Looks wonderful on you! However, I'm gonna disagree, no way EM would make a brief if there is only a thong and viceversa. I've asked a million times (because I hate thongs).
Veritas wow that's interesting. I remember when I wanted to change the Opium short someone suggested that I ask because they would probably do it. The Opium short is cute, but I prefer either a thong or briefs. I just never asked, because it was when I first started buying Ewa and figured they would charge a lot more. I don't really care for the lace thongs. I don't hate them, but I just prefer briefs.
Wilderness1 & Love4Pollinators none of the 70 M bands I have stretch to 32, or even 30. I think most of them are around 27-28. My Opium only stretched to 25! (Ewa let me send it back, even though it was a custom bra)
Looks like a great fit!! So happy for you! This makes me want to try Ewa again. Renews my hope that I can find ABTF. Thanks for the review and enjoy your new bra!!! :)
Denise5 Me, too. :-)
Lovely! I was worried this bra was too similar to my Jezynka so I haven't ordered it yet...but it does look like the lace is different so it might be worth looking in to. It does run super tight too-but I think that might be the style because your Jezynka ran tight too and mine was too stretchy in an S.
I requested the Opium be made into an M cut, and the original was too small-- too short band, too short straps, too short cups.
Ewa asked me to send I back, so that they could check (to make sure this wasn't an ongoing issue). They replaced the band, but it's still short for a 70 band.
The review in the link is on the bra before and after the band was replaced.
This is the 3rd (4th) bra I’ve had in the Opium wash.

The colour scheme looks great on you!
Band way too short
Cups too low
Straps too short
This is the 3rd bra I’ve had in the opium wash. Sadly, this one didn’t work out

This bra doesn't need an introduction, or a description. We all know what it is!
The band on this one runs tight, it's a 70 stretching to 28". It is so much more comfortable than my 65F - Ewa Michalak » Chp Gazeta (447) . It's good on the loosest hooks and I forget about it.
The straps are thin and a bit stretchy, not super uncomfortable though. I do wish they were sturdier, but whatever. The loop in the front doesn't bother me as much in this bra as it does the other, so I may be able to let this one stay. However, the edges on ... the strap hearts are itchy and annoying, so I might move those.
The wires are narrow awesomeness and are firm without being hard. They stay put, thank you!
The cups are a bit small for me. I get some pressing on my left side. It's mostly hidden by the ruffly bit on the cup, but it is there. Also, my gore floats. I wore it all day yesterday while I helped my husband replace some plumbing (so gross), and it was up to the task. So, support isn't really compromised, it just isn't an ideal fit.
I'd love to get my hands on a 70DD, I think that would be a perfect fit for me. This fits me well enough however and this is a bra that I'm willing to compromise fit on, also I don't have to suffer to break it in like I did last time.

Adorable!!
So jealous! Where'd you find one of these?
r/braswap!
If Ewa or Anna ever got their hands on similar fabric, they'd make a killing!
First : this bra looks very very good. The black fabric is soft and good quality, not totally mat but not really shinny, the lace is fantastic : soft with embroidery (not the usual cheap lingerie lace), straps looks good too, cotton lining inside the cups with removal push-up pads. It looks way better than most of the bras in the same price range, and also better than all other bras from Ewa Michalak I already own (3d Mak, 3d czarus, pl toffik, strapless toffi).
About the fit, at first, I was a bit septical because I had a very pointy and projected shape (the one you can ... see in the picture), and because wires are the same as in the PL Toffik (70dd) that are a bit too narrow and too short for me, I have to re-adjust the bra during the day, and the feeling is not the most confortable even if it is really wearable (just not the best).
But, wires are much more confortable in the 3d ! I think it is due to the appex of the cups that is a bit more far appart, lower, and closer to the chest than in the PL, so the bra have a shape more close to mine, and my breast stay in place very well and very confortably !
The very pointy shape turns out to something "pointy with the bottom round" after a few days of wear and/or a wear with heavier boobs because of PMS (so more weight to push the bottom of the cup in a rounder shape ? padding that become softer ?).
The center gore is very narrow and low : perfection for my body (very close set shallow breasts, need for wide wires) ! But, if you need wide wires and are more wide set than me, I don't think this bra is a good idea, I am afraid you will end up with empty cup in the center and armpit fat, or worst, wires on the side of your breasts.
This bra is low cut and show a lot of breast, gives a "cute" cleavage but not a "killer cleavage". The top of the cups is more open than in the PL and the 3d Mak, but not as much as in the first version of the 3d (Czarus and Kokietka). I think it can works for someone even, or a bit full on top or bottom, but I am afraid some fit issue will appear for someone very full on top or on bottom.
Support is absolutely perfect for me, and I am quite active. Breasts can move up and down (because nothing stop them at the top) but I find the movement confortable, absolutely not annoying or painfull.
The only thing that is not perfect for me is the band : at first it was wearable but a bit too tight. After only 3 wears, some elastics are already broken near the hooks. I think it is because the band was too tight on me and "adapt" to my body. It is not a problem if you like your bands a bit loose like me, but if you prefer a tight band I am afraid this one will broke and strech out very quickly on you.
Really one of my favorite bras !

