After some confusion over figuring out my sizing I ordered this final sale from breakoutbras and was pleasantly surprised that it is a good fit. I had wanted to try comexim for a while but was put off by the weird sizing. For reference, I fall somewhere between UK 28E/30DD and 28F/30E. Because I purchased this from breakoutbras, it has a UK size on it, but Bratabase automatically sets comexim bras to EU sizing under the public view.
It gives a nice shape and the seams don't show up too bad under clothing. As an additional benefit, it is very comfortable. In the past I have found the center ...gore to be a little irritating on some bras - not an issue with this one. It has a decent amount of projection, but not very much immediate projection. The material is on the stiffer side. However despite all the positives I get gapping near the gore at the top of the cups if I am in any position besides perfectly upright like in the photos. I'm not sure what that indicates. I think it could have to do with the lack of immediate projection making the cups warp a little? Or maybe it is better fit for FOT? Sometimes bras still leave me stumped.
I may be wrong, but It seems like comexim has several other bras with the same cut as this one, all with different model numbers and names. Visually it looks similar to their other padded plunge bras but I can't directly compare material. I usually look bras up on here before I buy them and this made it difficult to figure out which models this one would be similar too. I don't know if all the comexim padded plunge models are made from the same pattern. I guess I will have fun with that when it comes time to replace this one. Read more 206 more words
This bra is beautiful and well made. I have the nursing bra version and it’s the perfect bra for summer and heat. The fabric is soft, cups have immediate projection, the gore is med-high height, and it is exactly as pictured. The black fabric does feel a bit more snug than other fabrics tend to feel so I would recommend sister sizing up if you can. I’m a 32G but got 34FF (75HH) and it fits perfectly.
I sized up to 60J from 60HH in my previous 3hc bras hoping to address the quad-boob I usually get on my larger side and help with breast separation. It’s an ongoing challenge with asymmetric breasts!
The size change helped a bit, but by requesting the straps be moved in 2 cm, I may have lost the benefit of the increased cup size. 🤷♀️ I should have requested help beforehand. Live & learn.
After measuring and taking photos I helped move some outdoor furniture & noted a slight quad-effect on my larger side. It’s not notable through clothes. Otherwise, the bra is comfortably snug (my experience has been ...this will work its way out after a few washes/wears).
I DO like the strap placements - I will probably continue to have this alteration made. However, I will also seek advice on how to address other concerns.
As I noted in my review of the Acapulco 1 bikini, I received an email from Comexim informing me band sizes 60 & below are NOT eligible for return/exchange. I knew any bras with alterations were not eligible, but I didn't know that size was a factor.
while i was much looking forward to owning another comexim, this is another 30-band bra that fits like a 28 band. so, unfortunately it doesn't fit me on its own. with an extender though, fits me amazingly aside from a slightly floating gore! it gives the girls a nice oomph, too! i'm going to list this for sale unfortunately, because i believe even after stretch it won't fit me without an extender. beautiful bra, though!
not quite a perfect fit as this lacks enough immediate projection at the gore for my center fullness but it is still wearable. even though the gore is narrow, it doesn't tack hard enough at the top and sits a bit on my breast tissue.
the fabric has a slight sheen and it is very comfortable; it pushes my boobs up with a rounded and slightly minimizing effect.
Slight quadding on my larger side and very top of the gore doesn’t lay completely flat all of the time. Very comfortable. Underwire doesn’t stab my armpit and fits perfectly underneath my IMF. I might need a larger size, but with my weight loss I will be keeping it. Very high quality. Plan on buying more. Happy to find wires that accommodate my narrow roots perfectly. Seems good for my projection issue so far as well.
love this bra and she fits very well! got her secondhand off of ebay. i normally wear a 28F unlined / 28FF lined UK and took a chance with the sizing, so i'm quite glad it worked out.
the narrowness of the cups are really perfect for me. i was a bit worried about it but the gore height is surprisingly fine as well. the cup digs into my armpit fat slightly but not enough to bother me; it kinda motivates me to stop hunching my back, lol. i would say that the cups could stand to be a touch more projected but overall i love it and the narrow shape it gives.
it also disappears under my white t-shirts (though the seam is there). going to get some 3HC's next, either in this size or a cup up and perhaps ask for added depth.
I took the opportunity to try this bra; but unfortunately it does not fit well, largely due to the big band. This is a 34FF Comexim Clara plunge that I got in great preowned condition. I love the Navy blue lace overlay, which feels less harsh against my pale skin than black does, and the color and design almost reminds me of my Victoria 2HC. I chanced getting this bra even though I wear a smaller band, because it was reasonably priced and I have some very short firm Comexim bra bands, one I wear with an extender. I normally wear 28, 30, and some 32 bands, so ...I thought this 34FF comexim plunge might work on a tighter set of hooks. I was also curious about how the cups scale in a larger band. This bra was preowned with very light wear in great condition, with no signs of the elastic being pulled or damaged. It is one of the stretchiest Comexim bands I’ve ever had. It easily stretches to at least 42 inches and maximally at 44inches+ before I feel worried about deforming the elastic. The oversized band (for my body) causes the classic issue of the band riding up significantly and over tightening the straps, and which slightly impacts the fit of the cups. The gore also does not tack against my sternum. The tagged size is 34FF so I believe this is from Breakout Bras or another boutique, rather than directly from Comexim. The volume of the cups isn’t too off for my bust size and the cups aren’t too wide, maybe a little shallow at the bottom. I have some other Comexim plunges tagged similarly in their “UK” sizing, my best fitting comexim plunges are a 28GG, 28H, and a 30G bikini top (although the 30G and 28GG are definitely small in the cups, the 28H may also be small but slightly small with other small fit issues). I wear a larger cup size in the half cups and I’ve noticed an issue where if I size up appropriately in cups they end up being too tall and a bit too wide. I’m asymmetrical and prefer to fit to my smaller side. The plunges may not have enough projection where I need either, I’m very center full when supported with fairly soft tissue. My issue with their plunges extends to other bra brands and other clothing items with a deep plunging necklines, often V neck plunge tops don’t sit “taut” on me, I believe it’s because I am very short statured with a short torso with narrow shoulders, overall petite. I’ve liked some of my Comexim 3HCs and hope to try more of them, and more styles of Ewa Michalak bras. I like this bra and would be interested in trying it in another size with a smaller band. And hope to get more similar looking bras. I think there bands vary quite a bit; but this one seems very stretchy. Read more 388 more words
This bra was ordered directly from Comexim. I chose "55G" because I own 2 Basic 3HC from Breakout Bras whose tags say "26F". I asked Joanna what size I should order if the 26F fits perfectly, and she said it's equivalent to their 55G.
My shape is somewhat projected. I have narrow, short roots. I'm functionally full on bottom and center full.
The gore dug into my sternum for the first few wears. It doesn't anymore after breaking it in and it is extremely comfortable now.
It's the perfect bra for me. The underwire perfectly encompasses my breasts.
MEOW, I am in love. This bra is part of my first direct order from Comexim. I have several 3HC bras from Breakout Bras that I adore, but BOB doesn't carry the Cats & I couldn't resist the Valentine’s Day sale.
This bra is incredibly comfortable. I wore it for 12 hours and did not want to take it off.
If anyone in the US has qualms about ordering directly from Comexim.pl - please don't! The customer service, IMO, is exceptional. I sent an email after I placed my order with questions about sizing. I received a response within minutes. Joanna reviewed several fit photos I sent & ...she recommended the 60HH size I purchased & changed my original order.
It took 13 days from the time I placed my order to arrive at my doorstep. I would wait TWICE as long for quality custom-made garments like this Comexim Cats 3HC.

