A package of Brastop returns was returned to me today. It queued in UK customs for two months with stickers demanding an Import Duty and VAT.
Despite my attempt to communicate with Brastop, they always clammered, "It is a 3rd party issue."
I emailed one last time Sunday. Four working days have elapsed, and they remain silent.
With this package, at least ... I have the ill-fitting, NWT products. The other packages that queued in customs for a month or more, waiting for Brastop to respond, they issued no credit to my account when the return parcels finally arrived Brastop. EDIT: Despite Royal Mail indicatig the parcels arrived at the Postal Delivery Office (PDO), three of the four packages never arrived at Brastop. They were simply down the street waiting for VAT. So, perhaps the other two packages will arrive back in the U.S. soon.
I would be an idiot to spend another $11 sending this package back, hoping for a different result.
I've sent and purchased 250 bras from around the world, and Brastop is the ONE vendor who has disappointed me. But, the unforgivable customer service spanned over not 1 but 4 packages. They consistently provided substandard service for my parcels stuck in customs four times. But, hey, they are consitent.
I'm an avid online shopper, because I'm sensitive to chemicals in stores. This is the ONE online vendor in seven years of avid online shopping that I will avoid. My one bad experience x 4 = Brastop. They are in a league of their own.
I am livid. Never, ever Brastop again.

They do have more designs they're working on for the future that would be without it but she suggested this "in the meantime". Aww.
