I've now had this specific bra in 3 different sizes and I think it's turning into my favorite. Extremely cute and comfortable. I ordered directly from Comexim this time and was surprised by how quickly it made it to me.

I currently wear Comexim 80M plunges, so I thought I was just getting another look, or maybe slight variation of that cut. Although, at this point I'm fairly certain no two Comexims are sewn the same, and asking for alterations just caused me more problems. For this particular bra, the cups are too far apart, and since there is a gap in the gore, my tissue tries to push out and under the wire into the center gap. The bottom strip lies flat on my sternum and fits correctly. Putting it on, this band felt much looser than other 80M's I have, so it may be a fabric that ...stretches out more. If I was in a physical store of these I would have definitely sized down to a 75 band. The cups of this bra are in my armpits too much. More than normal for my Comexim's. The purple stretch lace isnt anchored to the black cup at the top of the cup, and the black cup just barely covers my nipples- seems like a half cup/balcony of some sort. I definitely have a subtle quadboob right where the black cup ends. I also have room in the outer cup without tissue to the wire. The purple stretch lace also stretches A LOT and I had to fully tighten the straps, as the strap tension seemed like the only thing keeping me from spilling out the center. (Without straps and with half-tall cups, they just fall down) I worry this is too much strain for the stretch lace, and wish there was a more supportive element in it. The side wing height is too tall for me, and the top of the cup is crumpling against my tail of spence/armpit. Actually about 1/2 the triangle up from the cup to reach my shoulder is coming out of my armpit, curving around my arm to go up. I think this is too east/west for me, significantly more than normal for a comexim. it's a little annoying to import a bra to have it be as east/west as one domestically obtainable. I'm considering wearing it a few times to make sure I need to alter it, (because then it may get doomed to the work-in-progress box) but I think I might simply close the center front gap by essentially sewing the wires together. Since the cups seem to far apart and the straps are too far apart, and the band seems too big, I hope that would solve it.
For any purple lovers out there, what I got did not look like the color pictured. I know it's difficult to express true colors online. The color on my screen appeared like a dusty darker lavender. A nice color that felt like it went along with the name Purple Love. The color I got is much closer to a vivid magenta or a really bright sangria, closer to the color of the butterfly on their website than the lavender I expected. Or maybe this https://www.pantone.com/color-finder/227-C As someone who likes purple but doesn't like pink, it was surprising and not a color I hoped for.
Quality wise: All fabric seem nice, the sewing seems good. I wish the cup was more secured to the stretch lace, and that that stretch lace was reinforced or at least not as strained between the cup and shoulders- where it seems to be supporting the weight (more like a bralette than a bra). I also wish they were slightly better about piecing together the stretch lace where there werent extra-bumpy outercup seams. I am a big enough size to not hope for pattern-matching or seamless, but felling down the seam edge should could easily be done with a little more care.
Comfort: Too east/west, crumpling against my armpits, tissue trying to escape center-front. It's not unwearable, but its not comfortable. The stretch lace is really soft, so that's nice.
Appearance: The lace coming out of my armpit to reach my shoulder is very crumpled and not at all flattering. Worse, it make large lines that are visible through shirts. The wires at the center front which are sort of the focal point are all weird wince the gore is too wide, yet had no structure to hold it in place against my tissue. Where I sort of quad boob- under the center wire is not flattering or comfortable. I was also somewhat disappointed by the color, which to me seems very different than pictured. Ordered with cookie pockets and 1cm extra depth at the wire (unsure if done). It's about 0.5cm deeper at the apex than my unaltered 55J Basic. Whether it's the extra depth at the wire or at the apex, this isn't pushing me out of the cup like the Basic. It's not the most perfect fit if I'm being picky—I think I'm just a half size right now—but it's good enough to keep, and I love the bird print.
I normally wear this size (80M) in Comexim plunges, so I expected this to fit like the others I have (besides the fact that ever Comexim I get seems sewn somewhat differently) This seems very similar to the Mint Pearl Flower I got in the same order. The cradle/ band seem fine. I'm a little thrown off by how odd my breast sit in this despite it being the same size and cut I've gotten before. However this one was cut, my breast end up touching for an inch above the gore (something they get close to but dont normally do naturally or in other comexims) Until I really tightened the ...straps I thought the cups were going to be too big. That didnt end up being the case. While the top/center 1/3 of my tissue is not contained in the center front, there does seem to be empty cup in the armhole area, and on the sides this results in an indented line where the fabric strain of the strap runs across the the upper outer cup. Weird, but not uncomfortable? Unfortunately visible through any thinner shirts. Seams don't seem to be visible through a thin shirt, however nipple bumps are.
Quality: fabrics seem to be more basic everyday (and hopefully durable) focused more than soft/luxury. Actually feels nicer than the Pearl Mint, and the outer satin is nice.
Comfort: I think the wires are a little long for my underarms, and there's a little too much bra cup in my armpit, but it seems like it will be daily-rotation wearable, although not a favorite.
Appearance: I like that it's a beige without too much decoration so I can have something to wear under thin light colors without being seen. I wish the nipple bump was more concealed and I may have to see if I can add a cookie to hid that. I also hope the upper out cup stress lines dont show a lot, because that sort of defeats the point of a beige bra without lace/decorations. I will have to get used to how my chest sits in this, which is a different shape than my other Comexims so far (such as the Megan). Read more 253 more words
THIS BRA IS NOT PADDED since there are no descriptions, and all the other bras I've bought have been padded I thought Id mention this, as I would not have bought an unpadded bra. It even looks padded with how the stripey mesh turns to a solid color- similarly to the padded Purple Love style.
My regular bras are 80M Comexims, and that is what I got in this bra.
The longline rolls up, despite me just getting gradually smaller not any bigger from my underbust to waist, band size seems fine and not like a size issue, more of a design/construction flaw. It seems like the bottom half 1/4 inch ...of elastic just seem sewn on too small, like it was completely stretched out to be sewn on, and that seems like the part that flip rolls a little, then stops. The stripey stretch mesh fits and sits fine until that bit.
Straps are too far apart
Wire are VERY splayed away from my roots, Moreso than other Comexim's, and around the whole bottom and outside of the cup. The cup is not nearly projected enough and pulling me very flat. Im disappointed because I have UK bras more projected and the whole hassle of buying non-returnable (becuase of size) Polish bras is to get something projected. Im somewhat Omega shaped, but this almost seems like the wrong cup size because of the shapeing. Not what I expect from a Polish brand. The underwires on this are VERY tall compared to my other Comexim 80M plunges. To not be stabbed in the armpit, I would have the bottom wire about an inch below my root. Because I cant get the wires next to my roots and the cup isnt projected, I have breast tissue that should be projected being smooshed into the area between my root and the wire (this is happening at the bottom and outer-side. Occasionally when I breath, the wire shifts and pinches that tissue. If it were possible to return this I would. Somehow I also quadboob into the middle. I keep double checking that the tag says 80M, because this fits terribly. I ordered 4 bras all size 80 M and this is the only one this off, so I suspect it's a pattern issue not a wrong tag installed.
Quality: materials seem good. As for the sewing and pattern, I am disappointed with the rolling up of the band, as well as size scaling issues or whatever happened where this bra's cups are almost unwearable compared my normal Comexims. I hate that it is the only brand to somewhat fit and I have to gamble with every order on whether the fit will be remotely the same.
Comfort: none to speak of. While it isn't constantly painful, I would have to unroll the band every minute or sit with it bunched up, feel compressed, and occasionally be stabbed in the armpit by an underwire, or occasionally have tissue that was forced between the wire and my roots get pinched by an underwire. It is unfortunately not a bra I would recommend to others, yet I dont know if it's this style or Comexim's inconsistancy.
Appearance: While nipple bumps may be considered sexy and part of the design, they are not a feature I want in my bras, so I wish this had padding. Further, the band rolling up is either a lump under clothing, or a constant adjustment. I quadboob out the center, and the wire doesnt follow my roots leaving compressed tissue to sort of double back and fill that root to wire gap. So rather than the sheer mesh being a cute feature, it is simply a window into the various fit issues. Read more 509 more words

