Well, I got this bra for free just to try on as is used as hell! The band is completely stretched and stitches are breaking but!! the material on the cups is still in really good condition! I wish my owoce lesne is made of this fabric! Obviously, as 65DD, cups are way too small, but there is potential in Onyks - I wouldnt mind having it in my proper size. Also i like those 2 button between cups - better than some bows!
This bra is very cute and springy, but I'm not in love with the pattern. It's a nice light green with hot pink trim. The mesh is all very soft, and the cups are fairly short but very open on top. This fits me okay without the pads in, but I like to have the option to wear the pads. So overall I'd judge this one as a bit too small. The CHP is a very accommodating cut, so it's perfectly comfortable even being small. This bra has a 2x3 fastener, cookie pockets, and relatively thin straps (which I do love). The band runs small, but unfortunately not small enough for me.
Ive been waiting to get this one in my hands.. and another disappointment https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> Looks really nice, although, I have some quadboobs and is just to seperate for my breasts :/ There is no cleavage, even the 65F - Ewa Michalak » S Letnia Noc gives me more.. But now some positive aspects: The gore is low and feels good, the wires are good length, love the beige material on the sides with the small bow between. Also, I must say its not typical 65DD, in my case it falls like between 65DD-65E as it is open on top. I wish it gives me cleavage like vesela_krava has! - also its bra from her collection that i got as an exchange.
Band is just right, but cups too small. I'm guessing 65F should be my size in this style. When I first saw this bra on pics I thought, no these are not my colours. Then I looked at some of my Cleos and thought hmmm let's give it a shot. When it arrived I absolutely loved the bra and was really unhappy it didn't fit.
Got this bra in a swap and it is in super good shape, I can see no signs of wear. I have always wanted to try this bra, but it just didn't work out this time. Band is just right, but cups about a size too small. I'd need to lose some weight for a good fit and I just don't believe in miracles . https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
I originally tried this in 65F, which was too big. This band does have a fair amount of give, but it still feels firm when worn. The 65F was quite a bit too big in the cup. This one is ever so slightly big in the cup with a tiny amount of gaping at the top. Still, I think 65D would be too small, so I will keep this one. 3DM Ewa fit me pretty well in both 70DD and 65E, so it seems I may need to go down in the cup on Ch styles.
Lawenda is a lovely dark dusty mauve color (lavender leaning beige). It is very comfortable and gives fantastic lift, but the seams are quite thick and will show under fitted tops. I plan to try some other Ch styles because I love the lift and shape, but hope that some of them my have less prominent seams. Still, a beautiful and comfortable bra.
A lovely, sleek looking black bra that gives amazing "apples in a basket" shape! Similar style as CH Biszkopty, but I had some fit issues with this: the cups fit a little larger than my other EM bras which means that they only perfectly fit me when I'm at my fullest part of the month - and even then I need the removable padding. The band is also even looser than in other EM bras I have tried and even after I stitched it to make it firmer, it feels a little too loose.
The bra comes with three sets of straps and the "comfort" ones are extremely comfy. The cups are deep and open on top, which works well with my lack of upper fullness. It is worth noting, that the matte fabric of this bra has stayed in excellent condition even after two years of using it - no pilling or gathering lint.
A nice basic, red bra, with pretty lace details. I like it, but for some reason it never wowed me the way the CH Biszkopty did. Maybe because the shape is not quite as lifted and round, more like a crossway between the CH and PL shapes. The upper part of the cups turns slightly inwards - which works well with my lesser upper fullness but may cut into breast tissue with someone who is more fuller on top.
The band is noticeably less stretchy than the CH models I have (Biszkopty and Onyx) which may be due to the lace material used. Because of the unstretchiness, the band ...may at times feel a little uncomfortable. The band fits me well on the second hooks. The straps stay really well in place once they have been adjusted. The is no removable padding, which results in some gaping on my smaller side - I have to use a pad from my other bra to deal with it. The cups are deep and low cut, the wires are like in CH models. Extremely beautiful bra! When I saw they had a 65DD left in stock, I couldn't help but snag it up, despite being a cup smaller than what I usually take. I read some reviews that this cup size fits similar to 1 size up, but with softer wires, which is excellent for me.
It is a bit small in the cups, but that makes the firm band fit smaller on me, therefore it improves the fit a bit? I'd say the cups are probably half a size larger than the label, while the band stretches to 28 inches, making it a true 28.
The gore is ...extremely small in width, which also fits perfectly between my breasts and I get excellent cleavage because of the smaller size.
Overall, the bra is very comfortable (even though my ideal size probably would have been 60F in this bra, it would probably not be as comfortable due to stiffer wires in the size up), but I'm not sure how the new CHP wires compare to the HP and CH (which are much too stiff for me) in the ideal size. I was pretty excited to try my first Ewa Michalak bra as I'd heard great things about them.
Pros: Of all the bras I own, this one gives the best overall shape. It brings things forward and doesn't cover as much as my other bras. There is no cutting in or gaping at the top of the cups, which is a common issue for my wide rooted, shallow boobs. It comes with removeable pads in case you need to adjust. The quality of the bra is top notch.
