About a month ago, I discovered I was not a 34A or B, but a 28F! Apparently I was smooshing my boobs down all this time with cups that were too small for my body. Now that I have bras closer to my real size, my bust appears much larger and breast tissue is migrating back to ... my breasts. All the tops I used to wear look very odd. I either look really blobby (short torso) or my boobs are very obvious and I might as well hang a flashing sign over them! I was feeling discouraged, but I found a great solution - maternity tops!!
The shape of the shirts all emphasize a tiny underbust area which is just above above my waistline as I have a short torso, extra room for my boobs and it even covers the tummy area with lots of extra fabric! Very flattering! XS tops that define my waist making me look petite, not blobish and not too busty! This is the first time a halter top and button up shirt have properly fit me in decades!! I think I found my new solution to dressing my thin amd curvy body! If you have a short torso, are petite and busty, you could try maternity tops! Just another option!

If it's of any use, I have 38" hips and typically take a UK 10 in Cleo / Panache bottoms. I have Fortnight's Ivy high waist briefs in Medium, and they are pretty much a perfect fit. Haven't tried other styles so I can't comment on consistency, but you can compare/contrast my measurements with yours and how the M fit!