Awesome review, Galatica!
I meant Galactica!
Thanks !
The ewa michalak calculator said I was a 70DD/32DD, but I buy this bra from a bratabase listing, so I have the measurements of the 70D/32D, and I thought I can fit in (and finally, it fit, so I am happy).
This bra is very confortable if you need a little center gore ! It is the first bra I try that doesn't poke in my breast tissues in the middle. The underwires are not sewn side by side, but one on the other.
It is light weight but supportive. Very open on the top, but the boobs don't fall over the cups. The bra stay in place if you ... move, you don't have to re-adjust it. But even if the bra stay in place if you are moving a lot, the boobs are jiggeling a bit ( I think this is normal because it is not a sport bra).
The underwires are not hight under my armpit, but I am very tall, so all the bras looks like this on my body. They don't poke is my breast tissues on the side, but they sit just at the limit ( I have wide boobs, but not very wide).
This bra gives a lot of lift, and a shape mix between round and pointy under clothes.
The only thing I don't like : the straps aesthetic. I think they are very granny-looking (but they are so confortable !).
edit 3 months later :
This bra is really good when my boobs gets bigger in the week before my periods ( I wrote the review and took photos when I have "big boobs").
But, it is really too big in the cups when I have my "normal" boobs. If I tighten the straps a lot, I only have a little gap in the cups, but this distord the shape on the side, and I have back pain in the end of the day.
Now, I wear the band in the middle hook.
After 3 months of wear, I think the cup's cut is not perfect for my shape : when I scoop my breast in the bra, every thing looks pushed forward and in the middle, but during the day, my boobs returns to there natural shape (less deep in the front but more large on the side), so the cups looks too big, but I get armpit fat. Maybe this issue can be solved by a smaller cup size, but even if I am in my "big boobs"'s time, I see this return to the natural shape.

Just received this bra from uniteacher. Bra has some signs of wear although i could use it for a years as its still in pretty good condition. At the moment bra is on the small side (I'm before my 'days'), cos my boobs are half or even more up (this time really grown..that my 65F - Ewa Michalak » Pl Black (64) fits perfectly!). But anyway i think the bra is still slightly too small.. (but not a big issue, i need it at home like for weekends or in emergency bra under white clothes). 70DD would be perfect.
Overall I'm happy with the bra!

The HM style runs 1 cup size smaller than the 3DM counterpart on me. I need a 70DD in the Ewa Michalak 3dm Margot (449) and in Ewa's padded plunges, but in the HM, a 70D fit me perfectly (70DD hat too much fabric at the upper part of the cup).
Apart from that, the center gore is quite high for an EM bra, but the overall coverage is pretty low (as expected in a halfcup bra).
The band runs snug - my underbust measures 27" tightly, 29" loose and a 70 band fits just perfectly.
The closure has 4x2 eyes, straps are fully adjustable.
The bra gives a nicely rounded and uplifted shape, quite amazing for an unpadded bra!