This bra runs smaller in the band than I anticipated, much like my Ginger plunge. On the outermost hooks it felt fine against my ribs, but the gore told a different story. I added an extender, but that still wasn't quite enough. It took a gentle bend of the gore to totally stop the poking, but now it's basically perfect. The only issue is that the underwire on the left side is missing from the gore (I believe it was modified to be overlapping). It doesn't seem to cause any fit issues, thankfully. The fabric at the center tends to want to gap slightly more than the ...other 2 Comexim plunges I have (Ginger and Tropical Garden) but otherwise fits the same. The underwires are also a bit wider on this one, so they are sitting outside my IMF. It's not to an annoying degree though, so I'm not fussed.
Edit February 2024) I fixed the wire channeling to be closer together to hopefully fix the gapping issue, and it seems to have worked. This bra doesn't migrate like my Ginger or Tropical Garden, thankfully. It also now fits better without needing an extender. Read more 86 more words

Edit February 2024) Much the same as the Ginger bra I have, this one has stretched out a bit over time and fits great without an extender. The migration on my later side over time is more prominent, but it's okay. I might try to bend the wires a little since they are a little wide, so maybe that will help the fit and reduce moving.

Edit Feb 2024) After having this bra for a little while, the band has stretched enough so that I can wear it on the tightest extender hook now. I've also lost a bit of weight and my ribcage is a little smaller from that, so that helps. I notice that this bra can migrate down out of my IMF during the day, and it buckles a bit when it does sit in my IMF. I think it's not quite projected enough at the wire, but this doesn't effect my comfort during the day so I'm not too worried about it. Still very comfortable and pretty.
It was love at first sight when I saw this bra on the Breakout Bras website. I knew this size was not going to be ideal. But - pink and gray polka dots, oh my! And it was on sale! I could not resist.
I held my breath until it arrived. It fit! Sort of. I liked it enough to go on and purchase several other 3HC-style bras in a better-fitting 28G.
Even though this bra is too small (quadding), it remains one of my favorite bras. It's remarkably comfortable. Depending on the outfit, I achieve great cleavage with it.
The band is definitely too large. The Comexim site states that they measure their bands differently than most (ie. stretched and not at rest). This appeared to be false since this measured at 80 when stretched.
Great quality as usual from Comexim. The shape isn't as pronounced as their padded bras - it is subtle and elegant without minimizing. The cups seem fairly tall on the sides - the bra venerable fits me everywhere and the wires do not seem to be excessively wide, but there is some empty space towards the outer top of the cups, mostly on my smaller side. It is still totally wearable, and probably not a problem for someone with more upper fullness or firmer tissue(mine tends to pool in the bottom of the cup like liquid, and pads at the bottom rarely help fill out the cup on my small side.)
The lace edge of the cups also seems to jut forward from the elastic slightly. Not a problem for me but may show under certain garments.
Overall I think this is a decent and elegant everyday nude bra at a good price point.
I love this bra. It works well with my full-on-top, asymmetric, soft breast tissue. It’s my 4th half-cup 3HC padded bra from BOB. I've considered sizing up in both the band & cup size, but overall it is SO comfortable. I love the narrow wires and the shape I get under clothes
I used an extender for the first several times I wore it. Shortening the strap on my smaller side helps.
im a crazy cat person haha 0u0. anyway the actual bra itself is extremely comfortable, it fits like a charm. i do wish the cut i got had more obvious cats but thats not the bras fault lol. quality is good, comfort is good, fit is good. what else can i ask for?
