This bra is very comfortable, I even were it sometimes when not working out. I would classify it as medium impact because I cannot run and jump but its ok for a stationary bike and lifting weights. I love the shaped U-back. The band and cups are true to size. The inside cups are seamless so nothing rubs the wrong way. The material inside is smooth dry fit while the material outside is rough/stiff. The seams on the outside will show through tight shirts.
