I LOVE this bra! I tried on bras forever trying to find one that would fit my wide rooted shallow breasts and this one fit the bill. I bought it in three color ways and all are SO beautiful. I love the lace detail, the bows, ribbons and especially the heart-shaped strap adjusters. This bra gives a great shape as well - it pulls the breasts to the center and lifts them up. I was concerned before I bought this bra that the straps might be too wide-set, but they are perfect. UPDATE: In the month since I purchased this bra, I have lost a cup size in my ...breasts due to hormonal fluctuations. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> I am super bummed I can no longer fill out the cup of this bra! I have listed it on Bratabase and hope someone can use and love it like I had hoped I would. Since only about a month has passed since I bought it, I have only worn it less than a dozen times so it is in basically new condition. Read more 75 more words

This is a very close fit. The cup is a tad small for me, but my 28E Nichole is a teeny bit big. I think 28DD would work best for me in this style. I am almost always a 28F or 30E, so this one is not quite true to size. Narrow wires, which is good for me. Mint color is lovely.
This bra is SO gorgeous. The minty blue/green color fabric has a shiny finish. Even the straps are shiny. The delicate cream colored lace, contrast bow, and gold colored hardware go together nicely and look elegant.
The wires feel firm and do not distort upon minor stretching of the band. The construction of the bra looks excellent.
Cons:
The sizing of this (SS 2015 model) is waaaaay off. The band is stretchy and therefore the fit feels loose- the 28 band feels more like a Claudette 30 band. The cups are narrow, which I like, but very deep for this size. In my opinion, this 28D bra fits more like a ...30DD, and would work for someone who needs a narrow and projected cup. The size is so far off for me that I'm looking to either sell this or I'll return it.
The wires might be painful. It is difficult for me to tell since the fit is poor on me and I only tried it on briefly. The gore is higher than other bras that I'm used to. It seemed that on the tightest hooks, the outsides and bottoms of the wires might dig into my ribcage, and on the loosest hooks, the gore might dig in. I'm not sure how this would wear through the day or be affected by breaking in and/or bending the wires.
I'm sad about the manufacturer's approach to sizing this bra because it is really beautiful and I wish I could wear it. Read more 138 more words
I've only had this for one day, but I'm already seriously impressed with it. It really holds you in, and almost minimizes. But yet it gives a beautiful round cleavage for lower cut tops. There's no poking under the armpits, and even though one side is fuller than the other, the elastic in the lace means there is a minimal line where I slightly overflow on that one side. Not anything I would have tried, but I'm so glad the sales associate brought it out for me!
The second set I recently purchased from the Tutti Rouge Carpe Diem A/W 2014 range was Eliza - a stunning bra and matching 'mini-brief' that is the same design as previously available Fifi.
The bra is a slightly 'twist on a classic' combination of royal blue with the slightest hint of indigo, and a light raspberry pink. As it's not your more standard pink/purple mix it looks like quite a fresh colour pairing which I think gives a modern update to this typically girly/romantic design. The outside of the bra is a subtly dot patterned mesh in the blue/indigo shade, and the raspberry tone is from the mesh ...on the inside of each cup. The gold heart shaped adjusters are present on the fully adjustable straps, as is a fairly large blue ribbon rosette, overlaid with a thin pink ribbon rosette and a large pink circular gem on the centre gore. Sounds flashy and tacky, looks less so in person (and I'm not a fan of spangles or overly fussy designs).
The unpadded lined cups are made of two thin layers of mesh with a vertical seam up each cup, and a 'side support' sling made of more pink mesh. The thick lace at the top of each cup is part of the blue overlay layer and has some stretch to it. The cups are slightly see-through with just a hint of nipple!
There is a rather gorgeous frill of indigo lace across the front of the body underneath the cups which makes me go 'oooh rarr!' in a very excitable way and was one of the things that appealed to me about the bra - it's stunning in person too.
Eliza is very similar to Liliana in terms of the shape it gives - the wires are comparably wide and it gives a familiar minimised shape, albeit with perhaps slightly more projection/uplift due to the side sling (and given there is no padding in this bra I would think without the side sling it may give a very deflated profile).
This works well for me and my wide rooted, shallow breasts. It is however the polar opposite to the Nichole bra I previously reviewed. It's great that Tutti Rouge are catering to women with very different breast shapes, but I do wonder if there will ever be a way that manufacturers are able to identify what breast type a particular model may suit? Perhaps by referring to previous models....or at the very extreme providing measurements so that consumers have more of an idea of whether a bra may work for them. It still surpises me just how two bras of the same 30E size can be shaped so differently. The band is comfortable and just right for me.
The top of the bra has some stretch to it but given that this one fits me like a glove (and I have very little breast tissue on top) I would imagine this would not be compatible with anyone who needs much space on top.
There was a little gore stabbing the first time I wore this bra, but on subsequent wearings this seems to have resolved itself. The matching knickers are gorgeous, but I had to size up to a large due to little stretch in them. Design wise they're flawless, and not as low-rise as I feared they may be. Read more 451 more words
This bra is appropriate for someone with almost no low fullness and plenty of upper fullness. I think that shape is very uncommon at this size. If that is you though, this adorable circus-print bra would be amazing for you.
Recommended for shallow, wide breasts and those who do not have lower fullness. The bottom of the cup is very shallow. Top of the cups don't feel particularly tight. Gives a projected, retro shape despite the wide wires.
