This bra runs very wide in the band and has very large cups.
My other two 70G Ewa Michalaks (CHP Cappuccino and HM Gold) are much snugger and the cups are too small. In the CH Onyx, the cups are definitely big enough – almost too big, even, but only almost.
The band is a problem. In addition to being wide, it is also very stretchy. I was able to fasten it to the innermost hooks straight away, and I will probably need to make it narrower in the near future. If I had know this, I would have ordered a 65GG.
The straps have pros and cons. The comfort ... straps are, as they promise, comfortable! However, due to the comfort pads, they aren't adjustable all the way, and may I say they are ridiculously long. I wear them as short as possible, and still they are way too long, glide off my shoulders and don't give the little but essential support they are supposed to. Will need to shorten them.
The normal straps are adjustable all the way, but they, on the other hand, are very short, and it is impossible to wear the bra straps as an X. To do so, I will need to buy another pair of straps, meh...
The appearance of the bra is very nice – plain and stylish with a tiny detail that just finishes it off (the buttons on the front).
CH Onyx gives my breasts a slightly "out there" shape, at the same time pointy and round – not bad. Still, I would maybe prefer an even rounder and closer-to-my-chest shape with this cup size, now I don't feel it's quite as supportive as it could be. Although that probably has to do with the too wide a band and the too long straps.
All in all, this bra needs it fair amount of tweaking to fit me perfectly, but after that I believe I will be very satisfied.
Edit (17 March 2013): I've now narrowed the band and shortened the straps. It's better, but still not perfect. The straps still don't cut in but are very comfortable, which is a BIG plus. This of course has to do with the band being firmer, but nevertheless I don't feel it's firm enough. The band rides a bit up the back and respectively glides down at the front, although definitely not as much as you'd expect with a band that is this much too big (e.g. compared to the CHP Cappuccino in 70GG, with which I had to give up).
As also the cups are now bordering on too small (no quad-boob yet, but almost – nothing to blame EM for, probably just the last bit of breast tissue remigration), I decided to order this bra in a 65H and leave this one as an at-home-bra – it's still far from perfect, but thanks to its comfort its still a keeper. Let's hope the 65H turns out to be the true catch https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
