This bra is all around way to big for me. I can nearly fasten the bra without even stretching the band and the cup gapes at the top. I'm guessing I will need a 28FF for this particular bra.
This is another really pretty bra. It gives my breasts a slightly pointier profile than I am used to, if I minded that, that wouldn't be a problem. The band fits really nicely and the bra itself is surprisingly not itchy. I expected it to be itchy with the lace and ribbon and whatnot!
Underbust 33", bust 38" when parallel to ground. This is my best fitting bra right now! If I were to buy this bra again, I would probably get it in 32E because the band could be more snug. Otherwise, it is a fantastic bra. For many however, this bra runs large. Because I am in between sizes, it fits just fine.
This is the pink/white version. So far I will say I love the flower detail on the straps.
After a short time wearing I can say a few things about this bra. 1. The wires are way too wide. It goes around to almost my back, way past the center of the area under my arm. 2. The depth of the cup is perfect 3. The straps are way to widely placed, they dig into the soft tissue at the armpit joint area. I'll have to alter them for a better fit. I'll make the under arm whole a touch wider at the same time. 4. The ...wires need to be bent to curve around a body. I'm pretty sure ribcages are not flat across the front, but the wires are. There is no gentle curve that would make it fit around a body.
Appearance wise the bra is OK. Not as lifted as I'd like. Because of the wire and underarm/strap issues I'd rate this much lower on the comfort. Once altered and adjusted it will probably be a much better bra. Read more 76 more words
Brand new, just received. As of right now I'll say that the cups of this are entirely way to wide for me. They extend too far around to my back, a problem I have with pretty much every bra. The detail on the edge of the cups extends past the edge. The edge sits flat, but the extra detailing tends to lift a touch. After about an hour of wear the center gore on this lifts off my chest and I end up with marks from the fabric.
This bra fits ok. It's a tiny bit too tight in the band, but the cup are perfect. The sister size 32J is a little too big in the band and the cup. I like this one, even though it pokes slightly my ribs after 12 hours wearing it.
This bra is too small in the cups for me, so I can't leave a positive review. I can push my boobs down into the bra, but it flattens them out a LOT and is uncomfortable. I really wish I had returned this bra. I kept it only because I didn't have any bras that fit at the time and was desperate for a bra to wear after sending back every bra I had tried before it. Also, after attempting to wear this, the bottom part of the band began to cut it and I pulled on it throughout the day because it hurt. This apparently caused some of the elastic to come out of band, so that makes me wonder about the quality.
Review to come soon. Ordered in my same band size, one cup size down from normal. The fit is good with the exception of slight gapping below the strap but that has more to do with my bottom heavy, soft breasts.
I really like this bra. It is my first from Curvy Kate and now I am really tempted to explore their other styles!
I got this one in azure/plum. I tried this bra in 32H and 32HH to test the sizing and found that the 32H was just barely too small. I got a tiny bit of quadraboob, but the ruffles actually hid it well. The 32HH fits perfectly!
One thing I didn't like too much is the band. It is very stretchy compared to my Freya bras. I found that I needed to use the 2nd set of hooks in order for it to fit comfortably.
I absolutely love this bra! The style, the uplift... perfect! The only downside is this bra is essentially only useful for the bedroom. Because of the ruffles, this bra doesn't look right under clothes. I'm still quite happy with it and will keep the one I have!
