I have several Thirdlove 24/7 classic T-shirt Bras in my ordinary size 30DD (that's 30E in Thirdlove's sizing cuz they use Euro sizing). I love their Naked 1 shade because it's a nude that actually matches my ghost pale vampire skin (I'm crazy pale) and when I saw a NWT 34C, which should be my sister size in a 34 band, pop up on postmark for a bargain price, I thought it would be a perfect a candidate for a band alteration. I was very (unpleasantly) surprised to find that while the underwires were the same size as my 30Es from thirdlove, my new bra's cups were smaller with a lot less coverage. Thirdlove apparently uses slightly more fabric and slightly shorter straps on their size D and aboves, but I wish I'd know this before ordering a sister size for my adventures in bra altering.
This bra does not fit me at the moment, during my pregnancy. Overall, I found this bra to be of decent quality and pretty comfortable. The gore comes up higher than I like, but it wasn't so high as to be intolerable for me. It seems that they've expanded their size range, so I may try some of their bras again when things stabilize post-pregnancy.
It’s a very comfortable bra. I ordered the size and style recommended. The cup did not quite fit at the top of the bra. The band is stretchy and loose...fit well on tightest setting. It didn’t feel like much support, and didn’t look like much support under a sweater. Also, I wore the bra immediately when it arrived, and noticed a faint chemical odor. I had ordered two, and the second one has the same odor. I’ll be returning the second one.
I had to try this bra out because 1.) I was curious about the half sizes & 2.) The straps are alluring and unique. Needless to say, the cups are WAY too small, but the actual construction is excellent.
The light blue of the cups is subtle, simple, and contrasts very well against the black. The gold hardware along the hooks and eyes & strap adjusters is a thoughtful touch. Visually this bra is elegant and beautiful.
I found that there was a lot of stretch in the band, so if you're looking for support, you're going to want to take your search elsewhere. The cut out along the side of the band also allows loose skin to fall out, giving some seriously weird side-fat lines under shirts. The cups (although comically small on me) lack projection & depth. The shoulder straps are flimsy and offer zero support. Sadly, this bra didn't work for me at all.
I have tried out Third Love bras a few different times, always hoping that they will fit each go-around, but they never do.
The main draw for me construction wise is the soft, pliable yet molded cups. With my assemytry, it is incredibly difficult to find a "forgiving" bra that looks decent on both boobs without spillage or gaping. I had hoped that Third Love's bras would be the answer, but sadly their size-range leaves much to be desired.
It's a classic case of "band too big cups too small" kinda thing. And even then, I think they are too expensive for the quality. For what it's worth, the cups DO accommodate for my unevenness, but it doesn't mitigate the fact that the wire (on my bigger boob) still sits on the tissue, and the gore doesn't tack.
This bra was comfortable enough at first. I used ThirdLove's "try before you buy" feature, and I did keep it at the end of the 30 days. The underwires are rather high at armpits. At first this wasn't too much of an issue. Just after 2 months from purchase, however, the underwire started poking out at the armpits (on both sides!). Return was no longer an option because I was outside the 30 day period. I was very disappointed -- I've never had an underwire do that so quickly! I was taking good care of this bra because I thought it would last a long time, but nope. IMO, durability of these bras is a definite concern. For as much as they charge, you should be able to wear it for more than 2 months without the underwire poking out.
One good point of this bra is that the straps are fairly wide and comfortable.
This bra is extremely comfortable and lightweight, but has a few problems. One is that the 30 runs big bandwise, unfortunately it's the smallest band size they carry. I can wear this on the tightest, but that means it won't last as long. The other issue I had is I had a hive breakout when I first wore this - I know, I should have washed beforehand.
This bra is sooo close to fitting perfectly it is almost annoying. I am going to attempt a gore and possible strap alteration, the straps are just a bit too wide and I believe I'm a somewhat center full that seems to make the gore fit tricky. I'll post pictures and edit when I finish. I do wish it was a pretty bra it is just so plain.
I was seduced into trying these Thirdlove bras online through social media ads. I found this one on sale, but the "Strappy" model didn't offer any band sizes smaller than a 32, which I thought was strange given the 24/7 line goes all the way down to 28, I believe. This bra is a beautiful teal color and the cups are a soft foam, which they refer to as "memory foam" but it doesn't feel like what those space mattresses are made of. It's very lightweight compared to a molded cup and is still able to conceal my nipples decently.
The Strappy has two 7/8" elastic straps that ...act as the wings with no material between them, revealing the skin by your ribcage all the way around your back to where the clasps meet. It also uses the same type of straps to create the gore. I really like the look of this bra. Hubby was surprised when I showed it to him and he said it looked like a stripper bra. Hahaha.
The weightlessness of this bra makes it feel like you're not wearing a thing. And despite this being a 32 band, it was snug enough around my 28" ribcage that my bit of ribcage fluff puffed out between the two wing straps. My side fat doesn't stick out terribly, but enough if you're self-conscious about it or if you're trying to smooth out your sides for a tight-fitting shirt.
One thing to note is that this bra does not have a continuous band, so it won't give you that feeling like you're wearing a serious, quality bra. If you need hefty support, I would not suggest this bra. But if you're on the smaller size of the spectrum like me, it's cute and comfy! The foam that they use hugs your curves very well without wrinkling. The straps are placed well and they don't cut into my underarm at all. The cup itself is shaped like full coverage, but doesn't come too high up my chest. Generally I have a problem with full coverage because I don't have enough upper fleshiness to fill out the tops of the cup. My roots are tall, but firm, so molded cups have empty space on top and 3-part cups wrinkle terribly. It's a delicate balance of finding just the right height cups that are shallow enough on top but not too shallow that it cuts into my roots. For my shape (tall & wide roots, slightly heavier on the bottom) this cup fits perfectly.
I don't know how long this bra will last, as it feels somewhat delicate. The longevity will depend on how long the elastic can keep its shape before stretching out too much. When that happens, I will likely shorten the straps as I really love the fit! Read more 362 more words

Lol, I HATE that accordion strap design it is just annoying to me. I agree with Calluna , please add measurements of the bra to strengthen our database here. You probably want to re-measure yourself as well as 34D is a common size given to women by places like VS/department stores to get them to fit into the matrix of sizes offered. Remember in order to be a 34D your rib/under bust/back measurement needs to be 34 inches and your bust measurement needs to be 38 inches. Following the bratabase way of measuring is very helpful for figuring out bra's and correct sizing albeit a bit advanced for new users to the bra journey to well-fitting bras.
