I got this bra in a give away. I'm thankful for the opportunity to try this Panache bra. Too bad it doesn't work for me. It's a shape mis-match. The bra is a solid construction in good quality you'd expect from Panache. The band is too big for me, which was kinda expected as I'm wearing a 32 or 34 band. I thought that if the cups fit, I could shorten the band. The cups are a really bad fit on my deep and center heavy boobs. The wire width would be okay but the cups are just too shallow. This bra has shallow wide and tall cups. I need deep, medium wide and kinda tall cups. I don't think it would work in a bigger cup size as the wires then would probably still be too wide and the cups still too shallow at the top and center. I only recommend this bra, if you have rather wide and shallow boobs.
alisa - looking at the fit of that Panache on you, I may have one that would be perfect. A 34 JJ Elomi Tia new with the tags on, EL4280CRN, which you’re welcome to have. The band size never worked for me so I tossed it in my new never worn drawer. I have over 30 in that drawer because my size changed so much.
Good coverage, unstretchy lace, and heavy embroidery. The firmness of the lace is an asset. Very stiff underwires. General suspension-bridge vibe. I will definitely look up this diesel bra in a smaller cup size.
Love, love, love! This is the only bra I have that fits well, is relatively comfy and looks awesome. I’m wide set with a lot of breast tissue under my arms and this bra contains everything and is super supportive. Honestly, I feel like I could do jumping jacks in this thing without pain or jiggling. As others have mentioned, the forward projection can be a little much for some people. I love it, but if you want a more natural look, this probably isn’t the best idea. It puts the girls up high, front and center. The stretch lace top ...of the bra is a godsend for me because I have softer breasts and it prevents quadboob no matter what position I’m in. This is unlike Panache’s Clara, which is crazy gorgeous but cut lower in the center and doesn’t have enough lace to keep things in check - I keep falling out of it or noticing serious quadboob. The seam separating the top and bottom of the cups is annoying in its visibility. I don’t really have a desire to call more attention to my boobs, especially considering the amount of front projection this bra provides, but it’s so supportive and gives such a great shape that I’m willing to overlook it. The only other complaint I have is the gore. It’s high, and when I first got it the top of gore dug in terribly. Luckily that pain completely disappeared after a wear or two, even though the rest of the bra hasn’t noticeably stretched out. Read more 164 more words
Okay so this was my first underwire bra in about 15 years, and my first "properly fitted" bra. It's a very pretty bra, it's got plenty of room in the top but honestly I think that's due to me not being as big as I thought. Only problem is, this is NOT a 36. The band is stretchy, but not very; the absolute max stretch is barely 35 inched. Re-measured my ribcage today and the "comfortable" measurement was around 34, yet this bra is tight to the point where I can barely get it on. Definitely go up a band size. Other than that though, I love it, it's pretty, the straps are comfortable, the wire is a good length/width/depth.
I went 2 decades without an underwire! It took a while to find bras that really fit, but you WILL find them! Sometimes doing fit requests helps. Also, if it fits otherwise, you can buy an extender.
Size up! The cup is much smaller than most other panache bras. I think I would need a 12k or a 14JJ to fit. Otherwise, the bra is very soft and stretchy and I lovely colour!
After my son was born my ribcage measured larger than it currently does. I had read that this bra's cups ran a little small so I had ordered it as a 36J instead of a 36HH as I had thought that was my size at the time. The bra is definitely not the right size for me! The wires are so wide for me that they are so far into my armpits that they practically touch my back. The wires are a smidge too tall for me, but not to the point that it's painful. I really like the lace and shade of this bra in nude - I would be willing to try it again in another size to see if it would be a better option for me now that my ribcage has shrunk post-pregnancy.
After years of wearing the waaaayyyyyyy wrong size, I finally took a risk and using my measurements ordered this while it was on a 30% off sale. At first I thought "My boobs cannot be that big" but alas when I put it on and scooped & swooped, it fit like a dream.
The band feels a smidge smaller than a true 36 band, but with wear it should be perfect. Why the underwire in the middle comes up so high is beyond my comprehension, it makes no sense. One last personal complaint is the shape it gives my boobs. I personally love a nice rounded, front and center shape, and this bra gives me a kinda bullet shape under clothes and it's a little splayed to the sides. But other than that, I'm a fan of the stretchy lace and the prettiness of it.
This bra is incredibly cute, and when I'm standing straight, it looks awesome. I've had it for about three months now, and the straps are starting to slide down my arms. My biggest complaint, though, is that the underwires are so tall, they stab me in the sternum whenever I bend over or sit down. It's rough wearing this bra to work, because I can only manage about four hours before it's too uncomfortable.
I wear this bra with an extender as the band is very tight. It is very comfortable and gives me a great shape. This bra and the Panache Elsa (6691) are the only bras I own where I have no space in the bottom of the cup. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> I just wish the sizing were consistent across colors with this bra.
Nowadays I would probably call this altered Andorra my best fitting bra. It's the only bra that enclose my boobs completely. Larger boob is not totally happy because it's a little tight in there. Smaller is ok with everything even if the bra is too big for that one. I think my asymmetry is really visible in this one.
However since my bras nowadays sits lower I cannot tighten the straps to the max like this without discomfort. And when I start to do that the bra slopes down on me a bit. But compared to 34J Andorra and 34J Ariza I would still say this one is better. I am debating to get another one. The one I have is lagoon.
Sad to say, I can't seem to find a good fit in this bra. The straps are not at all comfortable. Because they are thin (not in width, as they are 3/4 inches wide, but in actual thickness) and quite stretchy, they tended to roll like a taco and cut into my shoulders, even when not pulled very tight and only after a few minutes of trying on/wearing. The 36 band was too tight, the 38 too loose.
The cup on the 36J was too small, but the wires too wide, so sizing up does not seem to be a suitable option.
I could NOT ...get the wire to stay in my breast crease, even with the crazy tight band, it kept wanting to slide down. This is a problem with EVERY bra and I end up hiking them up under my breasts several times a day because it drives me crazy.
I am wondering if 2 very large coconuts and some rope might be more practical than a bra for my breast shape. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":-D" /> Read more 79 more words
Such a shame, the bra is absolutely beautiful!
