Seriously! Where are all the bras, valentine556??? Aren't you the one who's always pushing "buy *all* the bras!"? I'm very disappointed, girl.
I don't want anyone to think I'm pushing them. Every woman's health is her own responsibility, and in the absence of any particular reason to get a mammogram, I wouldn't have. I have no family history, I quit smoking 35 years ago and I drink maybe twice a year. I am 61, and my doctor wanted to get a baseline. So I did. And there was no out-of-pocket cost. And I will continue to get one annually.

OK, ladies, I just got back from my first mammogram. Piece of cake! It was utterly painless. So, if you're overdue, or you've reached the age where you need to start, please *please* go get a mammogram. And make sure you contribute photos to the breast shape gallery as well.

OK. I took the survey. I remarked that I'm trans.
Indeed I would! I am not at all shy about sharing my boobs ... errr ... sharing *data about* my boobs. It is a very interesting question, though, and I'm interested in the results.
Wow! That is fast indeed! I hope it's all you're expecting it to be.
Turns out, I ran across a corsetiere right in my back yard! https://www.facebook.com/tightercorsets
They're about 1/2 hour drive from me. She's totally booked through the end of the year, but has put me on her list for next year. Which works for me. Time to lose more weight and work on the waist training.
Yes, of course the taser is not for play. I was just teasing you.
I am sorry you had such a horrid experience, but I'm absolutely delighted with your review! Very funny. Thank you.
valentine556 Nah, not nearly that insane. Like I said, these people are very responsible people. Severely kinky, but very responsible. Permanent effects *only* when it's been negotiated beforehand.
Taser? Really??? I was clothed, sans bra, fabric of my dress not particularly thick or thin, but when that wand went across my nipples, holy crap! Believe me, I *knew* I was alive and not just sleepwalking through life. And I did it again the next night. And will do it again in a heartbeat.
dbmamaz It was absolutely fantastic! I can't remember the last night I had so much fun!
valentine556 Yes, Ma'am, it was all of that. This group takes all the above very seriously, except for the sane part. *giggle* Safe words abound! I still have marks from the violet wand on ... ummm ... extremely sensitive areas usually covered by a bra.
So, last weekend, I had the pleasure of being a booth babe at the Seattle Erotic Arts Festival. Actually, I was a "demo coordinator" at Sensation City wherein passersby could sample various "tastings" of the BDSM arts, and it was my task to sell these tastings to the people passing by, which of course, I excelled at! Actually, there was ... more standing and watching than there was passing by. Somehow I managed to wind up in the background of the photo accompanying this post.
So, there were lots and lots of bras, mostly worn by female-identified attendees, but not all. In a number of cases, that's all that was worn on top. I chose to be discreet, so I didn't observe too closely, but I'd say that most bras were worn more for effect than fit. Of course, there were lots of bras that were *not* worn, as well. Many, mostly female-identified, were corseted, as I was. All in all, it was an amazing display of the fashion arts.
To cap off this amazing weekend, and to end 10 years of unwanted celibacy, I had a touching and tender ... ohhh, ummm ... oooops ... had a lovely stroll through the park. *grin* Or was that a stroll on the beach in a light rain?
Prurient details upon request.

Sounds fantastic!
That's my Kristine-of-corsets! I trust that you kept your strolling through parks and walking beaches in a light rain safe, mostly sane, and of course consensual!
Glad you had some fun, you deserve it!

Wanabee: I'm sorry to hear life is being such a bitch to you right now. I hope things improve soon.
dbmamaz: That's outstanding! I'm so happy for you. *hugs*
Oh c'mon, Wanabee, even *I'm* not old enough to legitimately use that phrase!
Thank you all for your likes. This was a very special moment for me, not particularly easy to share, but one I felt *should* be shared. It came the day following what would have been the 34th anniversary of my second marriage. I *was* the other woman that caused the dissolution of that marriage.
I am humbled by the amazing people here. You are my best friends, my sisters, making this place safe, something like a sanctuary. As weird as I am, I feel completely accepted, just another valued member of the community.
It's weird how that bra covers the nipples without even coming close to them. *giggle*
Yea, I'm with you on this one. I love my Andorra. Personally, I like the shape it gives me.
Oh, and "pars pro toto", does that have specific meaning in law? Because "sacrificing a part for the whole" is not quite my understanding of the phrase. I thought it meant "a part standing for the whole." But I'm always open to learning new things and definitions.
The real question is, would I want to hide my tail? Would I be ashamed of my tail? The answer is no. I'm woefully tired of being ashamed and I don't want to play that stupid game any more.
As for the temporary, plug-in horse tails, I've seen those on the 'net. Interesting, but they don't do a thing for me.
Does a tail have to be fuzzy to be adorable?
Honey, a shopping spree *never* needs to be justified. It is its own raison d'être. And believe me, the hour was very dark at 3:30am when I got home Wednesday morning, having to be back in the office by 10 later that day.
Today, however, was gorgeous, so I put on my 38G - Freya Swim » Pier Halter Bikini Top (3019) and lay out in the sun, converting UVB rays to vitamin D. It was glorious!
That's *exactly* how it feels. :)
So accurate! Do you have a link to the artist's page, Kristine ?
