Gorgeous color and embroidery. Fit, support, and shape are all great. Band is a little snug, but I expect it will stretch out after a few more wearings.
Cons: Straps don't have a lot of adjustment. I'm almost at the shortest end of the range at 5'7" so it could be a problem for someone shorter.
Other: The embroidery and vertical seam are subtle enough to wear under a t-shirt with a printed design. The seam is visible through plain t-shirts though.
This bra is a t-shirt bra. The cups are made of a firm nylon weave that feels smooth and soft to the touch. Inside the cup is a side support foam panel to help shape the bust forward.
Good: -Colour blends well with the skin. -Thin sheer material does not add bulk. -The shape of the cup gives the breast a natural look, round at bottom. -Feels comfortable to wear.
Bad: -The straps at the back are quite far apart. I'm not sure if the straps will slide as have not wear out yet. -Centre cup separation quite wide. -Need to arrange the fabric of the cup to prevent wrinkling so it won't show through the shirt. -Band quite tight, not sure if will loosen after wash. Have just tried upon receiving the bra. -Not sure if nipples will protrude through. Needs to give it a trial first.
Cute lace bra. Being that I did not understand the difference between UK and US sizes when I ordered it, I was unable to wear this, as it was too small. It's cute, I cannot speak to comfort.
I need to measure this one. It doesn't fit me (the usual: not projected enough) but it is close enough and soft enough that it isn't uncomfortable so I'm keeping it anyway. It is very soft. The upper lace part starts a little lower down than I would prefer and you can definitely see stuff under shirts. But it is quite comfortable even though it doesn't fit quite right. It technically cuts in at the top but this is mostly because of how the lace part finishes at the top. It curls in just a tiny bit. I will say I got this today and there is already a loose thread.
This bra was a STAPLE for me prior to my breast reduction. The band was a little tight, but extremely supportive, and the quality of the fabric was great. It's a sturdy, reliable bra that also happens to be really pretty. My only complaint was that the cups were too wide for my narrow breasts, but unfortunately for me, most cups are anyway. Of course, I can no longer wear it now that I've had my breast reduction, but I highly recommend it for anyone in a 32H.
I hated this bra on me. The lace was itchy as soon as I put it on and it cut the top part of my roots giving me horrible shape. Definitely full on bottom and short root friendly. It gives a very natural shape, I had absolutely no shaping or lift which I didn't like.
This is a lovely and underrated bra. It fits my short roots beautifully. The only fault in the fit is the underwires are just a bit too narrow for me. I also wish the straps were a tad wider. The bra is well made. The design on the lace is quit lovely. The cups and lace have about a half inch stretching capability, are well projected and the cup is double lined. I also owned this model when I was a 32H(us size), so speaking from a 30DD size and 32H, this bra is very supportive and very comfortable. (The 32HH has thicker straps). It is so far my favorite and best fitting bra.
Prior to my weight loss and when I was breastfeeding I was a 32FF. It was my best fitting and most comfortable bra. I loved it so much, I now also own it in my new size. Sadly they don’t make this bra anymore, but if you have soft, “deflated”, “saggy”, breasts with short roots it’s worth trying to get your hands on it. For a plain nude bra, it still offers a touch of sexiness although it’s simple. The flower design in the lace at the top of the cup and at the gore is such a pretty touch. The bra itself fit so comfortably, and offered stellar support, giving my breasts a nice rounded perky appearance.
My shape: full on bottom, soft tissue, narrow shoulders/roots. Special thanks to MamaPagan for sending me this bra (and many others!) to try on! Appearance: This is an off-white, sort of grayish beige colorway for this bra. It's a 3 part cup, with the top part not entirely made of lace; it's mostly non-stretchy lace, but with some of the stretchy satin that covers the rest of the cups. Fit: SUPER narrow cups, which is kind of nice to see in brands other than all the Polish bras I usually wear. I don't know a lot about this particular brand. The shape this bra gave me was really weird, like it sorta smushed down and pushed out my breasts at the bottom.
I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.
This one is another from my personal bra log, and I don’t seem to have any pictures of it, but still figured I’d add the data from the log anyway. This is a full coverage bra, with a 4 section cup-two lower vertical and 2 upper horizontal sections. The top of the cup is half nylon and half lace, and I had it in beige. Full breast separation with no chance of cleavage in this bra. ☺
The band measured 23” to a max of 30.5” ...with 3 hooks and 3 rows of eye loops.
Cup Depth as measured by: 1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance. This measurement is: 11.5”
2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance. This measurement is: 13”
I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands. Since Bratabase only has one cup field, I enter the larger of the two, as it’s this larger number that determines if a cup is going to fit me or not since I am on the max end of the cup scale, but do realize that some may need the lower number to determine fit for their needs, so I will always include both figures in the reviews for full disclosure.
When I was this size, I did note that the high wing and wires dug into the armpit.
This bra was not for me, but it did have some good things going for it, and seemed to be well made with soft materials.
First, the things that were good (for me and my close-set breasts with immediate projection and tall shallow roots): stretch lace at the top section of the cup - no cutting in or weird wrinkling on top, narrow gore that was pretty comfy, narrow wires.
Unfortunately, the bra just didn't give the kind of shape I prefer, it didn't really lift the breasts at all. They looked pretty saggy and sad to me (see the side shot), so I'm not keeping this one.
I had to push the underwires to the armpit ends of the channels for the gore to fit properly and not hurt. Other than that, it fits on my smaller days. The side cup panels do make an odd shape but it's not uncomfortable and not noticeable under clothing.
Band is snug/ tighter then other 34 bras. Wires are wide, thick & hard...not bendable. Gore is high and hurts. Not projected enough for me and non-elastic lace gaps at top
Really cute and comfortable, but definitely gapes a lot at the top. I really like the pink pattern. Plus it's purple! So great! I wear it even though it doesn't technically fit.
The cups are too wide and the projection at the gore is too shallow for my boobs. The stretch lace at the top of the cups is very accommodating for full on top boobs. The straps are also set too wide for my frame so they cut into my underarms, and the top of the underwire digs in under my arms.
Cups are stretchy and can accommodate 7.5-8.5 depth. Great for uneven breast like mine. The band is slightly tight but I feel it will stretch out with time. The gore is too tall, but if I move the underwires to the side where the band is, then it doesn't hurt.
This bra seems to run a cup size large. If I sized down, it would fit great. Otherwise, I need a cookie on my smaller side because of all the wrinkles.
well, this bra kinda fits... however it's really uncomfortable. the wires are very thick and sturdy (not nice), the cups are not wide enough, and it's too high in the side. i would also say that the band fits more like a 28 than a 30. it's super pretty though!
Thank you sooo much for adding these measurements! Charnos is definitely a brand we need for data for.
