Generally I wear a 30F/32E (sometimes a 32F), and the 32FF in this bra fits me pretty great. Like others have said, it runs a few cup sizes small. I'm fairly full on top (I think? I have tissue that goes basically up to my collarbones) and shallow, so quadboob is usually a big problem for me with bras. The Karen doesn't have this problem because it's pretty open on top. Band feels pretty good, but it's fairly stretchy. It will probably stretch out over time, but that's okay since it seems pretty tight for a 32. I have a 30F Freya Deco and the band is much ...larger on the Deco (unstretched, about 1.5 inches either side!). The gore is a teensy bit uncomfortable with extended wear because it pokes into my sternum a bit. Definitely not a huge problem, the wires can be slightly bent out.
As with most balconette styled bras, the straps are pretty wide on this bra. I'm fairly broad shouldered, so it's not too much of a problem for me. I could see it being a problem for someone more petite. Additionally, the wires come up pretty high on the sides. Again, not a problem for me, but something to keep in mind if you have a smaller frame.
Overall, I really like this bra! It looks great under t-shirts and it has a really cute pattern! Read more 124 more words
The band and the straps are wonderful, unfortunately, this appears to be at least 2 cup sizes too small for me. The fabric feels really nice though and I hope to find this model in a larger size to try out.
The Karen is sooo cute! I love the aesthetics, but I'm not impressed with Cleo's sizing on this one. The cups run at least a cup size small, and the band is stretchy (mine stretched to 33in). I like unpadded Cleos in 30G, so I am sister sizing up a band size. I think a 32FF would be ideal for somebody who typically wears 32F or maybe even a smaller 34 back.
I'll be listing this one, but only because the size didn't work out for me.
My boobs push the gore together in the Cleo Lori in 32FF so that the two wires almost overlap. The cups and straps are a little too wide for me as well. The band is comfortable.
This bra is amazing. It's absolutely adorable. I was expecting it to be padded, but it isn't. It's actually pretty sheer if you hold it up to the light, but because it is navy, it isn't entirely see through. The top of the cup is made of different fabric than the rest of the cup, and is a little bit looser, but that's okay. Despite not being a plunge, because of the cut of the bra, it looks great with a low cut shirt, much to my surprise. It is incredibly soft as well. The band is wide and firm, and the straps are wide. My one complaint is that the straps are a little bit too wide for my comfort, but I went from wearing Target compression sports bras to 36D convertibles to 30FF/Gs to 32FFs, so that is probably just me not being used to it.
This was one of the only nonpadded bras I was willing to try, and sadly I'm a bit disappointed. The bra looks okay once I've got it adjusted in the right place, which is a bit tricky. There is a little tissue out to the sides, and a firm swoop and scoop brings it in and produces a quad boob that is slightly visible under clothes, particularly on my larger side. The shape is much better than other bras like this I've tried, but still too natural for my taste. From the side and top, I felt my boobs looked very small; I tried to imagine my padded ...bras in this material, and I still don't think they would look that small. I wore it for one day, and while it was comfortable, I did not feel comfortable wearing it- almost like I didn't have a bra on, and I felt very exposed. I may exchange this bra for the proper size and wear it occasionally as it is very pretty, but otherwise I don't think this bra is for me. Read more 73 more words
I really like this bra, but I think I need to size down one cup size. The band is firm and is very true to size...mine measured exactly 32 inches when stretched. The bird print is precious and I love the contrast of the navy fabric with the red details. The seams are strategically placed and I don't really have an issue with nipple show through. The straps are a bit wide set for me but that may also be because the cup is too big for me. The bird charm on the center gore is a nice touch. This bra gives a nice uplifted shape. I have some empty space at the bottom of the cups and some wrinkling at the top, even on my larger breast so I think I will size down to a 32F.
I was initially skeptical that an soft cup bra would provide good shape and support, but I was pleasantly surprised. I think this bra is very cute, especially the navy and pink design. The cup allows for more projection and doesn't flatten your boobs against your chest. The band is nice and tight. The underwires are kind of exposed and unpadded and sometimes they poke. I bent the wires to make them more comfortable. There's a little bit of gapping at the top where the lace on my smaller breast, but no gapping on the larger breast if I scoop and swoop.
After I was so happy with my Cleo Leila (6861) I decided to try another Cleo. The Lucy in 32F gave me quadboob, so I went for the 32FF. I can fill it with my larger breast after I scoop and swoop a lot, but only when I keep good posture https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> The band feels tighter than the Leila, but still OK. I had tried to make it less wrinkly on my smaller side by tightening the straps, but then it starts rubbing at the sides. I like the shape this bra gives me, and it fits me well enough to wear it under structured tops, but this style isn't the best for me so I won't get it again.
This bra is gorgeous! It gives a nice rounded shape and the lace is just about perfect - not gaping but not tight. Great for FoB or even shaped ladies. Also recommend it for those with a lot of projection.
EDIT: After wearing it for several weeks, I find the edging of the band super uncomfortable! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> So much so that I'm constantly readjusting it, which causes it to slip down a bit.
Although this bra fits pretty much perfectly (the band feels a bit too tight), it doesn't do anything for the shape of my breasts. It makes them sag and point outwards. Simply not a good fit for my shape.
Fits really well. Started off with a 32G since I wear the Juna in 30GG and figured I would need a similar size as they are both lightly padded. It proved too big in the cups though, and I exchanged it for this 32FF. The band feels perfect on the loosest hook and the center gore lies flat. It's very comfortable and very pretty. I like the colorway a lot.
The only negative thing to say is that it pushes the boobs a little apart, not creating an east-west look but a little less projected cleavage than I'm used to with my unpadded Cleos. It's a very subtle thing ...though and can of course also be convenient. If I use a clip to make a racer back, the cleavage is like the unpadded bras. The profile is also flatter than an unpadded bra, but only slightly.
The straps are a little too far apart but not uncomfortably so, and they don't slip off. They adjust all the way. There is a small ruffle on the straps that look nice.
I bought the matching heigh waisted briefs and it's a beautiful set.
I've worn it twice when writing this. Read more 86 more words
So, after I purchased and tried this bra in 32E (which cups didn't fit by far!) I ordered the same bra, but in 32FF and in a different color (purple). First of all, I have nothing much more to say about the design, it's simple but pretty, lightweight, well-cut and gives a really nice lift and round shape. The lace details of the top cup don't show much under a t-shirt, but a little. The color is really great and intense ! I love it (I'm fond of purple).
About the fit, now: it fits like a charm !! No quad-boobs effect ! No cutting into breast's tissue, the underwires ...are comfortable and not too high on the side (I'm not tall: 1m52 and the height of the sides is important for my comfort). The back band is perfectly adjusted, not too tight and firm. I love this bra ! Even more when you know it's my FIRST well-fitting bra. Before, I'd wear a 95F, which was wayyyy too big for me on the back size :/
I find only one small issue with it: the centre gore is a liiittle tight on my chest (not on the top) and you'll see in the pictures, it makes my skin a bit red. But I didn't wear it or wash it yet, so it may change or if it doesn't, I may become more used to it https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Anyway, I'm keeping it and I'm sure it will become my fav bra !
