Band fits tight, but I've worn it without an extender anyway. The cups are deep enough, and while they're a little too wide, it doesn't bother me too much. The biggest problem is with the gore. It's a little too wide and not "stable" so instead of digging in to my boobs the wires flip over each other. It's a wearable bra, but not my favourite.
I'm being a bit weird here maybe, but I don't like how this bra looks. It's too lacy and flowery and trying to be all girly - but it's a huge granny bra and there's no hiding the fact! Ok, the straps are ...really thin for a huge granny bra. I've actually let them show in tops (summer! hot!) and not been too bothered by it. But somehow, I keep thinking, maybe I like the Tangos because they don't try too hard not looking like granny bras. And the colours are nicer. I'm so happy this oneat least is a single colour, a nice enough teal, because the multicolour Arizas look just way over the top. Read more 73 more words
This felt like the best fit out of the four sizes (32HH/J, 34H/HH). The gore did not sit against my sternum, but because of how high the gore is and how close-set my boobs are, this still feels okay. The cups don't wrinkle when I lift my arms, and the band does not move, but is still comfortable. The strap adjustability and placement is fine.
I was so close to liking this bra! The lace along the top is stretchy, so fits lovely around the edge and avoids the quadboob effect I bump in to with firm edges of bras often. But - the shallowness of the bottom, firm area of the cup makes the cup too small for me. I get a quadboob effect along the edge of the colored-firm part of the cup, where I spill out and stretch the lace a bit. Band and other fit elements seemed fine; the shallowness of the bottom of the cups was striking. It did push up to give a very rounded cleavage effect for me; I just couldn't see to adjust to get a smooth profile. I returned this bra, but I'll probably keep an eye out for a larger cup size to try again in the future, to see if it was the size that is my issue, or really the cup shape that didn't work for me.
This review is for the purple Ariza. It is labeled as a balonette, but it looks more like a full cup bra.
The band is very snug, which I guess is a good thing. I am still getting used to smaller back sizes, so even though it feels very tight on me right now, I can jump up and down and the bra doesn't move. Also, there's no pressure from the straps, so maybe this is how a bra is SUPPOSED to feel.
The center gore was flat against my sternum. Finally, what I've been looking for! So this is what it feels like. ...I could tell I would get lots of support from the firm band and the way the underwires encased my breasts. I did have some quadraboob, so the next cup size up would have been even better.
The straps are also inward a bit more than Freya bras, so that's nice considering I have narrow shoulders. I don't feel like the side of the bra is digging into my arms because of how I have to push the straps.
This is my first Panache bra to try, and I've read that people complain the wires are too wide, but I didn't find that to be the case. I can handle wide wires as long as the shape isn't severely east/west, which this bra wasn't. The shape is pretty forward and somewhat rounded, but the cups were still a tad bit too small for me (cutting in the top), so I'm sure I didn't see the intended roundness as it should have been. I need to try this in one cup size up to see if it makes a difference. Read more 182 more words
Lovely soft material. It's not quite right in fit for me, the band is a bit loose and the cups a bit big, but I found the 32HH the best fit I tried - the 30J was far too small overall and the 30JJ was OK in the band but huge in the cup
I wore this bra briefly today, had to take it off after only half an hour as the underwire was so uncomfortable, it hurt under my boobs and poked under my arms. The wrinkling at the top of the cups was visible through clothes
Underwires a bit high under the arms. Also band a bit big, wearing it on the tightest hook from day one but I seem to be between sizes and the 30 is often too tight
