I purchased this bra to replace my Ewa Michalak 3d Beżuś (see my adventure https://www.bratabase.com/adventures/entry/19506/) and so far it feels like a good fit. I really liked the Ewa's 3D model but unfortunately they don't make it in 70E any more. It is a little more closed off at the top as jlcl119 mentioned in her reply, but there's no visible quadding with my full on top boobs (unless I pull my shoulders back). I also have to take the cookies out otherwise the cups will be too small. The band is nice and firm and not uncomfortable, although I think I'd prefer it just slightly looser. It will loosen up on it's own after a few wears so I wouldn't go a band up. It provides a nice perky shape and the support is good. I'm someone that needs a low gore due to close boobs and this is perfect for that. I think the PL style will be my new holy grail bra.
I’m not too keen about the colors. I wish there was a different color other than beige for the fabric under the lace. It kind of makes it blah. I got this used and the labeling info had already come off but it’s still in pretty good condition. I love EM bras but this is slightly big on me.
This bra is gorgeous and gives a fantastic hemispherical shape under tops; however, I just can't fill out the top. It's not visible under a shirt, but gaping lace drives me crazy. I have so many bras that fit better, in addition, I don't have natching bottoms for this one. Those two factors mean I'm unlikely to wear this even though I desperately want to keep it.
This should be the right size, and according to Bratabase metrics it “fits,” but I think the cut is wrong for me. It creates an odd lump near the bottom of the cup - not enough space for bottom fullness? Other than that I didn’t have any problems with it, just didn’t love it enough to put up with the weird fit issue.
I picked up this bra and the briefs from Broad Lingerie around Black Friday.
Sam at Broad was very nice and really helpful. She doesn't sell Ewa on her site since it fits a little different than most brands and she prefers fitting in person, but if you know what you want she'll totally write you up an invoice and bill you through PayPal. It wasn't as easy and streamlined as just ordering and paying, but it was simple enough and I would buy from her again.
As for the set itself, it's a really pretty wine color. Admittedly, it is not my favorite color. I generally don't like earth ...tones, they look good on me and it is pretty but I'm really more of a bright or pastel sort of woman. Due to that I would sell this set if I didn't need darker colors for my period.
Fit is good. The band is pretty stretchy and I wish I'd picked up a 65 instead. I tend to stick to 70s in the BM because the wires are harder and the gore higher and I need that extra looseness to not set off my costochondritis - the main part of inflammation for me is right where BM wires hit (which is why I can wear a 60 or 65 SM but not BM). Anyway, because this one is stretchier I don't have an issue with how hard the wires are. Cups are still pretty narrow with decent projection.
I got the briefs from Sam in a 38. They're the jersey with no leg elastic style that I like well enough. They fit well and work under dresses. Sam didn't have the thong so I bought one direct from Ewa in a 36. Again, it's stretchy and cute and comfortable. I like the black rolled threading on the edge of the jersey, it's a nice contrast. I love green bras and I’m still very sad I couldn’t get the Szmaragd in proper size as the 65E is too small now (but I’m not able to get rid of it neither). So every time Ewa releases a green bra my eyes light up. The fit was no surprise to me as BM is by far my favourite EM cut, a safe bet that never disappoints when it comes to the fit and comfort. Some BM bras offer more lift and stability like Naomi, some give more natural shape like Apricot. The BM Crazy belongs to the first group, even though the bottom of the cup isn’t as shallow as in Naomi. The BM cut affords an even better support than any padded bra, I can run and everything stays in place. The straps are 1.5cm large and quite thick which makes them comfy. The band runs true to size, it’s stable and comfy.
This bra fits me beautifully and gives me a great shape. As with other S cuts of EM bras, the gore is slightly too short, which allows my soft, center-full tissue to pool in the middle a bit. The bra itself is gorgeous and girly (but not too much). I am so happy I bought this bra!
I think I like this S cut, but the cups are just a bit small for me. They are pleasantly short and seem to close in at just the right place for me without cutting in. The seams are super smooth and flat under clothing. Would love to try a size up. Beautiful, well made, simple bra.
This bra is a beautiful dark brownish color. I didn't get the color to show very well but I really like it! It's just generally too big for me, unfortunately.
This delicate white lace is one of my favorite bra fabrics of all time. It looks light and airy, but provides a firm uplift and molds well to my tissue. I used to have a sm with the same lace, and got this one to replace it when I needed a smaller size. Unfortunately, this bra is still slightly large on me. It provides a rounded profile typical of the HM cut.
This bra is one of the most beautiful I've seen, and I'm so sad it is too big for me! I love the purple color and the delicate embroidery. It has a darling butterfly applique on one of the straps (this could be removed if someone doesn't want it to show through shirts.) This model seems slightly larger in the cup than the other HM model of the same size that I've tried. Profile is wonderfully rounded, and would likely provide great cleavage for someone who fit it better.
A bit frilly for my liking, but thats just the style. Not the most comfortable as the gore is too high for me, but I am able to wear it all day without too much of an issue. Gives my breasts a nice shape.
Excellent construction. At least one, maybe two cups too small, but surprisingly good, despite that. It's hella busty and I don't feel contained, but I can wear it if I'm going for crazy cleavage with a neckline that stops right at the top of the bra. The wire nearly tacks and the band is good.
The apex of this bra is way above my natural apex, and creates a funny look. It looks like I'm carrying a shop counter in front of my body, something you could place a glass of water on. I don't get this issue with my 70E - Ewa Michalak » 3d Porcelanka (380). My best guess would be that the Szykuś' fabric is a little more stiff (maybe because it's new and my Porcelanka isn't?), or perhaps that the cups run more projected. I don't get any gapping at the top though - in fact, it's cutting in. To be honest, I don't really get what's going on, so I can just describe what I see. The shape it creates is triangular from the side.
Anyway, if you ever buy this bra, it might take a few washing/wearing cycles to break it in, and get a more natural shape.
This is the second one from my last order. I decided to go up in the band this time since nearly all my 65s feel quite constrictive these days, and I’m really glad I did so. I don’t know if it’s because these two bras (Triumf and Naomi) just run tight, or I definitely need to size up, but the band really is perfect for me and if I didn’t know the size, I would say it’s a large EM 65 or a TTS british 30. Thanks to the larger band, the bra I super comfortable and I can barely feel it on me. The colour is a good match ...for my skin but it’s too light to be invisible under white, thin tops. I actually need bras darker than my skin tone so they can stay invisible under clothes. Every single SM bra I own (and I own 4 of them) gives a different shape. The czarna mgielka was my favourite so far but I think it could be dethroned by the triumpf. The shape is not as rounded as in mgielka (it’s rounder than summer time and ja wiem though), but it’s perkier and I like it. The lace the cups are made of is a little bit stiff but it feels soft against my skin at the same time.