Excellent review with some specific, useful information.
I keep meaning to tell you how much I like your user name. It describes me, too. :)
Awww! Thank you, learningaboutbras :)
- runs large in the cups, lots of projection
- removable inserts
- 2 pairs of straps
- multiway (racerback/neckholder)
- 4x2 eyes closure
- sturdy and (relatively) narrow underwires, not compatible with wide root shallow boobs

The design of this appears to be similar to the PL and 3D style. It's a 3-part cup, but it's unpadded.
The wires are wide.
It's is comfortable to wear. However, it doesn't do much for me. The shape it gives is - say - very natural. Not nearly as pushed-up-and-together and rounded as in the Ewa Michalak PL/3D styles.
Also, the straps are very wide-set and I didn't feel I got much support from the construction - neither from the band, nor from the cups.
The cups alternated between cutting in and gaping, depending on the posture of my shoulders.
One more word about the band: This was a big letdown. I ... have not experienced this in an EM bra before. I'm certainly not a friend of buy-EM-bras-according-to-your-inch-size, so I went with a 70(32)D instead of 30DD. It always fit me well (underbust: 28" tight/30" comfy).
However, the 32 band in the Trefl felt much too loose! There were no evident signs of bad fit (the band did not ride up), I felt it didn't offer me any support.
I'd probably need a 30 band in this particular style because its band runs so stretchy.

Easily the most beautiful bra I've ever seen along with the Masquerade Rhea. There isn't a lot to say except to point out the obvious: It is a half cup bra. Therefore if you're not full on top the bra will gape madly on the top; however in my experience that doesn't affect comfort or shape and barely even shows through tops that are not too thin. Aside from that somehow the band, despite the numbers, seems really sturdy and tight, less stretchy than even the 65 bands of Milady and Bella. The gore is really tall yet that somehow adds to the comfort, and the cups lift the breasts like nobody's business. It is however discontinued and there was only one more size left when I got this, which is extremely sad. I hope this review works as a pointer for general Ewa sizing though.

I sized up to a 32 on the band. I should have gone a cup size bigger because I have some excess tissue near my armpit area, even after lots and lots of swooping and scooping. Otherwise, this is one of the most comfortable bras I own. I never have issues with the wires poking me in the armpit or sternum, the straps stay put, and the fabric doesn't cause me to feel uncomfortable or itchy. I also like the look of this bra when I wear it under clothes; it keeps me centered and gathers everything in, with a little lift as well. The pearl accents are really cute. If I have an important event (presentation, interview) and want to feel confident, this is one of the bras I go for.

My first two Ewa bras are these two M styles that I picked up from Levana Bratique on final sale. Since they didn't have my estimated best size (65E) available in any style, I decided to pick up two similar sizes based on feedback of how the bands run. Even though they are slightly different sizes, they are equivalent sister sizes, so the fit is similar. Between the two, I found M Tango to be shallower than M Perlowy though other measurements are similar.
This is a very pretty execution of a standard lace bra. The lace pattern is floral on open mesh, and has shiny and matte portions ... to give it some additional texture. Unlike the M Tango, this style has a full band, which makes it fit more securely. The band is made from double lined fabric, though I don’t find it particularly firm. There’s a tonal fabric bow at the center gore and adorned with a simple rhinestone charm. It is a lovely everyday bra that is far from frumpy. I am very pleased with the soft nude color of this bra as it is a good option for light skintones. I was worried that it would be a pearl white, which is not my preference.
My first thought when receiving the bras is that wow, Ewa bras are really lightweight! Compared to all of my other padded foam bras, these cups are the absolute lightest. I actually don't love how lightweight they are, as they don't feel secure, but maybe I will get used to this in time. The bras themselves weigh very little. The foam on this bra is different from the “dry” foam on the M Tango, and feels like a thinner version of the standard foam found in my other bras.
Regarding the fit though, I don't think that the M style is suited for me.
Band Sizing: Ewa's size calculator on her site recommends 65DD for me based on measurements, but based on the bra measurements I've concluded that in most of her styles, 65E would be ideal for me. However, this bra was supposed to run small, and there were no 65 bands available in my size range, so I sister sized to the 70D. I would actually have preferred the 65 band in this style, and probably a 60 band in other styles, since these bands are so stretchy and the wings are short. Both bras I received come with 4 rows of hooks, but the spacing is quite compact, so it doesn't really give you more room to adjust.
Cup Sizing & Proportions: At first, I did not intend to wear this with the cookies, as I felt they made the cups too small. However, wearing this without cookies makes the fit rather odd. It looks great if I stand up straight, but as soon as I move, the cups begin to gap. This is because while I have tall roots and have even fullness, my tissue naturally sits low, and well-fitting bras push the tissue up to create more vertical evenness. This bra is projected at the wire, so it doesn't have this push up effect, and thus I don't have enough upper fullness to fill out the upper cup completely. In addition, I need taller wires at the gore in order to enclose all the breast tissue, but the low gore of this style doesn't provide enough shaping or support. The cups are also too wide for me with overly-wide set straps, so whenever I move, the cups move inward and forward, creating gapping at the top of the cup--the openness of the upper cup makes this even more obvious. It is wearable with cookies, but unfortunately highly problematic without them. I cannot size down in the cup as I would end up overflowing and potentially falling out of the smaller size, and I already find the wires in this size to be a bit short.
Result: This is a nice bra for me to be worn with cookies, but it’s not really the right shape for me. Having reviewed many of the fit photos on BTB for this cut in a range of sizes, I can see similar fit issues occurring across many other wearers, even those who say they really like the fit. In general, the upper cup tends to sit away from the body and not provide much support for medium and fuller breasts. I think the M style is really suited for small cup sizes, A-D, who could benefit greatly from the push up effect of this bra without feeling like they will get pushed out of the bra's shallow cups.
I need a tighter band, narrower wires, narrower cups, more cup height at the center, a higher gore, and a little less immediate projection at the wire. Based on this, I don't think the M or 3D cuts are for me, and I would probably be better off in the PL or S.

