I tried this bra on at Nordstrom Rack today and I LOVED it. It's superbly comfy. The band seemed stretchy for a 36 - I tried on another 36 Wacoal and I could barely get it on, so either that one ran really tight or this one is very stretchy/loose. As mentioned in another comment, it is definitely a t-shirt bra, as the top of the cups run pretty high up.
Overall, I am considering purchasing this bra. Only negative was that there was a horizontal line that ran through the cup of the bra (directly over my nipples) that was noticeable through one thin t-shirt. I think I will go back and try it out again, this time with a thicker undershirt, to see if the line is still noticeable.
My first foray into proper sizing led me to this bra and it was my favorite until the underwire started poking out. Very comfortable, gore tacks well, and the fabric is wonderfully breathable. I wish Wacoal sold these in larger cups, because I would love to buy one again!
Very comfortable, nice look. The band has stretched out considerably, and the cups are starting to curl outwards at the top (probably due to quadboob), but decently supportive. Better for a full-on-bottom bust.
My go-to sports bra! Minimizes bounce, straps stay put, band doesn't move. Not very pretty, and the gore is extremely high, but gets the job done so well, I can ignore the issues.
This is the first strapless bra I've had in my correct size so I can't cross compare but it was wonderful to be able to wear a strapless bra that actually worked. It left a red mark on one side under my arm but I did wear it for a full day w/ a tight dress the first time I wore it.
First Bra that has given me an overall, very, good fit. Everything fits inside with complete coverage. Profile is projected. The girls look 20 years younger. It is a very pretty bra, lacey bra. Band is tight, but not use to a tight band. Would like the center gore to be little lower. Very surprised that there is as much support in the bra because of the lace. Update, the bra is getting more comfortable with each wear.
I do like this bra. It seems to fit my breast shape well. The fabric is a bit uncomfortable for extended wear. The wires are very stiff, too. The straps are a bit scratchy, but I really like that they can be crossed in the back. I wish the straps were a bit longer to cross them more comfortably. It is a very pretty bra, especially in the bright pink color!
My first OK-fitting bra was this same style in 36E, but I think I had some tissue remigrate and outgrew it. This bra is super comfortable, and I like that it's a plunge style. The band is very stretchy, so I could probably have gone with a 34GG, but it fits well on the loosest hook right now. The wires are a little lower on the side than I think I'd prefer, but I love that I can wear this under a light shirt and there's no show through. It gives a nice round shape.
This is a great bra for cleavage. The cups don't gape on my FOB breasts, and the edge of the cup lays flat under shirts. It gives a really nice shape, as well.
The comfort is average - not so much you'd want to lounge around in it, but perfectly comfortable for all-day wear. I love the lace-ish detail. I've heard it described as scallops or shells - really unique and feminine without being girly. It's nice and soft too, unlike some scratchy trims used on other bras.
I really don't have any cons for this bra. Although it's a cleavagey shape, the girls feel nice and secure. I don't really wear clothes that reveal cleavage, but I like knowing it's there anyway. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
In terms of a strapless bra this is such a step up from my previous purchase (Torrid Strapless Bra in a 40DDD), but it's still too small in the cup. The band is so much better that it's almost ridiculous, but the cups are too small, and the top of the cup is too closed in up top.
I love this bra. It's super comfortable, the band is the right amount of stretchy, and my boobs fill it out almost perfectly, though on my smaller breast there is a small gap at the top of the cup that forces a small barely noticeable pucker. Otherwise, no pokes, no digs, just happy bra goodness. I love Wacoal because they accommodate my side-boobs so well. I'm losing weight so I need a smaller band now, but I would totally buy this again. My only wish is that the center gore were a bit shorter because sometimes it shows under v-neck tops. If only they made more plunge models...
This was the first bra I bought after stumbling on r/ABraThatFits. I panicked when I realized I was in the wrong bra size and wanted a larger bra, so I bought the only thing close to my size in Macy's. This is a wonderfully made strappless bra, it simply isn't deep enough for me by 3 inches (cup depth 10, my largest breast 13).
(Sorry, no measurements. No tape measure with me.)
= Could fasten band, but super snug. Less snug after sw/scooping, but the cup was too small and squashed everything. Wacoal website gives sizing according to +4, so maybe their bands reflect that. = Cup way too small overall, but stretchy and very comfortable fabric. After sw/scooping, there was quadboob, but I could tuck some of it under the very stretchy cup? The cup seemed way too high on me. Again, probably made for someone way taller than I am, or at least someone with a longer torso or taller boobs. = Wire small for me. Didn't seem to stretch out of shape, even with too snug band pulling on it.
I think I might fit into a 36/38 H/I or higher in this brand. I will try them on if I come across any.
Pros: It's pretty ish. It's practical ish. The quality is very good. It's comfortable and widely available in the US. Cons: The band is large (which means it's probably true to size) and the cup a hair small, but the size range in this line/model is limited. The lace edging along the top of the cups will show through some fabrics. Final analysis - I'd have it in a 34HH, but they don't make one.
I very much like this bra. It has good form and minimizes without squishing you. It's also quite lovely - I love the lacy leaf pattern. The back will ride up over a few hours, but that's pretty common.
The bra really couldn't be prettier and the stretch lace cups are not itchy at all. Unfortunately, the cup size is way too small, even my smaller breast is popping out the top. I've come to the conclusion that this brand will never tack properly because it isn't meant for breasts my shape. Even one I tried in an H cup doesn't completely contain my breasts and tack. Because the cups are too small the outer underwire stabs into tissue and the additional side support wire left some pretty nasty bruises after a full day of wear which was weird because the band doesn't feel too tight (I can fit nearly my whole hand under the back). I liked how wide the straps sit but I don't think most ladies will, my shoulders are a little wide. Time to give up on Wacoal and move on to another brand.
