I really like this bra, which pisses me off because I bumped up a cup size a little after I got it. :/ There's the usual wrinkling at the wires (from what I assume isn't enough immediate projection and my splayed roots) and some very minor quadboobing at the top. My roots are tall, and combined with being FoT that's a recipe for disaster in most bra styles so honestly I'm just happy that it's comfortable at this point. The fabric is super soft, I could immediately tell the difference the moment I got it. The band is nice and firm. I'm not super stoked about the pointy-ish ...shape it gives on me, but it's not bullet bra level so I can tolerate it.
I ended up cutting off the powermesh on the upper section of the cup anyways, however I do appreciate that it wasn't sewn down since I find that greatly reduces how far the top can stretch (something very important to me, for reasons mentioned above.)
I'll probably try another BM in 75H just to see how it fits. Read more 72 more words

Only tried it on so can’t speak for long term wear…
I’m FOB, centre full, projected, close set(?), short and narrow roots.
This bra is excellent quality. Very smooth and durable feeling. The cup is 4 parts: 2 vertical and 1 horizontal, with a 4th part attached to the strap.
I’m a 32GG and tried the 75GG. The band was good and there are 4 columns of hooks, so stretching shouldn’t be an issue. The straps were ~2-3cm too wide for my preference. where the side met the cup rubbed up against my armpit, not the greatest feeling but I’ve had worse. The wire doesn’t come up too high under my ...arm. Wire width was fine. The gore didn’t quite tack at the top, possibly due to fullness.
The top panel is stretch lace, and despite the high gore my breasts look like they’re going to ooze out the middle. I also have a weird flat part just above the gore where the cup meets breast. Possibly a firmer lace would help hold that in and round it out. I do have the classic torpedo shape angled towards the centre, could be due to the bra type or my breast shape, not sure. For the straps, isn't 2-3 cm equal to an inch? Perhaps you meant 2-3 mm.
I actually would like the straps to be about an inch closer on each side. My shoulders are rather sloped and I hate adjusting straps all day long.
Oooff, I thought you meant the width of the straps was not narrow enough...lol! Strap separation is an issue with so many bras but you rarely hear about straps being too close set.
Oops I did not phrase that very well lol. Yeah it’s weird how they’re usually wide, I guess it must have to do with support or something.
I really wanted this to fit. I'm a 32G/GG at time of trying this on (index of 32:10). I ordered the 75GG, index of 34:10 and should have gone up even more in the cups and maybe the band, although that felt ok upside down and backwards.
Honestly this one's a bit hard to understand. After swooping and scooping, there are angles from which it appears fine, times I see gaping, and times I see spillage. I certainly don't want or need buttcrack cleavage but I did expect cakes on a plate since I'm so close set. I may try this again in another size when I can figure out what that size is.
The cups are perfectly narrow, the straps are not too very wide. The fabric is beautiful in person and it seems very well made. I really like the cookie pockets and that it came with cookies (not worn for this review).
Not sure how I feel about this bra, it sort of feels a bit abrasive by my armpits and the straps. One side still has obvious wrinkles in the bottom, it seems again the sides are too high so it gets pushed down and makes a space. I a, not sure about the fit in general, at least it does tack https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> I think I forgot to adjust the straps very much in the pictures though. Very unsure about this bra
After many years of neglecting myself in the boob department, I decided to treat myself to some new bras. I've had good experience with Ewa Michalak's bras in the past, but their calculator had me between 75 and 80 back and a GG and H cup in the 75 band. As I prefer a tighter band, I went for the 75 and went ahead to order both cup sizes in a PL style. The other bra fits marvelously, but this one is just too tight, I can barely put it on and the boobs get squished something awful. I can't really talk much about the bra as it ...doesn't fit.
The band feels tighter than the other bra I've ordered in the same band size. Sure, it can be the tight cups, but I don't think that's the whole story. The straps are decorated with a pretty ribbon, but that reduces their stretch. The same ribbon is applied to the little bit of elastic between the strap and closure. As even the other 75 is on the tighter side on me, this little bit of lost stretch is something I'd sorely miss, had the cups been a correct size. This ribbon also makes the straps shorter.
All of this makes me quite sad, as the bra looks amazing. This is my favorite shade of purple and it contrasts nicely with the black. Black lace with a black underlay is also something I find very pretty. Overall it looks well made, it's just that the ribbon is a thing to consider when deciding on fit. Read more 154 more words
Another great bra from Ewa Michalak! This bra fits me quite well. It gives my soft tissue the "shape" and support that it needs. The wires are not too wide like so many are. I have slight gaping but it is not visible under clothes. The band seems slightly stretchier than my EM Beżuś (Pearl) bra, as I could hook it on the 2nd hook immediately and very quickly on to the 3rd hook. The fabric is a beautiful rich blue. The straps are slightly too wide in the sense that they cut into the corner of my armpits but the straps do not fall down and do not cause too much discomfort unless I wear it two days in a row. I'd like the gore to be a smidge taller. I am just nit-picking details that ultimately do not affect my appreciation for this bra but I like the Bezus Beżuś just enough better that it is my everyday bra.