So glad I was able to replaced my 65DD in a bigger size. It was one of the 'in stock' bras so I got it in a little over a week.
This bra differs from the 65DD slightly-- the straps are wider set (okay for me, but I wouldn't mind it being a little more narrower), and the straps are completely different. The apex of the bra is a little higher than my nipples, but it matched perfectly on the 65DD. I think the cups are a little higher also.
The band is firm/small.

I LOVE this print, however, this is just the wrong size for me. I think it fits true to a 70D CHP; I'm not sure though, since I typically where a 65E.

Pretty satin ribbon at the top of the cups. It's got a strange band where the hooks and eyes are. It kind of looks like a triangle with the top cut off.

I'm sold.
Ewa bras are now on my list of brands that I'm going to be buying more of in the future. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":p" />
This bra is great. One of the first things I noticed is that the straps aren't fully adjustable. That's not nearly an issue for me (I'm low set), but I could see it possibly being problematic for someone who usually tightens the straps all the way.
Fabric, I can't tell exactly what the cups, band and straps are, but I absolutely love the feeling.
I can see the cup detailing showing through really sheer or tight tops, which isn't a problem for me ... being as I have a lot of textured and thicker tank tops.
The band is a 70 and feels like about a TTS 70 to me personally. I've had this bra on the second set of hooks all day (and I went through a weird weight gain and went up to 30/31" temporarily). I haven't realized I was wearing a bra all day, similar to my Comexims. The fabric and design is just so soft. The only thing that makes me remember I'm wearing it is the awesome uplift I see when I glance down.
I wasn't expecting that uplift on myself. I remember people saying Comexim and Ewa bras had this awesome uplift, but Comexim didn't give the epic amount of lift that this does, so I wasn't expecting it. Comexim gives lift, but this Ewa has crazy lift. In a good way. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
If you're looking for a pushed up, forward facing, and jutted out look(I assume that's what the "cakes on a plate" phrase means???), the Ch Lawenda is great.
The cups also run pretty large. This is a 70D (32D), which is about a size smaller than I would normally wear (this is bigger than my usual band, but I typically wear 30E and seem good at 65G or similar fitting in Comexim).
To show just how big the cups run, I've been wearing the bra with the cookies in all day and I get no quad boob (just amazeboob). The cups still fit without the cookies, but it feels more snug with them.
Great pushup effect, just in time because I was about to resort to buying a VS pushup bra to replace all of my old pushups. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":p" />
The wires are just as narrow as my Comexim Basic, Coco, and Joy Hc. So I'd estimate between 5 and 5.3".
The center wires touch, so cup separation is also similar to Comexim. Great projection.
I really like that Ewas bras come with cookies because that gives the option for pushup, but you can also wear the same bra without them if you're not in the mood or don't want them with a certain outfit or whatever.. I just think that's a smart addition.
I also love the unusual placement of the bows on the straps.
I'm looking to purchase the bottoms, as this was a complete success.
I don't think I'm ever buying anything other than Comexim, Ewa, and maybe sometimes Cleo. I've really lucked out with the past 6 or 7 bras. I'm super happy xD
Also, side note, in the photos, anywhere I'm holding a camera (it's also less clear), there's no cookies in. The others that I used my self timer for, there's only a cookie in the left. They're so thin that I didn't realize one fell out on my trip over to the bathroom xD