Quality: fabrics seem to be more basic everyday (and hopefully durable) focused more than soft/luxury. The picot trim at the bottom of the band and around the armholes irritates me a little- hopefully that will go away with a few washes/wear. The inner cup is white and the color seems to be a printed mesh laid over the white. This mesh is very rustley. Im not used to that much noise from bra fabric.
Comfort: I think the wires are a little long for my underarms, and there's a little too much bra cup in my armpit, but it seems like it will be daily-rotation wearable, although not a favorite.
Appearance: I love that this material is a print that is a light color and a subtle enough print that it can hide beneath some light colored shirts. Im sure with a thin white it would show, but I can wear this under some light colored shirts and have a "fun" colored bra without it showing. Most bras that arent black/white/beige are very dark or loud colors and patterns, so its nice to have something fun that work of works as a beige. That being said, I hope the upper out cup stress lines dont show a lot, and i will have to get used to how my chest sits in this, which is a different shape than my other Comexims so far. Beautiful bra with slight padding. Overall soft and stretchy material. The cups are a bit tall for me and the straps are a bit far spaced which results in a bit a wrinkling where they attach to the bra. However, overall a good fit. I may order with customizations directly from Comexim in the future.
Gorgeous and extremely comfortable. Lace is soft and stretchy. I do have some gaping at the top of the cup when slouching or leaning over, but overall a great fit and very supportive.
This should work according to the depth measurement, but it's just not quite there. It pushes up/presses my breast tissue and creates some slight quadding on top.
Edit: it's actually not that bad when my size isn't fluctuating during my cycle, but still a push-up cleavage fit, which isn't always what I want. I think the plunges suit me more and possibly accommodate the size changes better, but getting all the customizations to work out is a trial.
This might fit better with extra depth at the wire (I've heard that the 3HC is good for immediate depth, but in this size range, I don't think that's true). ...I've seen other reviews with this alteration; emailed Comexim to confirm they do it but haven't heard back yet.
I've been trying to make the 3HC work for me so I could get something unaltered. But it seems like I can't avoid customizations.
Update: So I actually ended up asking about the plunges, not the 3HCS, but they confirmed that they can add 1cm of depth at the wire to the plunges.
Update 2: I decided to keep this since it's not the worst. Trying a 55J Ardea next, since sometimes I think the Basics run just a little small and a 55K might be a little too big without customizations (remembering that 60HH/28G I tried which was too tall/large overall). My order of reduced cup plunges with extra depth at the wire was pretty hit or miss. I don't recommend this alteration since it's hard to know if it was done. Read more 151 more words
This is a 28G from Breakout Bras. The depth is fine but the overall dimensions are too large for me. So basically it's confirmation that a customized 55J (maybe with straps moved in) would be ok.
Update: After trying a regular 55J 3HC (a little too small for me on larger days), I wonder if the cups are scaled more in this range? I've had 60G and 55Hs that had the same cup dimensions.
Initial wear: (for an initial review for a standard 80M plunge by Comexim please see my Megan review) My first time getting a bra with adjustments from Comexim. After a few emails back and forth, I bought two different plunge bras and asked that they both be made in a longline 80M, with the following adjustments: “1. Bowl 1 cm deeper
2. Move the straps 2 cm in
3. Can you also make a narrower and shorter gore? The cups were slightly too far apart
4. Can you use narrower wires? The outside wire of the cup was about 3 cms from my breast tissue, but I filled the volume of ...the cup”
#1 was previously discussed to be adding projection/depth to the cup near the wire- I think it was misunderstood as to be adding an inch of depth/height in the wire on the other bra I got, the Magic, however Im not sure this bra was actually altered AT ALL.
This did come as a longline (my first order was supposed to be a longline and was delivered not as one). It feels very soft and not as heavy duty/structural compared to the Magic. The straps are too far apart for me. The wires are only about 2 finger widths too wide on the sides and outer bottom, but fit in my IMF and next to my cleavage-area root well. This one actually had crossed wires (The Magic didnt and the unaltered Megan didnt). Im not sure if the gore is shorter or not, but it isnt flipping side to side in a short wear. As the "longline" is mostly lace (with only 3 hooks) the lace goes wherever my body pushes it. The cup shape is good, although it doesnt quite follow my curve on the top edge (although it doesnt wrinkle or quad). The biggest cup shape issue is due to wire shape it doesnt follow the outside edge of my root. Im not sure if this band is particularly stretchy or what, but it almost feels as if the band is a size bigger. Im not sure if this bra came in the standard, not altered size, as it fits nothing like the Magic I got and similarly to the Megan. Be careful anyone ordering from Comexim. The first time I got an unwanted alteration. This time it seems as my instructions for BOTH was only used on one. And despite saying they'd ask if they needed clarification, I think they did one of my requested alterations almost backwards on that one, giving me even taller cups instead of more immediate projection.
Quality: this one is very soft and comfortable. I love how soft and stretchy the lace is- almost like pajamas. However I wonder if that gives up some support. Also the cradle is simply the lace with a grey mesh backing- so it feels more like pajamas than a durable daily bra. To be determined with more wear.
Comfort: feels like pajamas
Appearance: cute, although the lace shows texture under a shirt.
Update: 10 months and 2 weeks: the band is still a little larger than I would like and I think has stretched out about one hook's width. This is probably my best fitting bra currently and the only one that doesnt hurt by the end of the day. The "longline" lace regularly just bunches up and has to be smoothed back down. Love this bra. Fits really well and doesn't cause me pain like the CK Ellace did after wearing it for a couple of hours. The only complaint I have is this bra has slight wrinkling at the middle bottom of the cup, probably due to my splayed breasts/less inner fullness than expected.

