Quadboob, loose band, not tall enough for roots. This is just not my size.

The band is firm and the cups are quite open on top. So glad it can cater for my inner fullness.

pretty wide, short and top curls into upper breast. Wider gore than I like, shallower on the bottom so the wire push outward and away below, dig in on the top.

The cups are too tall and the shape is weird.

Thank goodness I size up because molded bras are notorious for being shallow.

Bought this bra using guidance of online bra calculator. Serious sizing mistake. The cups are just too small/shallow for my boobs and I'm getting serious quadding.

Stretched band: 0
Band length: 0
Cup width: 5.5
Cup depth: 10.0
Cup height: 5.5
Wire length: 10
Cup separation: 0.75
Center gore height: 2.5
Wing height: 3.25
Strap width: 0.5
Number of hooks per column: 2
Who this looks like it would fit: Center full, moderately short rooted people with FOT or even from apex up, low projection if any.
Mimi should create a very rounded profile through apex and ideally gives some kind of high pole cleavage.
What I am: Projected mainly at my dense full sides, but not east-west facing, wide but not wide set, high set short roots that extend to collarbones with a very shallow weird ( arc ... on top, dense inner fullness which seems to be a totally different size from the rest of my breast & is prone to issues at gore.
Basically super full at root only, round over a wide center, then almost a directly straight shot from nip to nip with low 1" projection along inner. A vaguely augmented shape, without the wow factor.
Mimi definitely makes no effort to improve upon my form, neither does it injure it either.
Lets go to the chopping block:
Took in the stretchy band 6" (and several times over since, a miserable experience as the band is made of pure trash fabric)
Put in large plunge underwires that work for my taller sloped sides & shorty short gore needs.
Took out almost an inch of height from the very middle of the cup, just at the wire.
While there's nothing to be done for the short straps, these are closer to 14" and feel like swimsuit lycra so they have a nice soft give to them, but not loosey goosey like most elastic straps.
Out of numerable terrible batches through 2021, swimming though thousands of garbage foam spacer styles and endless manufacturers denial about sub 32" bands, this was an acceptable truce while trawling about for suitable styles. It's not painful, just uncooperative where I need more coverage and gentle support.

This bra fits me pretty well. The band is very firm and comfy, as are the cups. The shape it gives is mostly rounded with some subtle pointedness near the intersection of the parts of the cup. They fit well on my slightly-FOB breasts; they're about a cup size apart as well and while this is obvious with my shirt off, the shape the bra gives under clothes is not noticeably different, which I appreciate. My one complaint is that the straps are too wide; they rub my armpits if I have my arms forward (i.e., at my desk).
As for looks, I got ... the Bravissimo-exclusive purple color and I'm in love. I've never had a purple bra! It's cute and sophisticated and a little sexy. If anyone is interested in brief sizing, I got the XS/8, which will do on my 35.5" hips, but I could've gotten away with sizing up.
I've tried three Cleo balconies (this one, 28G - Cleo » Bella Balconnet Bra (7001), and 28G - Cleo » Lucy (5851)), and in terms of fit and comfort, this comes after Bella but before Lucy. Nougat said in her review that this is meant to fit the same as the Lucy, but I think it's closer to the Bella (and even the Meg that I tried in-store); the Lucy definitely seemed shallower, especially on bottom.

Gets comfier the more you wear it. The lace at the top flatters no one and is weird but ignorable

I bought this bra from a fellow user of this site and I simply loves it. The material is sturdy and made of good quality. This bra works perfect for my FOT boobs.

This bra is pretty comfortable and very supportive. The band is a bit tight for me, and the fabric under the arm cuts up a bit into my flesh.

This is a good bra both in style and quality, but due to the strechitness of its band, the size is not correct. Even with the band fully stretched, it is not my band size and I have to wear an extender. With the extender it fits tight, but more or less comfortable. I would recommend to sizde up with this particular bra.

See my review of the Asher in 28FF. This one has the same issue with the gore but the lower part is even further away from my IMF. For some reason the lace at the top on this one is wrinkly and looser but the band is more comfortable than the 28FF.

When I first put on this bra I loved it. The plunge creates amazing cleavage and made my boobs look so great.
But after wearing the bra for 10-15 minutes I had serious comfort issues. The wires and cup depth weren’t a good fit for me. The gore was too narrow for my shape and caused the cup wire to start way before my boobs. My boobs also weren’t filling the bottom of the bra, but I still was very full on top (the start of a quad boob) because the cups weren’t deep enough. I also had a lot of digging into my arm and upper side by ... the strap and upper part of the bra.
I’m still learning all the terminology and I believe myself to be average root width, projected, lots of soft tissue after pregnancy & nursing, and breasts start lower on my chest.
In case it helps: My favorite bra pre-pregnancy was Simon Perle Caresse 3DPlunge. I’ve reordered it in a larger size and hope it’ll work it’s magic again. Other bras I’ve tried post pregnancy in multiple sizes that have not fit me well include several Natori bras (Cups too shallow), Fantasie Rebecca Lace, Freya Cameo Plunge, Curvy Kate Daily Plunge, & Curvy Kate Lifestyle Plunge.
Still looking for my unicorn!

I wish this bra came in like a 28FF1/2 or something lol. My 28G is roomy at the top of the cup when I'm not on my period, whereas this blue baby is constantly about to quad. I also feel like the wires are stretched a bit too much and I should *technically* be wearing this bra w an extender. Alas - whatever.
Overall, though, great colorway, construction, and fit. I get AMAZING cakes on a plate cleavage in the Marcie and it is just. UGH. Chef's kiss.

Purchased around 2014/2015.
LOVE this bra. So disappointed it’s been discontinued.
Gave me the shape I wanted (round, high set, kept within the rib cage frame. Not cone shaped, not splaying out towards my arms, not sitting lower down my torso.)
Gave me the support I needed (boobs standing up high and tight, the straps are thicker, but not scaffolding. The cups didn’t fold under the pressure. I wasn’t afraid of bouncy castles. I never had to adjust the band throughout the day.)
Was cute while also casual enough to daily wear (I had the blue colorway, no lace on the edges. A pop of color was new for my lingerie drawer.)
Looked great and smooth under T shirts while also low cut enough to wear with V-Necks. (No lace peeking up over necklines!!!)
Now that I’ve gained weight, I am spilling over the top so badly it’s unusable. But this was my daily wear for yearsssss.

My first bra that I think truly fits. There is a little extra space in the stretch lace on the top of the cup, but I don't mind. It only shows up if I am in certain positions, so not an issue. Yay!

I LOVE the look of the Marcie. It is just SO pretty.
This shape is amazing for someone who is FOT or has even fullness. I have even fullness and I feel like it is very flattering https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
I do have to clasp this band on the tightest hook, as it will not stay in my IMF otherwise. I am receiving a Marcie in a 28G soon, so that should fit a little better.
I have pretty close-set boobs, and the gore is on the brink of sitting on my breast tissue - not a big deal at all. I do think that the cups come up a little short on the top, especially from the side view. However, this is a non-issue when wearing it underneath clothing.
