The Cynamon is very lovely. The center gore has a tiny pear drop attached to it. Very simple and elegant. The band fabric is a bit firmer than that of the SM Burek, but feels very similar, silky soft and matte. The lace has a little iridescence to it, and the accent bows are shiny satin. The color is very close to the photos on Ewa's website. This would be a great 'nude' for women with darker skin tones, if you find that most UK brand 'nudes' or 'beiges' are a few shades too light, then definitely give the Cynamon a shot!
This bra is fantastic! It's adorable and the best technically fitting bra I own. The brand is quite firm and I do wish Ewa would figure out a way to distribute the weight all throughout the band rather than just through the elastic. Other than that the bra is very comfy and the shape is fantastic. If you nee narrow wires, room for bottom fullness, and cups that are close together you should certainly check it out.
This is the only bra I've ever owned that honest-to-goodness truly fits my shape without gaping, sagging, squishing, or pinching anywhere. The open top and half-cup height work really well for the high-projection-but-really-short top parts of my boobs, although it fits me much more like a 3/4 or full cup balconette than a half-cup. The cups are narrow enough toward the roots to provide good side support (my biggest support issue) while still having enough forward-facing depth to accommodate my immediate projection. I also really like the look of the black lace over dark purple satin, and the lace pattern is flat enough that it doesn't show through my shirts. The only complaint I have is that the edging on the shoulder straps can chafe if I'm moving around a lot.
First of all, I LOVE the way this bra makes my boobs look. This is the best support, shape and life I've EVER gotten. I love the depth of the cups, and the wires feel like the end at a good spot. However, the fit is not 100% spot on. It feels a bit like my boobs are falling out on the bottom while not filling out the top (probably due to the shape of my boobs more than anything else). It's a bit awkward, but certainly not enough to make me abandon this lovely bra! I seem to fall around a UK 32GG/32H at the moment, and getting ...this bra one size up in the band was a good idea. EM bands run notoriously tight, and this one stretches to EXACTLY 32 inches (It IS brand new, but either way). The extra band size provides more room in the cups, as I think if I were to stick with a 32GG I would have been falling out. I'm absolutely in love with the look/feel of this bra as well. It's a beautiful purple color made of a LOVELY soft fabric, and the unusual little design at the top makes it so much more exciting. Read more 95 more words
Lovely color and nice qulity. It has 4 rows of hooks (3 hooks in each column), which is great. Band and cups fit me but wires are too narrow - can't wear it.
Please bear in mind that my measurements were different when I fit into this bra. The fit is similar to most other Ewa Michalak CHP bras. I found this bra sturdy and comfortable but only got to wear it once before I grew out of it.
My first Ewa, bought used from another member of a facebook bra swap group. beautiful color, gives a great shape but is one or 2 cup sizes small. I love the push up pads! The band is snug but comfortable on me, despite being one size smaller than I usually wear and the ewa reputation for very, very snug bands, but the gal who sold it to me did say that it was an unusually stretchy band
This is one of the prettiest feminine prints I have ever seen. The colors are gorgeous, peach and turquoise! It is very soft and comfortable. It fits as a true 34 band. It gives a very round, projected shape.
So this bra was my first trying smaller cups and it didn't end up very good as you can see. My boobs was on top of the cups instead of in it. They were on the sides instead of in it. When I leaned over and scoped hard I would instead have overspill. When I tried to just hold the cups around my boobs with my hands they were obviously too small.
The bra in itself is a very beautiful bra. It kind of looks a little like Panache Sienna, but in a blue green kind of way instead. I wish I would've fit into it but I ...don't think it would have been any use.
The lace didn't show under clothing. The shape wasn't quite my thing. I am not this much projected as you can see.
I made this review so that I could set up a fitting request so that everyone could see the madness of how bad it is being high on chest and having that tissue running back and forth. I don't have the bra at home any more. I have considered buying a larger size to make the wires come back and get my root and end up higher on my sides so that more tissue will sit at my chest. I cannot really help you here, but on me, the CHP behaved sort of the same. Although the effect was much less dramatic compared to you, my breasts completely disappeared in the cups leaving massive gapping, even though it looked fine or even slightly tight right after scooping. It seemed as if my breasts tried to escape left right and centre -- in my case mostly centre -- and for some reason they also pushed the cups down. I originally concluded the cups were too shallow in the bottom for me and/or my breasts too soft for the low centre gore, but as I really don't think I'm full-on-bottom nor that my breasts are THAT particularly soft neither reason makes any sense to me at all. To make a long story short, I really don't understand what is the problem with the cut of this bra, but something in it is entirely incompatible with certain breast shapes.
MilkAndHoney: Could it me it *is* actually a lousy construction for anything than very firm boobs with a lot of natural projection and a narrow root or something? I know Vee has complained about the CHP construction as well.
Am I crazy for thinking it's the same thing with CK balconettes; too low wires and too much weight too far out? Like the seesaw syndrome? CH has higher wires than CHP?
Hmmm..I actually do see some similarities between you and me in shape, though in some things we are different.I was hoping the CHP would work for me,but maybe it won't.Will just have to try and see. It does sound like it'd be a good style for two of my friends, though. :) Can someone explain to me the difference between the CH and CHP?
As far as I know, the CH cups are cut lower and more projected than than the CHP. I found the CHP cups very very tall on my petite frame and, oddly enough, the gore way too low. But my opinion is based on how these bras look in the smaller sizes -- in larger sizes they may be completely different.
Hmm,interesting.I tend to like a lower gore anyways, but often have issues with too tall of cups. The cup height of one of my 34G bras is more the height I need,a little higher, depending on how cleavage or coverage I want. But of course the cup depth is insanely small.haha. We will see. :)
Red with black lace design is lovely, but while ordering different cuts and sizes from Ewa, this one was just not the right size for me. The band was too large and the cups too small, and so the fit issues of quadraboob and lack of support came along with that. If they had a different size I could have tried, I would have swapped it in a heartbeat! (I didn't want to custom order a non-returnable bra while I was still figuring out my correct size.)
This bra just barely doesn't fit. I can tell that with a bit of wear I would probably start getting slight quadboob from it after a bit and would have to readjust throughout the day. The lace and embellishments do show under tight clothing, but they also serve to hide the slight quadboob if it ever occurs.
This bra is incredibly comfortable though. Great coverage and the underwires aren't near to poking me in the under arm. This is more of a "full coverage" bra than other HP bras I've tried. Definitely something I prefer.
Really, except for the lace and slightly ruffled ribbon across the top, this would make an excellent t-shirt bra. I am tempted to remove them, but they really do make this bra pretty!
Bra is too small for me. I will blame myself - I did't measured myself in the proper way, the cups are too small. I think I would fit in size 34hh, my PL Purple it's too small as well.
It's a pretty and sexy brahttps://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" /> It's got a cute ribbon in the centre and straps are really nice. It's too small for me at the moment (I breastfeed) and like any other plunges, my breasts trying to get out. It's waiting in the drawer for me to finish nursing.
What a gorgeous dark purple bra with a black lace overlay. It's been worn less than 5 times. It's in excellent condition. It's too large in the band for me. This PL does not run small in the band like most other PL's.
