Found this bra in Nordstrom Rack. I normally wear a 28f, but the 30f fits. The band is obviously a little big- right now I wear it on the smallest hook, so I'll have to alter it once it stretches out.
This bra fits me really well. I was surprised, since normally I don't do very well with Cleo and Panache. (I've been sticking with Freya and Masquerade).
The center gore is narrow, and the cups are are on the narrower side. I think they probably run a little small (maybe half a cup size?). The band is snug for 30- brand new it only stretches to 29 inches.
Not a huge fan of print, but the overall fit is great, and it looks great under shirts.
I love the look of this bra. However, it does not suit me at all. The cups are way too big at the top and gape. Yet, as with most plunges, I spill out of the middle. This is a common problem for me in most plunges. In 30GG this bra would most likely give me a quadboob effect. This is more suitable for someone with firmer or top heavy breasts. The bra runs true to size in my opinion.
my go-to bra right now. I've had it a few months.. My current bra collection is two bras since I'm in the middle of some weight loss with still about 15lb to go, so I'm not sure where my size will end up. I previously thought I had shallow breasts (I guess I do.. but I guess they're closer to 'average' than shallow) and bought this bra because it was recommended for those with shallower breasts. I've never been able to fill out the bottom of the cup, and when I shove the underwire up so that it meets perfectly with the bottom of my breast, the bra moves itself down over time. it feels somewhat tight sometimes, though. I've never had quad-boob with it, but its right on the verge of being too small for me, though I feel an entire cupsize up (32F) would probably be wayy too large. overall it's a comfy bra and worth the purchase if you definitely have somewhat-shallow breasts.
Firstly, it's so pretty! Lovely summer colours and florals, and the pattern on the lace is really nice.
The band- I kinda of think if they made a 31 band in cleo it would be wonderful - as I'm having to wear the 32 on the middle set of hooks from the minute I bought it- on the first set its too big, and a 30 would be too small. However it's a beautifully supportive band made of really nice silky fabric- it's firm but not too vice like.
The cups are a lovely fit- the top lace section isn't too tight which is good as I tend ...to find that the top sections on balconettes always cut in- this does not happen with the bella! The bottom of the cups are not too shallow either- I tend to get orange in the glass when I can't fill out the bottom but get quadraboob on the top- the bella cups fit beautifully all over.
The shape -wow! Very upfront and round- amazing considering its an unmoulded cup!
It could be better however- I find the gore does stab slightly after wearing all day so ill have to bend them slightly, and the straps are a little rough- tho this may go after a few washes. Read more 107 more words
This is a darn good bra. I'd love to have it in a 32HH, based on my 32H Darcy and the 32GG Juna. The band is very stretchy but probably true to size. I prefer a very firm fit, so sizing down to a 32 works better for me. I'd much prefer 3-4 hooks instead of 2, but alas. The cups run a little large so I can get away with this even though I still get some quadraboob. I'm fuller on top and narrow-rooted, so the depth & open-top of the balconette works for me. The shape is great. Lift is good (tough for a molded cup). It's reasonably practical, and doesn't show through most clothing. The lace along the tops of the cups keeps it from being entirely boring. It's lined but not padded. It's VERY comfortable. Bottom line: This is my go-to basic. I would like to have every color in a 32H/HH.
Seems to fit mostly fine, except that there's some wrinkling directly under the straps even though the rest of the cup is filled/over-filled, and it increases the appearance of armpit pudge. Also not too big on the color.
Fit is near perfect. Plenty of support, nice rounded shape. Very cute bra. The only complaint I have about the bra is that the material is a little scratchy, but I think this will improve with a few washes.
I am in love with this bra. Such cute detail. Band supports wonderfully, gore tacks well. This bra is so comfortable, give me a nice rounded shape. I think I'd be happy with about 10 of them.
The band on this one is rather tight for me, it barely closes so 30 DD it is. The gore comes up a bit high. Although it is narrow, the gore is still too wide for my breasts. I think I need low gores like in plunges, but I hear plunges are horrible for shallow breasts =(! I am FOT and this bra works well. I think I may need a bigger cup or at least a more narrow bra because I'm getting armpit fat when my breasts fall out the top since it isn't deep enough.
I bought this bra thinking it would be right for me...but the cups were too big (due to the fact I don't know how to calculate my breast size). I will be trying a different bra next.
At first this bra didn't fit, but after wearing a properly sized bra for about six months, my breast tissue migrated and it actually fits well now. The wires are a bit high, but after wearing it for a while I stop noticing them. The shape is natural and fairly front and center- not push up or cleavage-y, so it's a good bra to wear to work. As my breasts are bottom-heavy, the fabric at the top of the cups is a little bit loose, but when I'm on my period they get big enough that the fabric lies flat. The material is a little bit stiff/scratchy. I feel like it could be softer, but maybe after a few washings it will soften up.
Although this bra fits pretty much perfectly (the band feels a bit too tight), it doesn't do anything for the shape of my breasts. It makes them sag and point outwards. Simply not a good fit for my shape.
I was told this bra wouldn't work with shallow breasts, but I tried it anyway since it was cheap and I was already placing a big order. But no no no, this was not good. The cups were way too molded, so it also cut into the top and left space at the bottom. Overall just a bad fit. Seems like a really great, simple bra if it fits you right.
This was the first bra I bought/was fitted in after I found ABraThatFits on reddit. As I learned more about a proper fit, however, I discovered that this doesn't actually fit that well (though it fits better than the 34Ds I was wearing before!).
When I first bought the bra, it felt tight on the loosest hook. 5 months later, it is too loose on the tightest hook. I think it's a combination of the band stretching (I wore it nearly every day after I bought it....shame on me!) and me becoming used to a tighter, more supportive band.
The projection in the cups is too shallow for me, and the wires are too wide.
This bra requires a lot of upper fullness. I had to super swoop and scoop to come close to filling it out. I have a more even shape, and found that the upper cup lace was a bit loose most of the time, but it never shows under shirts so who cares?
The lower cup has great immediately depth, but is a bit snug relative to the upper cup because this bra is designed for ladies who carry most of their breast volume above the nipple. This made it a bit small on the bottom and loose at the top for me, but the underwires never slipped down ...due to lower cup shallowness like many bras tend to on me.
Ladies who aren't significantly fuller on top should instead check out the Cleo Lucy (5851) .
Strap tension is a weird thing in this bra because the straps are connected to the side support panels. It's tempting to over tighten the straps to force more side tissue forward and fill out the cup better (the straps are connected to the side support panels), but I've found that it really is more of a mental thing and doesn't make the shape look any different under clothing and isn't worth the discomfort or strain on the bra.
I really like the material, which is a thin and breathable lace at the top and matching mesh in the lower panels. Some stretch lace at the top on par with the Panache Andorra Full Cup (5675) and Panache Jasmine (6951) would make this bra a lot more versatile, but overall the materials feel really nice and very supportive.
The underwires were narrow for me, and tended to dig in to my ribs at the top, both on the outside and at the gore. Not sure if this is due to the underwire shape itself or just because of how the bra sits on me. If I'd kept it in this size, I would have experimented with bending them a little. I loved the purple color, but that's where the love ended. I was getting a quad-boob effect & the wires weren't wide enough, which is becoming a common problem for me.
I really wanted this one to fit, but after being on the computer for about an hour with the bra on, the fact that the wires aren't wide enough was true annoying and I had to take it off. Everything else about it fit pretty well for my full on the top boobies. I just didn't have any luck with those darn wires!
