First, I should note that I ordered this bra one cup size smaller than I am currently measuring because HH is the largest cup offered in this style. So I do struggle with some quad-boobing, probably due to a combination of the plunge style and the cup size being a bit too small. The band is also quite stretchy, and I found it riding up frequently throughout the day. Unfortunately, since I'm already at the maximum cup size offered, going down a band size would make the cup fit even worse. The straps are also set wider apart than most Elomi bras (probably because it is a plunge ...style), so I struggled with the straps moving throughout the day as well.
It's a gorgeous bra though, and seems similar in construction to the Elomi Valentina. The cups are sturdy and supportive, and the lace along the top of the cups is stretchy and flexes to accommodate the breast tissue. I'm keeping this bra because it is nice to have a plunge style to wear when I need to, and because the quad-boobing is not as pronounced as it is on other bras. I think if I can find a way to hold the straps in position (perhaps with a clip to hold the straps together in the back) and maybe tighten the band a bit (waiting for the Rixie clip to come out in three hooks!), this could actually be a great bra.
I would recommend ordering one band size down in this bra. Read more 145 more words
Very comfortable and supportive bra. Only issues are that the straps have a tendency to slide, and the band has stretched out quite a bit in only a few months (even with only hand-washing and line-drying).
Really wanted this to fit, but the cups are too separate for me and causes a quad-boob. Other than that it is very comfortable. I'll probably still wear this when I don't care if I quad-boob.
I love this bra, I wear it almost daily as I really enjoy the fit and comfort. I don't consider it too full coverage or too dated a style, I really like the appearance and feel. If there's anything I'd change it would be to go to four hooks on the larger cup sizes but the three still works well and I don't get any rolls or spillage on the back.
This bra feels pretty good even though I'm getting quadboob. I'm still wearing it, just making sure that I'm wearing a shirt that doesn't show it. I like that the straps can be made as short as I need them since I'm petite and that's a problem I've had. I have moved the clips that will let the back straps connect to the front since I've got the straps so short they'd be unusable.
This is a cup size too small, but I figured it would stretch a bit because of the spacer fabric. At first, the gore was way too wide and it pushed my breasts further apart than I like, giving me a wide shape from the front. As well, the cup cut in just a bit at the top (I have very full-on-top boobs). I fixed both problems by altering the center gore to make the cups sit closer together. With the alterations, I get a great, rounded shape that's not too wide. It's a really comfortble, well-made bra that is my go to t-shirt bra.
This one had a comfortable fit, if a little high on my neckline for my tastes. Only problem was the width between the cups was too spread out for my boobs.
