The shape is pretty forward and somewhat rounded, but the cups were still a tad bit too small for me (cutting in the top), so I'm sure I didn't see the intended roundness as it should have been. I need to try this in one cup size up to see if it makes a difference.