Cons: The vertical seams of the bra showed under my clothing. The removeable pad are a little difficult to remove and replace on ...this style. You have to put them inside a pocket that flaps out of the cup, instead of directly in the cup. The wires are not wide enough, and they sit on my tissue. I didn't really notice when I tried it on, but after wearing it for a day, it does get irritating.
Since I am wearing the bra without the removeable pads, and the wires aren't wide enough, I think I might need to try the 30E or 28F. Read more 80 more words
The model I own is the one from this picture: https://www.facebook.com/sklep.ewamichalak/photos/pb.129965913712976.-2207520000.1423507505./349968905046008/?type=3&theater and I bought it from the model herself, so it’s rather a sample version that may differ in finishes (like the bow). This is my “standard” size in the HM cut, one cup size smaller than my usual 65e, and the fit is OK. The lace the cups are made of is quite thin and delicate so not the best choice for my sagging breast, but the support is more than acceptable and the shape is very rounded (unlike the HM Gold). The lace is actually the same as in Freya Millie Half Cup (5910). The bra is very comfortable. I always have problem with the center gore in the HM cut, which is very high and tends to hurt after wearing a bra all day long. Happily, the wires in this model seem to be a tiny bit softer so the discomfort is barely perceptible.
The 3D is definitely the right Ewa Michalak cut for me at the moment. This bra fits absolutely perfectly, and the pattern is gorgeous. My favourite thing about this style is that the underwires are higher under the arms than e.g. the Cleo Lily, so I don't get any under-arm fat showing!
This bra is a full cup size too big for me, but this can be corrected by using the push-up pads - one for my larger side, two for my smaller just about does the trick! It is a very pretty bra and gives fantastic cakes-on-a-plate type, but under a T-shirt or jersey dress, the seams really stick out and are very visible, and the lace on the top edge rolls back.
I'm entering the 65DD Ewa Michalaka 3D Paris Paris bra's measurements into Bratabase for reference. I didn't try it on because 65F is my size in 3D. This 65DD, two cups off, was sent by mistake.
The outer fabric is soft, pinkish brownish gray satin. Soft, muted pink lace lighter than the cups. The fully adjustable straps match the lace in color. A bow in the same color accents the center gore. The colors on EM's website are accurate.
Very pretty bra and feels very comfortable. I also have a 65dd chp cappuccino but this one feels softer or 'lighter' for some reason. Though the size seems to be equal to the cappuccino but Ill measure to be sure. Very glad I bought it!!
I love Ewa's HM bras! This on fits the best of the three I have so far, and I hope to acquire more. It is a little bit more shallow at the bottom of the cup than ewa's Ch/Chp cuts, but it doesn't bother me even though I need the immediate projection. The tip of the gore digs in a little between my breasts with wear, but I think that's mainly my posture.
I officially have a bra addiction! I've always been curious about Ewa Michalak bras as they are so revered in the bra-fitting community, but I've been reluctant to deal with the shipping from Poland, weird processing fees, etc., plus my size is widely available from UK manufacturers. Also, my favorite models (Lato, Miedziak, etc.) always sell out in my size once I fall in love with them! When I saw the new Szafirek on sale, I decided I had to try it.
My package arrived on the exact date the website predicted (I'm in the midwest US) and I am really pleased. The bra is even more beautiful in ...person and feels very high-quality. The cups are stiff, providing a lovely shape, and are lined with very comfortable soft cotton. The straps are fully adjustable and stiff to adjust; they will not slide around!
My only issue with the bra is the band. I was surprised to see that it only stretches to 71cm before the wires distort because the band feels so stretchy -- I already prefer it on the tightest hooks. My ribcage measurement fluctuates but I'm generally 66cm snug and 62-63cm tight, which puts me on the 60/65 line for EM bras. I'm just surprised because many firm 30 bands (e.g. Cleo) are fine on me. I think this bra might be a better fit in a 60DD or 60E -- this cup volume fits me by British standards, but I do wonder how it would look with a little less coverage, more Polish style https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Read more 156 more words
I normally wear a UK 28F, and the sizing calculator on the EM site gave me 65DD. This was, for the most part, accurate, or for this unlined half-cup style, at least. Your EM size will vary depending on the cut, whether it's padded or unpadded, materials, etc.
The band's absolute max stretch is 30", but this is when I'm pulling very hard and seems like I'm hurting the bra. I would recommend this for someone who measures at least 28.5" at the tightest--I had to wear it on the tightest or second tightest hooks, as I measure about 27" snugly.
The fit is a little off because of ...incompatible shape. This half-cup was just slightly too tall for my breasts (I have a short torso), so the lace edge floated a bit. Underneath the lace section, I got slight quadboob because the bra wants softer, less full-on-bottom breasts than mine.
I think it would fit great on someone who was even and maybe fuller-on-top, with softer boobs. The half-cups really give the breasts a round shape, and push them upwards and hold them close to the chest.
Four rows of two hooks instead of the usual three rows. Read more 91 more words
The band on this particular style runs quite tight. I can fasten it (barely), but would need to size up to a 70 in order to breathe. It fits perfectly on my smaller breast, but is too small for the larger one.
As for shape, the CHP gives a very nice lifted, rounded profile. The cup is low cut (more so than the Ametyst/Milady/Cappuccino styles). It is nude, but not too boring because of the beautiful lace band. The straps are textured and a little difficult to adjust, but they won't slip down because of it.