Incredible bra! So happy to finally have this bra in the right size. I had tried 75HH in a swap and knew I wanted this bra. Levana Bratique recommended 75GG based on the photos I sent to them of me wearing the 75HH. It is about as perfect as is possible. To nitpick, the gore is slightly too short for my soft tissue but otherwise is fantastic with the wire width, projection, and support I was seeking. It is so comfortable. I have now worn this bra about 10 times. I find it to be truly amazing. One day, ...I had on a snug camisole and caught myself thinking that my breasts were TOO front & center. What? I have NEVER had that thought before in my life. The snug camisole hugged the cups in such a way that I really had a uniboob look, which I did not like. I have dreamed for 30 years to have a bra that put my breasts front & center. Well, I have found it. Ewa Michalak - at least for now - exclusively has my bra attention. I am a true convert to Polish bras. Read more 101 more words
While 75GG fits me in the Bezus/Pearl style, this bra does not fit at all. The fabric is VERY stretchy. The cups are too large and are distorted in shape by my soft tissue. The band is on the tightest hook immediately. I'm sending this one back.
It appears I'm the first person to add one of these to Bratabase! I got it in Ewa's Black Friday sale. I'm always in the market for a nice nursing bra as it seems I will be breastfeeding until the end of time, and I didn't have a black one yet, so here we are.
MY SHAPE: Narrow, projected, short roots, close set, center full, even fullness (technically FOT but my short roots make me appear even most of the time)
FIT: Sigh. Some of Ewa's S bras fit me like a glove, and some have cups that are just a smidge too tall and gape. This one falls into ...the latter category, unfortunately. (Other bras in that category are my 75GG - Ewa Michalak » S Syrena (790) and 75GG - Ewa Michalak » S Glamour (813) , but they're so pretty I can't hold it against them too much.) I don't know the correct terminology for the different pieces of the cup, but they all seem to have one element in common, which is that the horizontal cup edge piece has that ribbon over the seam and lace overlay. I don't know if Ewa actually uses a different pattern for these bras that makes the cup taller, or if it's something about adding that ribbon/lace, but my 75GG - Ewa Michalak » S Diament (582) , 75GG - Ewa Michalak » S Orzechowa Pralinka (711) , and 75GG - Ewa Michalak » S Summer Time don't have this issue. I had actually noticed this issue previously and vowed to stay away from S bras with that design, but since this one is all black I didn't realize it was made that way until it arrived. In addition to the too-tall cups, the straps are typically wide... this normally doesn't bother me, but the addition of nursing clips makes them dig in uncomfortably right at my armpits. I think without the clips, this wouldn't be an issue. Also, as I mentioned in my review of another Ewa nursing bra (75GG - Ewa Michalak » Km-pl Karmnik Biszkopty (278) ), there are no cookie pockets on the inside of the cups, which is a truly baffling design decision since cookie pockets are standard on S bras and even more important on a NURSING bra. When I wear this bra I place a cookie in one side, but there's nothing to hold it in place when I open/close the cup, which is annoying. That bit annoyed me so much with the Biszkopty I sent it back, but since this one was a Black Friday sale it's not really worth it.
These grievances aside, the fit is right in line with my other Ewa bras. Band feels good, cups give a great shape, and despite my complaints it's definitely wearable for the times I want a black nursing bra.
APPEARANCE/QUALITY: I haven't taken photos of this one yet but I can already tell you that it'll be a tough one to photograph. It's a black bra with black lace and ribbon trim. I thought the cups were smooth, but it does have allover floral lace similar to the Syrena bra. The lace doesn't show through tight shirts, and unlike my Syrena and Glamour bras the lace seems pretty stable and doesn't flip down at the slightest provocation. It does feel a bit stiff, but I'm not sure if that's something to do with the materials, the fact that it's black, I really don't know. It just doesn't feel as squishy as, say, Glamour.
OVERALL: It's functional, and it does a job... I might return it if that were an option, but for the time being I'll keep it since it really is hard to find a decent nursing bra for my size/shape.
UPDATE: If you read all this, thanks! I took this bra to the local seamstress and had the straps moved in about an inch. This miraculously fixed both the slight gaping/tall cups issue AND the nursing clips stabbing my shoulder area. I've worn this all weekend since picking it up Friday and I think it might be my best fitting S bra at the moment! The alteration changed the overall shape just a tiny bit, but it works better for me this way. I'm considering altering my Syrena bra now too! Read more 622 more words
nceveritt It's actually at the seamstress right now getting the straps moved in a little, since I think that will fix my issues... but if it doesn't fix it for me, I'll tag you first thing!
Just let me know!
The alteration actually works REALLY well for me, so I won't be selling. Sorry!
My shape: Narrow, projected, center-full, short roots, close set, even fullness. Soft tissue due to breastfeeding for 3.5 years at this point.
Takeaway: Love this bra! Very comfortable and attractive, and I love the different strap options.
Fit: The band is a bit loose, I wasn't surprised to see that it stretches to about 37 inches. I bought this on a swap page and it still had the tags on it; I needed to wear it on the 2nd or 3rd set of hooks right off the bat. I'm a tiny bit more center full than the cups allow for, but the very minor quadding does not show through clothing and seems to go away once my breasts "settle" into the cups a little bit.
Appearance: Very uplifted and centered. This bra is nice and smooth under clothing.
Minor complaint - I had to switch the straps around because they kept popping off. The padded straps are super comfortable but they are very wide, which offsets the comfort somewhat.
This bra technically fits perfect, but I'm not as impressed with it as I was when I first got it. It just doesn't provide as much lift as I'd like. But it's the best-fitting beige I have, so o keep it around for those days when I want to wear a white top.
This is a beautiful bra. Bright colors and pretty comfortable. The band is pretty firm as it's a 34 and it doesn't really stretch further than 34 inches. The cups are just about a half an inch too wide but it's not uncomfortable. I do have a bit of open space at the top of the bra when I move certain ways unless I tighten the straps down a lot but then I get shoulder pain because the straps are holding my breasts up and not the band but I still have a lot of dropping to do post augmentation so I'm sure that I will fill it in more as time goes by.
Thanks for the review!
