This bra was too big for me from the start so I cannot give this size a fair review. I have been making due with it because I was unable to spend the money on new bras. The 34DD is too small in the cup. A 34DDD (or similar) would be perfect but they do not come in that size. The fabrics are nice and cool on the skin. The smooth cups are excellent under t-shirts. The padded straps are comfortable but way too long. I permanently altered the straps shorter to help lift and close the armpit gap along the cups. The band has stretched out most likely because of the improper fit. The design and floral fabrics are simple (no bows, lace,) but without looking too matronly.
This bra gives excellent support in the sides and bottom. The underwire might be just a hair too long on the outer side, but fits comfortably outside of that. The straps are a little too long, and doesn't have much room for tightening or loosening the straps. The side stitching seems to fray and come apart easily.
I expected "memory foam" to be thicker. However, this foam is rather thin and unobtrusive. I'm looking forward to testing it out over the next month to see how it performs and then review it again.
Material is really soft. Band was much too large when I got it, but I had to have something to put my boobs in. the cup is too small also. Can't comment much on fit due to these issues. the center gore is too low since I'm spilling out all over but the band is nice and rounded upward in the center if your belly sticks out. It feels nice, but size is horribly wrong for me so I can't say much. I can say that the straps are not adjustable enough for being petite with high sitting breasts. The wires go a bit far back under my arms as well probably again due to extremely large band. Which sits nearer my ears than my breast base lol.
This is the VF 76134 model and it is satin and smooth. There is no poke, and so far no stretch. One thing I love about this bra is the close set straps at the back, creating a leotard on which the straps never slip.
This is not a good fit for my body shape. Because I'm bulkier on top, I tend to look like a power-lifter when I wear this bra. I think there's too much coverage for me...if that's possible. The cup size on me is too big but every fitting person I've seen has put me in this bra, swearing its the perfect fit. I admit, when I first put it on it seems to fit well but after my boobs have settled in there's too much extra space above and below my breast. The band seems comfortable but tends to feel tighter at the end of the day. Seems like a decent bra for someone who is not me.
I would have to say honestly that this bra seems very nice (for someone with the right size). It IS a comfortable bra. The material used for the cups is soft and the elastic band seems to have held up well. Unfortunately for me, though, this specific bra in this specific size (38C) just doesn't fit right. The shoulder straps seem to be too big (at times they slide off). The wire sometimes (no, not always... maybe due to my period?) jabs me under my armpit fat but has never poked me in the front. I seem to have room at the top of the cups and maybe ...even at the bottom. If I pull my shoulder straps this would go away on the bottom. The wire sometimes sits low enough that its in the middle of my ribs and fights with my chonies (panties) for territory ( I have a small torso area). I would not recommend this bra to my twin self (if I had someone with my exact body type) but I would recommend it to someone who can find the correct size. I have kept it and wear it bc it is comfier than the others. Read more 93 more words
This bra seems to fit more like a minimizer but I don't feel squished in it. Plenty of support, the band is strong and the straps are wide and soft, the cup material is really smooth too. But the center gore is a little too tall for me and the wires dig into my sternum.
This bra was too big for me. It is owned by my friend who let me measure it for the database. This bra has molded foam cups which I don't care for myself.
It fits loose. It stretches really, really far so it's good for exercising or for when you have period boobs. There isn't any padding and the fabric is thin so it's easy to see through a t-shirt if your nipples get perky. I like that the underwire is high up enough that there isn't any spillage. But the center gore doesn't even get close to my sternum, it's at least an inch and a half away. Overall I'd give it a C. It is an older bra too so it's pretty worn out.
I have had this bra for awhile but haven't worn it since my breasts increased in size shortly after purchasing. Since I have lost weight recently, I pulled it out to give it a try. Vanity Fair bras have generally worked well for me since my teen years, and this bra is no exception. The material is smooth and comfortable and the cups give a nice contour shape with no nipple show-through. The front part of the strap made of a non-stretch fabric for additional support. The straps on this bra adjust and are convertible on the back, allowing for a variety of styles. The center gore is low, allowing it to comfortably rest against the sternum for those with breasts that are closer together.
My main qualm with this style of bra is that the cup pokes out near the outside, right before my armpits. Because of this, I shy away from wearing certain styles of shirts. The reason for this though is that it is just the wrong size for me. If I truly wore a 34D, this would probably be my favorite bra.

One thing I like about this bra is that it does not stick out under my arm like most big cup bras do. The band did stretch out quite a bit, and I think I could use a larger cup size and/or a smaller band, but it is was not available in the store. Unfortunately, the straps are too long for me and always get longer as the day goes on. They cannot be adjusted small enough to suit me and slip. So my girls are a bit lower than I would like.
I looked at this review and these pi cs after reading your bra adventure. You are definitely in too large of a band and too small a cup. BUt I think also that these cups are not a good fit for you,r egardless of size.
It is not the straps that should control the amount of lift you get from a bra, it is the band! The straps only help to keep the cups in place, they do not lift the breasts up (though they can and do hold some of the weight of the breasts.) If you are relying on the straps for lift, the band is way too big. I hope this helps!
The only good thing about this bra is that it's one of the only bras I can find at my local stores that support me decent enough.Other than that and the band is too loose, cups might be too big and I just found out the size isn't anywhere near what i am.
