HOW IT FEELS: Comfortable. Thicker foam than I prefer for summer, but will be nice for cold weather. The shape is mostly good, but the nipple speed is a little higher than ideal for my shape. I could do with slightly less projection, but the smaller cup size caused quadding. Better fit and feel than Victoria’s Secret because it has more room at the wire and is a little more front and center.


ABOUT ME: Tall roots, very close set (less than a pinkie width between breasts), slightly center full, even vertical fullness (possibly functionally FOT due to tall roots). Average for projection, root width, and tissue ... softness/firmness. I think my tissue is soft enough to where shallower bras can work ok for me if they're more open on top, or taller cups.

Smallest bit of quad at the neckline, but it’s not visible under a shirt and no discomfort. Lines aren’t bad under a shirt. Good and supportive.

HOW IT FEELS: Relaxed fit, perfect for lounging. Zero side support, so allows the breasts to lay pretty naturally.

Fabric is soft. Doesn’t cut in across top of breast tissue despite wide evenly full/center full shape. Not a bra a reach for all the time, but worth having in my drawer.

HOW IT FEELS: This was my first unlined seamed underwire bra and loving it so far. Snug but stretchy. Bras size label shows size EU 70f, UK 32e, US 32ddd. Fits like my other UK 32F. Have purchased 2 more colors because I love it!

Vertical seam demi is very open in top, accommodates tall roots and even vertical fullness. I have a round shape already and this bra is very flattering.

As always, the gore sits on tissue because I’m very close-set, but it’s tall enough that a little outward bend to the gore wire tips keeps it comfortable.

HOW IT FEELS: I love this bra! The lining is thin enough that I can still feel my own body, but thick enough to work great as a t-shirt bra. The gore is super low and doesn’t cut into my tissue whatsoever. When supported there is zero space between the girls, so it takes a gore this low to not sit on tissue. The high apex of the lace overlay connects to the straps at my collarbone, which functions a bit like side support, and it works great for tall roots.

I've worn 1 size or another of this over the years when money allowed, and the old Natori Full Fit Hidden Glamor. The latter shares a similar aesthetic, sleek fabrics and depth, but feels pretty differently as Orangerie Plunge's gore wires overlap and the J underwire is shorter, narrower. Outside of Comexim, this is the only plunge I've ever tried that had a short and narrow enough gore to fit right.
Natori Feathers is way shallower than either of these bras and only shares some general styling in common with this fuller cuts; I'm not sure why both Orangerie and Natori's Full Fit line were abandoned among department stores in favor of Feathers which doesn't really fit anyone so much as boob hat them.

Like many french brands this style suffered some drastic quality control cuts and has smaller set of hooks than it should, no stable frame around the cups, band length runs short/tight/wears out relatively soon (likely because tiny gore and less-shallow cups are more comfortable than other molded bras), etc etc.

I am between sizes 32DD and 32E. I purchased this bra in size 32E and 32F, as Chantelle uses (modified) EU sizing. The 32E cups were much too big on top, so I knew that this would be a lost cause, but I figured since this bra has very little information on bratabase, it would be worth it to try on. The cups are very high for a Demi style in both sizes that I tried. The band is looser than the average 32 band, but the material is really comfortable!

This bra will probably be best for someone with even fullness or full on top. The wires are wide and there is a nice amount of projection at the base.

I purchased this bra to try more Demi style cups. The band is looser than the average 32 band. The cups are much taller than expected. I have average-wide roots and found the cups to be a good width. I am full on bottom with a lot of soft tissue, and I did not fill the top of the cups whatsoever. I feel that there was a decent amount of projection at the root.

This bra is the best fitting one I’ve found so far. The band is tight, but the cups fit perfectly for me. The center gore is a little uncomfortable, as well. Not sure I could wear it all day, but I may try!

I liked the fit but ultimately lined bras aren’t for me. It does give great cleavage and support if that’s your thing. The lace overlay is very pretty.

This is one of my favorite bras, I’ve had it in several sizes over the years and it’s never done me wrong. It looks smooth under tshirts but has the nice shape and comfort of an unlined bra. It’s supportive but still very chic.

This bra is super comfortable, and I forget I'm wearing it during the day. I don't LOVE that it's a bit minimizing, and it doesn't lift as much as I'd like, but I think it's a nice bra and good quality. Doesn't show under clothing. I do have to wear it on the tightest hook, and I've had to do that since soon after I first got it, but it hasn't stretched out too much, so it's still comfortable on that hook. I usually have trouble with gores of bras cutting into me/being uncomfortable, but I have no issues with this one!!
I did convert it into a nursing bra using nursing clips and some basic black elastic.

When I tried on this bra, it fit great in the band. After I washed it and wore it about three times, I realized the band was too big on me. Otherwise, very comfortable. I'm going to order another one a band-size down.

I have been wearing this bra in a 32D for two years. The band stretched out way bad but I think the cups were always a tad small. This is a 32 E and the cups fit better but run on the bigger side. I don't fill the top near the strap but I can deal with it if this was my only option. A little too much coverage for me but it's wearable.

Band runs big on this, I'm on the tightest hook. Has a weird chemical smell, the color is awful too. Cups sit too far apart for me. Sides are good and don't dig in.
