Update now that I'm in a larger size and still have the bra. I am currently between a 32FF/G and a 34F/FF after some weight gain. This comexim bra now fits close to perfectly. My larger breast wants to quad right after swoop and scoop but settles in (I really have too soft of tissue for the comexim plunge cut, but in this case a size down from what I technically measure at means I can get away with it). I would say the bra (after band sproinging, which took a few wears) fits like a loose 32FF. I have narrow roots and even then the wire just ...barely is wide enough to avoid sitting on tissue (on the bigger breast, it does creep onto it just a little).

I finally got ahold of a Comexim! I was ordering from Well-fitting, and since the size their calculator said I should get was the only size in stock on this clearance bra, I decided to try their recommendation. (I have been wearing 30G - 32FF (UK) with a tiny bit of quadding in both sizes.) This fit spot on perfectly for the first 3 wears or so. Then the back stretched to needing it on the mid or tightest hook, and the cups did a weird stretchy thing where I get gaping on the inner plunge area.
The weirdest problem I have with this is that the top elastic of the band seems too loose, while the bottom elastic cuts in painfully. I love this bra, though - finally wires that fit me! Unfortunately it is a little lumpy under shirts and the gaped edge tends to be very visible. The lace also started pilling about two months in. I will definitely continue trying to find my perfect Comexim fit, though! This gives me hope. Read more 195 more words
This bra might have been customized with moved in straps. The cups are very small for what should be a 28:12. I have a 75HH half cup, which should be a sister size, that’s way bigger all around.
For me at a small 32:9, the cups were okay, maybe a bit small. I wore it with an elastic extender because I’m pretty far from a 28 band now.
I absolutely love this bra. It's a bit tight around the sternum, but the support it gives is incredible. I'll be getting a band extender for it because that seems to be the only problem - a bit tight around the band and the gore is a bit high for me. It's so soft to the touch, and the design is so cute. I love this bra!
This would be my cup size +2 as is always recommended for Comexim. It’s too big, as I thought it would be. So much empty space at the top of the cup. I guess this would be the point where people would suggest asking for reduced cups, straps moved in, etc, but a cup size down would be so much easier. I’m not sure who made up this +2 rule or who it works for but it definitely doesn’t for me.
The bra itself is lovely as always. I’ve owned three Ingrids; that’s how much I love the style. 😆
It was ordered for someone who wears 34C - unfortunately the cups turned out to be too open at the top and there was some gaping. Fun fact, the same size in the standard plunge cut fits quite well. Anyway, it's a pretty bra that will fit those who are more FOT.
I bought this on eBay when I was trying to find my Comexim size. It was listed as 'new', it looks and feels new and unwashed, although the cups were a little squashed when it arrived as it was not packed in a box, this can be seen on the pictures.
The bra is so pretty and I love the colours, the band is made from a lovely soft material and has a 3x4 clasp. Unfortunately the cups are too big, far too big and tall. I can fill the bottom of the cup but there is a fair bit of space in the top of the cup, see ...the pictures. The wire width is ok. I have tried this on a few times and no matter how much I scoop & swoop, I won't ever be able to fill this. I even tried it on again after taking a new pill which has made me a bit fuller, hoping for the best but no luck. It is time to find it a new home. I think it would fit someone who is more FOT than me better.
It's sad that it doesn't fit as I love the way it looks and it feels like a very high quality bra. It has been useful though, I used the fit issues from this to determine that a Comexim 70G would be a better place to start and my 70G - Comexim » Magic Plunge Bra (455) fits me nicely. I will list this as soon as I find a suitable box to post it in as I wouldn't want it to get squashed in the post again. Read more 171 more words
I got this pre-loved when I was trying to find my size in Comexim. I love the colour and the way it looks but unfortunately the fit isn't quite right. I usually wear a UK30F or FF and thought this would match. The band is too tight for me, initially I thought an extender would help solve the problem but it changes the way the cups fit. The cups are also quite tall and I am not FOT. I tend to go up around one cup size pre-period and I am just about filling the cups at that point (when I took the pic) but normally, there some gapping.
I think I will have to find a new home for this one which is a shame as it's beautiful.
I think I’d really like this bra, except I should have ordered a different size. Looking at Bratabase, I expected the band to run small. (Maybe I looked at the half-cup by mistake?) Anyway... I ordered 80HH thinking the band would be small, but it’s true to size so it’s big on me. The cups are a little small too (I get quadding after moving around). I think if I had ordered 75K (one band down and 2 cups up), this would be great. I can’t return it to Comexim due to customizations on the straps and the gore height (which I love, dangit!) so I’ve listed it ...on Bratabase.
OK, sizing issues aside... the bra is lightweight but supportive. It works like a neutral due to the background color of the print and the shade of the strap elastic. The foam offers some coverage without being stiff or heavy. The cups and gore are narrow so if you need a narrow bra, this is a good one. At first I wasn’t sure about the print, but it actually is pretty in person. Sort of an autumnal floral feel, if that’s a thing.
