I bought this bra on a whim while in the UK at Bravissimo. It is almost perfect - until I move - and then it is clearly too small. I wish I had bought this bra in a 28G because it is simply gorgeous. Despite it being a three-part cup, it appears seamless under clothing and gives a lovely round shape. The band is firm and made of a lovely olive green lace. The olive green is an excellent alternative to black, I would love to get another bra in this colour.
Fits decently but there is some wrinkling at the seam. I'm still trying to figure out my new size so not sure if this is a shape mismatch or I need a different size. Still looks cute enough to wear around.
This is such a beautiful bra! I ordered it just based on the looks and hoped for the best. The quality is good and it looks very pretty in real life. I had read that the band runs small or is tight. I wouldn't say that's the case, I think it runs true to size, and the band is actually my favourite thing about this bra. What I like about it is that the firmness of the band itself and the firmness of the elastics on the top and bottom parts of the band match. That makes it sit very smoothly and creates less visible lines when wearing ...it. However, the fit on me is not perfect, but it's one of those cases when it looks like it will fit but then only after wearing it for a few hours the problems come up. My issue with it is that the bottom of the cup is too shallow and that causes the bra to slide down on my rib cage with wear, which becomes uncomfortable. The top part is stretch lace which will be very accommodating for top fullness as well as for asymmetry. The wires are quite firm, as usually with Bravissimo. Read more 96 more words
I love everything about this bra, except I was a bit too optimistic with my band size, so I'm exchanging my 34HH for a 36H. This bra is probably not for most people though. I have very close set breasts and it's really difficult for me to find bras with gores that will tack. This tacked beautifully, which gave my breasts way more support than I normally get. However, a lot of people will probably find the wires a bit much at the sternum but softer wires just won't tack for me, period. I also have breasts that are full on top and bottom, so I'm always spilling ...out of everything, even if it seems like the right size. Usually someone like me gets recommendations for lace bras, but I hate how lace feels, how my breasts look, and being able to see my flesh. This bra completely contains all my fullness while not being a sexy, lace bra (a plus for me). The negatives are that you can see the seams through some shirts, it doesn't come in any light colors at the time of this posting, and the straps are on the wide side, which is good for me but not everyone. Very comfortable and also beautiful. The stretch lace on the top of the cups is forgiving to breast fluctuations. Soft material, except for something itchy at the clasp. Doesn’t hurt after wearing all day though, generally speaking. And it’s a stunning midnight blue lace.
Bubbles SB01BB Adding bra in for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database. ☺ Bubbles is a soft (unpadded) balconette bra. It has a unique circular pattern in Pinks Blue and Teal.
The band stretches from 24” to a max of 30.5”, so it’s not true to size but perfect for those of us who really should be wearing a 28 band.
Cup depth is 13.5 as measured by hovering the cup between the knees and placing the tape measure into the cup without any resistance, to a max of 15” stretched over the knee.
For me, this bra was too small in the cup, giving my breasts an odd torpedo shape as well as quad boob. It also had a minimizing effect. Not comfortable or appealing….
This bra is made from sturdy, heavy duty materials. The fabrics are not very soft, neither the cups nor the band. The wing are indeed low, but the wire is quite hard, and that makes it supportive but less comfortable. The shape it gives is a "green" shape.
I have short roots and normally wear 28DD. The 28E Satine is too big on me, and the 28DD is too small. It cuts in on top and feels too shallow on bottom. This bra has good apex projection but does not allow a lot of fullness anywhere.
The bra is closed on top and shallow on the bottom, but the cup depth is closer to 28E than 28DD. It should fit someone with at least average root height but lacks top fullness. I normally wear 28DD and have short roots. The 28E Satine is too tall and have too much top volume for me.
This is my favorite bra. Ever. I love this bra so much. The pink and black is classic and adorable. I love the y-shaped cleavage I get with this bra and it passes the t-shirt test. Nothing pokes or prods and my boobs feel secure all day (I work a pretty difficult job). I feel great wearing this and I wish I had this in every color. The only thing I wish is that the foam in the cup wouldn't wrinkle and then stay kinked even while being stretched out by my boobs.
Let me start just by saying this bra is gorgeous. The bows are precious, as are the polka dots, and it just has this lovely French motif to it. I just adore how cute it is. However, unfortunately, if you're petit you might want to avoid this one. The center gore is really high and the wires on the cups almost touch my back if I stretch a certain way. The cups don't quite fill the way I want them to and there's a bit of wrinkling at the top. I tried it in a 28GG and there was wrinkling near the top but I think it's just because it doesn't really match my breast shape the best. It's probably better for full on top breasts or people that have less firm tissue than I do. It just appears to be too tall for me overall. I don't have any problems with any other bravissimo brand bras, so I suppose I will just mourn the fact that this doesn't fit me well.
I can't believe this fits! I never thought in a million years I'd have a bra sized swimsuit that looked good on me! The band is a tad too tight, but I think it's best for athletic wear such as a swimsuit. The cups are stretchy and press down on my breast a tad, it can accommodate different sized breasts, which is good because I don't fall out toward the center if I lean forward. The cups are .5" too wide for me, but it's not noticeable and doesn't hurt, and I don't think I could really do much better. Haven't tried this in the pool yet, plan to ...use it in a hot-tub. I feel so confident and secure in this set. I also got the folding bottoms in a size Small, I usually wear a size US 6 pants and have 38" hips. It was pretty expensive but worth it for the quality and I know I'll get several years from it, my old triangle top swimsuit I had for over 10 years, it was not supportive, I didn't feel good looking in it, and now it's going in the trash! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> So happy with my purchase. I specifically made a stop into Bravissimo while in the UK to buy some of these! I wanted black and tan and also got a wonderful dark floral print! They are much more rigid than my old, worn Satine and they feel like better quality too!