Altered straps,
Straps moved in 2cm, but OG buyer wasn't sure if they really were moved in
I ordered this as a plunge with reduced cups, straps moved in, cookie pockets, and 1cm extra depth at the wire. However, I received a 3HC. I *think* most of the alterations were done (unsure about the extra 1cm though). The cup height is in between a 55H and 55HH. The cups are slightly more projected than a 55H.

Alterations: Reduced cups, straps moved in, cookie pockets, satin trim instead of lace. I also requested 1 cm extra depth at the wire, but I'm not sure if it was done. This bra doesn't fit, because there is no added depth and/or it's about 0.5 cm less projected than my Adele.

The fit of the bra is like my other 55HH 3hcs, some say the basics run a bit smaller, that wasn't the case with the basics I own. It is quite pretty and simple.
The satin ribbon feels a little delicate, not in a good way. It is quite pretty though. I feel like I have to be a bit careful to not fray the outer fabric. The inner fabric is the same and feels great, no itchiness. The quality of the basics are a bit lower than the normal print/designed bras but it is not bad at all. The hooks are 2 by 3, not 2 by 4 like most of the other comexims I own. Maybe that's why it feels like the tightest bra I own, feels tighter than the black basic. I'm a true 26 band and I like my bands quite snug so, it is still perfectly wearable throughout the day.
It's a good basic bra, not much to say about it. It fits me quite well, gives an oomph, barely visible under clothing.