I think I’d really like this bra if I had ordered one that fits. Lol. Read more 101 more words
This bra's measurements have been altered
Ordered with straps moved in 2 cm and gore height requested to be 7 cm
Ah if only I'd ordered two sizes. I love the look of this bra and the feel. Other than the cups being too big it's very comfortable.
I got fit advice here on bratabase and was told that a 65h or HH should be a good starting place. I ordered from Breakout Bras and they only had the bras in UK sizes. Math and I aren't friends and I got quite confused. They told me the 30G was a 65HH. But that I should size up if I'm full on top. So I did. Their sizes went from 30G to 30H. 30H is much too big. This is the 30H. I am for sure going to order a size down or two.
another comexim success! i got this bra well-loved so the band is a bit stretchy, and i do wish there were more than 2 rows of hooks, but it seems to be staying put so far (and in the worst case, it's nothing a quick alteration can't fix). wires are a bit too wide but not uncomfy. super soft and comfy!
Love this bra. I ordered it in the same size and alterations with my Ingrid bra but they sent it with 3*3 hooks instead of 3*4 hooks. Even considering this, the band is shorter than Ingrid one. I guess this is why I feel uncomfortable in it sometimes.
First of all, this is a truly beautiful and (as far as I can tell from my limited time with it) well-constructed bra. I desperately wanted it to work for me!
Unfortunately, it's wrong in just about every way. I normally wear a 36J in Elomi and a 36HH-J in Panache, so I took the Breakout Bras advice and ordered this in 36JJ. It's massive all over, especially at the top of the cups. The gore doesn't tack, there's no support due to the size/shape, there's massive amounts of room all over the top and even a bit in the bottom of the cup, the straps are incredibly wide ...to the point of falling off my shoulder, the wires are a little narrow (and I'm definitely on the narrow side—I almost never find wires too narrow!)... It's almost comical how "off" this fits me.
On the plus side, it does fit right in my IMF for once. The band feels about right in length—a reasonably stretchy 36. The gore is *almost* skinny enough for me. I'd love to try it in a smaller cup size, but then the cups will probably be too narrow for me, so... maybe not. Argh.
tl;dr: if you're full on bottom, get your usual size. If you're full on bottom AND sort of between two cup sizes (especially if it's due to extreme projection), probably just get your usual smaller size. I'm still not positive this bra would work for my shape in a smaller cup size, but I have a feeling it would be a lot closer/easier to tell what the problem is if I'd gotten it in 36J.
My shape: FOB, close set (1 finger width), slightly inner-full, average to narrow root width, extremely projected/need a lot of immediate projection (8 inch difference between standing and leaning), slightly pendulous, average(?) root height. Read more 196 more words
Fits like my other modified Comexims in this size- very good fit buts cups are a bit taller than I need. It's a beautiful bra with the quality I expect from them. Fits like a 28GG/H in UK size.
So, I'm really not sure if I'm listing this in the proper size because I purchased through Breakout Bras. It says 28G on the sewn-in tag. Please let me know if I'm wrong and I'll change it! This bikini top is oddly true to size in the cups and and I think the band as well (my underbust is around 28-29"). I purchased a 3HC Basic Half Cup bra, also in a 28G according to BB, and it is 1-2 sizes too small. This bikini, on the other hand, fits me as expected.
Thank you so much for your review. It would also be great if you could add all the measurements for the bra. This is exactly the size I was thinking of getting
I ordered from Breakout Bras so the sewn-in size tag says 28G. I think this is a 60H in Comexim's sizing based on the cup depth measurements, but if I'm wrong please let me know and I will gladly correct it.
My underbust is about 29. I typically wear 30F/FF. Soft tissue, projected, close-set, too much outer fullness for Cleo Marcie and others. A constant issue is rib pain and underwires slipping down.
This bra is definitely at least a cup size too small. I thought I was sizing up enough based on advice from a customer service rep, but that is definitely not the case! I can tell you that this feels like a solid 28 band but that's about all I can weigh in on, LOL.
Sunflower elegance on a blue-teal with split straps on the first ~1.2in of the straps with about 2" of strap that is not adjustable, while the rest of the strap is. Black inner lining, straps, bridge and back as well as a black bow on the gore. Okay feeling synthetic lining that doesn't irritate me or is of note through the day. Smallest of my 60Ls, and relatively closed up top for a half cup (shouldn't be unfriendly to FoT shapes, but results in cups running on the small side)
This bra's measurements have been altered
Altered straps,
Overlapping wires, straps moved in, cookie pockets
Electronic camoflauge print in black, grey and white. Simple lace trip up top the cups, box bows on the gore and at the strap start. Feels like soft cotton on the inside. Fully adjustable straps
Snek! The material feels similar to a swimsuit, but a comfortable one. Narrow and deep, as Comexim 3HC half cups are. A simple coral pink bow on the gore and coral lace trip on the upper edge of the cups with matching straps. Usually looks smooth under my tops, and I love the different snake skin patterns behind mostly pink, yellow and deep ice blue hues. Fully adjustable straps.
Thank you so much for your review. It would also be great if you could add all the measurements for the bra. This is exactly the size I was thinking of getting
