Would be amazing but way too tight. I could use an extender but it's still incredibly uncomfortable.

This is probably my favorite sports bra I've ever tried on. It's fairly comfortable (maybe not the comfiest thing ever though that's probably at least partially due to the fact that it doesn't fit me anymore), but it is amazing at holding everything in place. It is basically an underwired compression bra and is great for high impact activities (I can run in it and be fine). Some people say that it runs small in the band, and I generally wear a 32 so this is probably accurate.

It is white. I got this used and the band measurement from hook to last eye is 22.8". Before I put it on it measured 22.2".
This band feels like a 28 band to me. I know sports bras are supposed to be tight. It is nice that the band is tight. I like the three hooks instead of 2.
I do not like how stiff the fabric is in between the cups. I am close set with center fullness and the where the cups separate is very stiff and uncomfortable. I had marks on my inner breast tissue after only wearing this for 5 minutes.

was soo hard to put on, when I finally did it gave me no lift or bounce control at all - all I had to do was wiggle a bit and I had major bounce in every direction.. so there's no way I'd be able to jog in this. I tried 34F as well but couldn't do the back up fully

Design and Quality: This bra is clearly very well made. The stitching is done superbly, and the main fabric of the bra is a beautiful light, silky, breathable fabric. However, the fabric of the band seems like it might 'ball up' in the wash, unfortunately. Perhaps not in a lingerie bag. Being a sports bra, the design is very simple, but the seams almost look like intentional patterns so that's nice.
Straps: Oooh, padded straps! Love the idea of them and they're just as comfy as I expected. This bra seems to sit too low on my chest, but I would not blame an insufficient amount of strap ... adjustment for this issue. When the straps are adjusted to their shortest, I don't think I would want them to go much shorter. If they could be adjusted shorter, the top edge of the bra may come up uncomfortably high and the sides may cut into the underarms more.
Cups: I measure as a 32GG, but bought the 34GG after being advised by Bratabase users that this bra runs small in both cup and band. The cups push my boobs up very high, almost to my collar bones, leaving the lower portion of the bra quite empty and causing the bra to cut into the breast tissue that has been pushed up at the top and sides. This feels uncomfortable and looks unflattering. The bra cuts in at the sides more than the top, making it mildly painful there, and where it cuts in at the top it simply puts a little strain on my breathing. Because there is no underwire, I'm sort of confused as to wear my boobs are supposed to sit. At the front, the lowest point of the horizontal seams which sit under each breast are only just above my underbust. Then there's like 3" of empty wrinkling fabric! In photos of other women wearing this style, their breasts seem to fill the entire bottom section almost right up to the band. I feel like this size might work if all my breast tissue sat lower on my chest. I don't consider my breasts high-set or full on top, but I've definitely got more breast tissue filling the top portion of this bra that the lower portion. From the side, my boobs certainly look compressed, but not unflatteringly so. Despite the tissue at the top and sides, a nice round shape is indeed created.
Support: Oh boy! Despite the fit issues, the support is still incredible. I jumped around and had a quick run to the top of my street and back- enough to test out its basic capabilities without getting sweat on this bra since I don't think I'm keeping this size. I was very impressed. I actually purchased the bra for light exercise like walking and yoga, but feel I could absolutely use it for jogging too. I felt almost no bounce and like zero impact pain.
Band: With the way the bra cuts in under the arms, my arms are too restricted in this bra to get the back done up as I usually would (last) so I had to do the old 'round the waist do up first. No big deal, really, but made it a bit difficult to get up and over my boobs and settled into place. On a hot day, getting into it would probably give me a panic attack though. It felt tight in the back getting it on and into place but less so after. The band does still feel very snug as the fabric has little give. I measure 32" comfortably, but bought the 34 because it was said to fit like a 32. I does feel as snug as a 32 to me, but it rides up at the back and the band at the front folds over on itself. I can also fit my whole hand under the band with a little effort.

Much less bounce than the Panche sports bra. I may actually be able to run in this. The cup sizes run small, so order up one to two cup sizes.

The band on this bra does run tight so you might want to size up.
It's not really a good fit on me, since my size would be around 32JJ / 34J but it's better than nothing. It squishes my boobs flat towards my body, so they do really not bounce when jumping. But since the bra is wireless I get that monoboob look. Also it's not really comfy, the cups are clearly too small and I have some breast tissue escaping on the side and on top.

This is my sleeping bra, so the demands I set to its performance are somewhat different to what I'd want from a true day-wear bra. As I want comfort and soft support above anything else, it isn't in my normal size range.
Pros:
- Soft material, breathes well
- padded straps are nice when sleeping
- cups are big enough and since the material is so nice, there are no seam marks in my skin in the morning
- keeps breasts snugly in place
- tight band - if this was a regular bra, I'd think it was a 70/32 band
Cons:
- looks like a sports bra ... - not very sexy (DH can live with it, though... https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> )
- since the function of this bra is based on compression, there's no space between my breasts => could be a problem in the summer if it's very hot
- the strap adjustments don't hold well, I need to adjust them every third or fourth night
- the band is pretty thin and tends to bunch up in the front

I also own and wear this in a 32GG (pre-weight loss size) and continue to wear the bra even though my regular go to size is 30G these days.
Please see my review of the 32GG.
I find the 30G to be a great fit and quite true to size. The back is firm - I find it a little firmer than the Panache Sports bra which I wear in a 28 band (but that could just be me!) but what I would expect of a 30 sports bra band.
The breast separation is a little better than I expected in this smaller size. The cups dig in a tiny bit towards my arms. I think this is because the cups come up high rather than the cup is too big. I get this problem in a lot of bras however so it may not trouble you.
