Need advice please! It's a pretty bra and seems to fit OK everywhere except fo the band being painfully tight and the side of the c ups being a bit big. I *think* I am more FoB and towards the centers. My measurements gave me a size 28F/30E. Could these issue be fixed by using an extender, and does it fit well enough to bother with one?

ALL comments and help are welcome! I am very new to this https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Thank you!

Band feels way too tight, but I love the bra otherwise.

    • its easier to give advice if you post a fit request, because that way your measurements can be compared to the bra. But it never huts to have a couple of extenders around. I dont see the cups looking too big? But if the band is too tight, it might be flattening the cups, so they might be too big with the extender.

    • I'd say overall this looks like a pretty good fit, but I agree that the band is too tight on you. It'd be worth trying an extender I think (and its always nice to have a few lying around anyways)

    • dbmamaz kermitdafrog21 Thank you both! I did post a fit request on this one. I will try with the extender I have later, but it stretches and adds a lot of length so that may or may not work. We shall see!

This bra fit me perfectly when I got it near the end of my pregnancy. Even though it is too big now, the lower projection has always been perfect, the wire sits right underneath my breast and doesn't budge. I would even buy this in a smaller size now since I've lost weight, but I'm not a huge fan of the mesh material. Also the flower embroidery shows through everything and looks like I have hives. Sigh. I also prefer full band bras. Really a bummer because this has been the best fit for the shape of my breasts. the wires are still a bit too wide and the cups too tall at the armpits but it was less noticeable when I was bigger.

It's my first unlined bra since my bra journey began. It's not a perfect fit, but I like it a lot. It's a nice change from the super padded bras I normally wear. Good support without the extra manhandling from pads or moulded cups. Really quite comfortable. I forget I'm wearing a bra. Definitely not the prettiest, though.

Because I'm FoB, this fits well in the bottom of the cup, but there is slight wrinkling at the top, which is exacerbated when lying down.

I was sent the wrong size in this bra. I had ordered 28E and I think it would fit well in that size except for the band being a little too loose. It's closed on top, so good for those with short roots.

Could this be The One?? Super pretty shape & fabric, best fit I've found. Feels supportive. Could be a little less scratchy. Had a little wire-poking under one arm, but they're not too high, so I think i can just bend the wire away a little and fix that.

    Size: 32GG (Index 32: 10)

    Pros:
    -Good projection
-Good coverage for when coverage is wanted
    -Good support
    -Keeps breasts contained

    Cons
-Wires come up too high for me, and stab me in the sides (I'm short-5'2" tall, and have a semi-short torso)
-Wires are too wide for my narrow shape.
-Gore is too high, it only measures about 3" but that's because the bottom of the gore is above the bottom of the cups.
-Gore is too wide for my close set breasts.
-Band shifts down throughout the day (but I haven't really found a bra that doesn't do this)

As someone who is a bit more even than full on bottom, I find this bra to cut in a bit. It also comes up very high under my armpit, and by the end of the day, I find the wires bothersome. The band feels tighter than my other 36s. It does give a lot of support, and a more natural shape.

Definitely smaller in the cup than the styles I'm used to (Juna, Meg/Lilly). I wear a 32H or 34GG in those, but this one fits like a 32/34G. I wanted to try a bandless one but I would need a 32J, maybe, and then I'd expect the wires would be too wide.
Cute, though, and seems well made.

  9. EDIT: This now cuts in considerably at the top and is painful to wear.

I like this bra. I'm moderately full, but I think someone very full on top would have a problem with this. The yellow is cheerful. The gore on this bra is too wide, but I live with it (and in the case of the black, I took it in, which also opened up the top of the cups).

After a few months of ownership, this was my best fitting bra. "I'll just buy it in different colors and I'll never have to try another style again!", I thought. Not so fast. The cups on the ... black Lucy seem larger than the yellow, although this is partially because the black is a full 1/4" wider at the bottom of the gore than the yellow or the pink versions. The navy with pink lace version actually is larger in the cup than the yellow. I took the gore in on both the black and the navy, which helps.

I also think that some retailers report this as "runs small" because of the lace at the top - it doesn't have much give (hence the "ski slope" effect I mentioned above). I realized that regardless of color, the lace does flatten you out a bit if you have any fullness at all. It's not uncomfortable, however, not noticeable under clothes, and I believe it stretches out just a bit with wear. The top of the cup aside, I don't believe the bra does run small.

I bought it way too small, but kept it since it was better than the bras I currently were using.