I altered this bra slightly to get a perfect fit, I took in the cups and straps by .5 inches and 2 inches respectively. The fit is now spot on, I can still adjust the straps if necessary, and now I don't get any gapping on my smaller side. I find this bra is still super comfortable as well as being attractive. I quite love Tutti Rouge bras! It's rather funny how little the alterations are visible in the photographs!
This is such a pretty bra! They were out of my size so I got a 32F instead, and luckily it fits! I do have a bit of looseness in the top of the cups (mostly on the left side, which is smaller), but as I am full on the bottom I expected this. I can fix it by adding a small push up pad to the bottom of the cups. The band is a tad large, but is very stretchy so the fit is fine. This bra gives a very natural projected look, akin to vintage bras but not so uplifted. Rather like a teardrop shape but ...with support. The comfort level of this bra is tops, I get no poking, digging or riding up, it stays in place and stays comfortable all day. The lace is not at all itchy, but it does occasionally peek out of lower cut tops, luckily it's pretty! I did have to adjust the straps as they don't adjust short enough for me, but on these bras I've found you can loop the elastic of the strap over the band and then hook it, no sewing or pinning required! (And yes one of them is twisted in my back view picture!) Read more 100 more words
It fits quite different from the 28E - Tutti Rouge ยป Betty Bra (TU103) , but it's still a pretty good fit. Good for shallow breasts with a wide root and/or a tall root. The tulle section is loose, but can be tucked into the cups.
*I won this bra in Bras And Body Image's giveaway. That in no way impacts my review.* My. Broken. Heart. Let me start off by saying that the Evelyn is possibly the most beautiful bra I've ever seen. I love the grey backdrop and the multi-colored umbrellas, which is a much more exciting alternative to the usual floral print! The pattern continues onto the straps, and the top of the cup is the most gorgeous lace. However, in terms of fit this bra was a massive failure for me. My boobs refuse to sit in the bottom of the cups, leading to an inch or two of space at the bottom ...and resulting dents as the fabric buckles. The center gore, for whatever reason, is quite painful and jabs into my sternum as the day goes on. The straps are so wide set that even adjusted as tightly as possible, they slip off my shoulders. The shape, while not awful, was not wow-worthy (although that may have been impacted by the wonky fit). The Evelyn is completely wrong for my body type. . . . But it's so PRETTY. I'm going to fight through the pokey center gore and shallow cups because I'm absolutely enchanted by the appearance of the bra. This bra however, would work better for someone a little less full-on-bottom which much broader shoulders. Maybe a lady with a larger band/smaller cup size would find more luck? Reminds me of the 90s. Nice satin, a shade of pink that doesn't instantly make me nauseous. The heart-shaped adjusters are just darling.
Problems: Straps are only partially adjustable, and the wires are a bit too wide. Given the construction of the cup and the evenness and softness of my tissue, it means that it doesn't really give me any uplift and makes me look sort of pointy (though it looks fine under a shirt). I think I can make it work, though.
As far as who would be good for this -- if you are reaaaally FoT this definitely won't work for you and it will cut in. You need to kind of have wide and projected FoB tissue with somewhat narrow roots (the chest kind, not the armpit kind).
This bra is so comfortable that it's unbelievable. Materials are very soft even the lace. The center gore is a little too high for my liking (I'm used to wear plunge bras) but it doesn't bother me as it's not scratchy. Straps adjust only halfway which might be a problem for someone. Band feels nice and firm but not too loose or tight. Very nice bra it's my new favourite <3
This is just a quick note from a quick try on last night, better review to come. It fit decently well, and looked very cute! The profile is very much minimized from the side, as others have been saying. I found the wire width comfortable for my very wide breasts, though not as wide as, say elomi.
I sized up one both in band and cup from my most normally used size, 34J. / Contrary to fussy busty's review/, I don't think this bra is unworkable for H+ breasts. I'll have to see how it holds up to a full day's ...wear, though. For me, I got a small but of overspill on my larger breast one/ three times I scooped, but it seemed to settle. Again, we'll see.
As for the band, it didn't seem firmer than average to me. I could have immediately gone for the tightest hook but compromised myself to the middle to see if I could extend its life. the loosest hook was definitely too loose. It's certainly a firmer band than elomi, but it's no ariza.
In the few minutes I wore the bra, it seemed really freaking comfy. I was also surprised by how very thin the straps were compared to everything else in my size range, but they didn't seem to dig in. They also adjusted easily while on, which was a plus at the time, though I don't know if it'll mean they slip. possibly they just weren't taking much weight!
That's all I've got off the top of my head! Read more 174 more words
Bought for my tiny kid sized about 28GG. Liliana is more of a plunge foam version of their Nichole, Liliana seems suited for bigger than average base and low projection but gives nice immediate projection. It also does a great job of having one of the shortest strangest bands I've ever seen on a bra yet. Like 2 overlooked stumps sort of jutting out from the outer wire area, extending a scant 3" long apiece.
It's not a bad shape match but this is mainly down to having a fuller shallower cup that sits open at the inner aspect and doesn't cut into my kid's inner ...tissue where breasts join, and the gore isn't sitting on them or jabbing them there either. It's not the Ewa M cut but it as a similar kind of a tilt to the way the cups sit which is great for much closer set breasts that can't handle much height. Given that, it's not a bad fit for casual wear after tailoring the bands and straps to be you know... not ending just underneath the rear armpit area. Read more 78 more words
I got it because it was on sale for $19, and something told me this model is going to be discontinued soon. The band feels fairly stretchy, and the cups were much too wide, the top of them were empty and tightening the straps only gave me quadboob with the same empty space, although the bottom of the cup fit well.
