I've tried this bra in 30G and found it to be too small in the cup. Since this bra only goes up to a G cup, I sized up to a 32G. The band is now way too big (27 unstretched, which is bigger than my underbust measurement).

Due to the construction of the bra, I imagine it would work well if it was tight enough. The front of the bra is supported by a stiff piece that contours around where your IFM would be and upwards towards the apex of the cup. I'm assuming this is what makes the bra so stable. I will need to take it in a few inches and hopefully I will get more support from this bra. As it is now, when I am exhaled, the bra slips down to my natural waist and sits there doing absolutely nothing for my boobs. I've had to fully inhale in some pics to get it to stay up.

In my neverending quest for a strapless bra, I've been dabbling with various sizes in this model.

The 32G cup has enough depth for me that it is not being pushed out by my boobs creating a gap between the bra and my chest wall. The band, however, is too big, so the gap still appears https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> I actually prefer the shape of this bra for my boobs over the Deco strapless because the latter makes my boobs point a bit east-west as if they hate each other. I will get the band taken in professionally and hopefully this bra will work under strapless dresses. If it doesn't work out, I guess I'm going commando under my BM dress next month. Either that or tape. Ouch.

I liked everything about this bra except the straps. They are thin compared to the "spongy" Freya Deco straps I'm used to, making the edges particularly slicey. The gore is too high and not tacking at all to my breastplate causing it to shift around during the few minutes I tried it on to look in the mirror. It's a shame because the cup detail and subtle pink embroidery is actually very pretty and the black mesh over purple cup is something that appeals to me aesthetically.

This bra is not a perfect fit on me, but it's actually very comfortable and I love the black with pink and green colourway. I can wear it under almost anything and not even feel I am wearing a bra. So despite the fit issues, the fact that I'm comfortable always trumps the technical issues. With regards to these technical issues, the band is clearly loose and the bottom of the band does not even come in contact with my back in the middle. But with 6 hooks, the bra still manages to stay somewhat in place. The most discomfort I get is from the gore. Since it doesn't tack, it sometimes sits on breast tissue and so lying down in this bra is out of the question as I'd get stabbed and poked pretty badly. All that being said, I love this bra and this is my second of the same size and colour so that speaks to how comfortable with it being a regular rotation daytime bra.

I really liked the amount round pushed-up cleavage this bra gave me, but it was due to all the bra fit faux pas I encountered. The cups are probably 2-3 cups small, and I did not adjust the straps at all. The cleavage I got was just from the cup being so small. The cups are a half cup and padded, so it provides a base for my boobs to sit on and look pretty. Apart from that, the band is riding up even without the adjusted straps. The wires come up too short and cut into my side boob, but it's not immediately obvious. If I adjusted the straps, everything would just look squished and overflowing. It is very close to what I'm looking for in a bedroom bra and I could tolerate wearing it for about 10 minutes. If only it came in black/black.

I'm amazed at how comfortable this bra is. I generally have a hard time with soft cup and unlined bras because the wires can be a bit stiff compared to a moulded cup bra. However, this bra has pretty forgiving wires that wrap comfortably around my boobs without grinding against my ribs anywhere. The wires are less than a cm too wide at the top, which is a pass for me in terms of wire width. The shape it gives is rounded but relaxed. The profile it gives me is not very projected which leads me to think that the comfort of this bra lies in the fact that it's simply cupping my boobs and harnessing them without trying to gather or force it into a terribly unnatural or unusual shape. So far I've only worn it for a couple of hours, but the gore height is rather borderline tolerable like my 28H - Freya » Tara (4601). Any higher or wider and this bra's cup comfort would be completely negated by the gore discomfort.

This is my first half cup (balconet) bra. What attracted me to it was the scalloped cup shape.

My favourite part about this bra is the shape of the cups. They are lightly padded foam and the padding does not graduate towards the bottom of the cup. The straps are my least favourite thing about this bra since they are a bit on the thin side. I do find it cutting into my shoulders and arms whenever I move.

The band stretches easily but also pulls back quite tightly. It's very hard to explain but I think it might have to do with the fact that the elastic is ... strong, however the mesh part of the wings are not contributing to the overall support. It's very thin and serves just to hold everything in place, but is not very load bearing. This might not actually bother many people since I've not heard many complaints about it, so it could just be me. The gore comes up a bit higher than I can withstand. My threshold is very low at about 2.5 inches.

I decided to keep this bra, but it's on low rotation. I just save it for life's more sultry moments. I do still enjoy the shelf cleavage it gives me when I need it https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

I was so in lust with this bra the moment I saw it. The only thing stopping me was the fact that the gore was so high. Fortunately, it doesn't hurt too badly. While the gore is still sitting on breast tissue, the wires aren't digging in too harshly. The gore then obviously is not laying flat in my sternum. I think I could get away with wearing this for a couple of hours before it gets uncomfortable. Someone with close set boobs will experience the same issues as I have with the gore.

This bra is a bit small. I'll have to sister size to a 30G to address the obvious quadding. Apart from that, the colours are AMAZING. I'm keeping it despite the misfit.

This review is for the SS2015 light orange colourway is probably my favourite Dessous colourway. It's a warm light coral on the bottom half of the cup and a complimentary peachy beige on top. The straps are a vibrant but medium pink and all the colours are very complimentary. It almost works as a skin tone bra for me though I couldn't wear it under light blouses because of the straps and also my fear or nipple exposure. It works great under just about everything else though. The shape I get from this is natural and not too rounded. That's works fine for me as it's more of a low key, minimized shape.
