This is the size Ewas calculator suggests for me. I knew it would be too small but I wanted to try it anyway.

The band is too big for me, it rides up, and the cup is as expected too small, I'd for sure want a cup size up. So I'd end up with a 75K.

This bra is quite comfortable, the fabric is very soft. It has a narrow gore that doesn't come up too high and stabs me. Sadly it doesn't quite tack for me since it's a little too small. If I push the gore flush I get slight overspill in the cups.

The shape of this ... gives an intense lifted torpedo shape, so if you are not into that, avoid this. But I think that is common for a lot of BM in this size?
For me, the shape works quite well because I have torpedo boobs lol. But I wish it had a little more immediate projection, but perhaps simply having it in one cup higher would fit me much better overall. I do get a bit of a wrinke in the bottom of the cup, not too much though.

I also think the wires are just slightly too narrow for me, I'd want like, 1 cm more width or so.

The straps could be longer, I have them adjusted to the longest length and I kinda want another inch more or so, they dig into my shoulders.

    • Like your SF this bra is probably too big for you/too projected for you. If Ewa is too narrow for you that’s actually great because ordering from Poland can be a pain.

I would look for slightly wider bras a cup or two sizes down and see if you get more lift and support. Bras that hold your breasts closer to your chest can feel way more supportive because they don’t allow as much bounce- took me years of wearing a 40JJ or K to realize this and start trying 42HH or H which is much more supportive, fits my frame better, etc.

    • cupandahalf I don't understand how this bra would be too big? If I push the gore in I quad slightly and I do fill out the whole cup. To me it's too small and a slight shape mismatch in the bottom of the cup.

I have moved on to trying polish now because uk brands don't have enough projection for me whatsoever, and my boobs don't stay close to my chest in those kinds of bras, they push the bra away from my chest. I've completely given up on those kinds of bras because they just don't work. What is your opinion on the Kris Line I reviewed below this?

But ordering from Poland is actually no problem at all for me as I live in sweden. Shipping is about the same as ordering from the UK and returns cost the same aswell so that's fine. I have ordered once from EM many years ago aswell no problems, I just want to have my size down before making an order.

    • alidieux I second what cupandahalf said, the bra is too big on you. I actually had an BM bra that gave a similar shape like this gives you. Very pointy. They are not supposed to give that shape, you don't fill out the bra on top. That's why it's also too tall. Here is my old fit request of BM Malachit, it doesn't look as pointy on me but with the help of fellow bratabasers I found out it was too big in cup. (Since I went up 1 cup recently, I can add a pic of how the bra supposed to look if it fits.

    • forgot the link: http://bra.pe/T9Z/

    • alidieux the Kris Line looks like your best fit of all but there is still some loose fabric and the straps are a little wide so you might try the bra a cup size down as well. But the shape and height looks really good for you and the wires look like they are in the right spot. The KL is much better cut for your shape- the side view comparison especially.

What really helped me is ordering a range of sizes and trying them all at the same time. That’s not always possible due to financial and availability but when I can it does help. See through or lighter colored bras also help you visualize your breast tissue and where it is in the bra.

It may also be that due to your shape and breast composition you need bigger bras than might work for others. I know there’s a user on here who has very pointy breasts which are sensitive to compression and she chooses padded bras which are functionally too large but don’t compress her at all, for comfort.

At the end of the day what is comfortable to you and what you feel good in is paramount so take my words as a recommendation not a fact.

On the other hand, wrinkling at the wire, bra slipping down, gore not tacking are signs of a bra not fitting. They don’t necessarily point to the bra being too small, it’s just that most bras people are wearing are too small.

If when you press down the gore you quad, then this bra is likely not compatible from a shape perspective as it is also too tall (pretty common for shorter rooted people in Ewa bras).

    • cupandahalf thanks, it's very helpful with all this info and perspective from others! It's so overwhelming trying new cuts and styles when they are so different from what I am used to.

I'm going to order a few more Kris Line in both 75K and 75JJ, and also 80J in SM cut because I am curious how that would fit.

    • I’m glad it’s helpful! I hope your Kris Lime experiment gets you where you want to go. I have tried hundreds of bras over the past five or six years so I understand completely.

The band fits me perfectly and I can tell this is an extremely comfortable bra. Unfortunately I lost 15 pounds due to a medical issue between buying and receiving it, so I can't fill the cups. Weirdly, I lost an inch on my underbust and the band fits perfectly, but my breasts don't even fill out the cups.

Between when I bought this bra and when I received it, I lost 15 pounds due to a medical issue so I've updated my measurements. The band is perfect, but my breasts can't fill the top of the cups so I think they aren't separating properly due to being too small.

    • I am sorry to hear about your health issues!

I just wanted to comment--it's difficult to tell much from the photos, but it's unusual for boobs to smush together due to being too small for a bra! Is the gore (the wires at the center cleavage area) not sitting flat against your sternum? If it's not sitting against your body, two options--either cups are too shallow (push gore against your body, do they fit right or do they overflow? if overflow, cups are smaller than you need); OR something is too big, e.g. cups are too big OR band is too big or both.

If the gore does sit flat against your body, but the fit is still weird, I would loosen the straps and place them further out on your shoulders if you can, scoop and swoop again, and see how everything sits. If there is still extra room in the cups then you need a smaller cup volume. Check where the band is sitting on your back--people often go down a band size as well when they lose weight.

Love this bra - I have a different size in the beige/black colourway and love it. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit (cups too small) so listing for sale.

This is a gorgeous bra. The embroidery, lace, and color choices couldn't be better. Just lovely. The quality is great, too.

That said, it's not quite a perfect fit for me. The band/wing height is much smaller than I'd like to feel supported, and indeed, this bra gives the most "jiggle" of any bras I own. Perhaps it's not a perfect size fit, but it's just about! And besides all of that, it's quite comfortable. Wires are a bit short for me on the sides, but they don't poke.

Really, this is a lovely, fancy-feeling bra. I almost want to save it for special occasions. This is probably the first time I've wished I could have the matching panties!

    • Came here from fb - yeah, i've never seen an SM look like that! I wonder if its partly - are your roots short? It looks like you go so wide and not out at all. I also see one of your breasts is folded over at the bottom - have you tried scooping UP specifically? I find I can position my breast higher up in the cup if I swoop.

When I first tried on my 70J - Ewa Michalak » Sm Fiolecik (642) it was too big because I hadnt swooped/scooped properly, and it looked acceptable after scoop/swoop (tho it looks better now that I've gone up a cup size . . . )

    • Hi dbmamaz , thank you for replying! Actually, I have a large amount of projection straight out, and my roots aren't wide at all (I'm just a big gal), but my tissue is super soft and I guess it must be heavy, too. In my old Jasmine (before I lost weight) I was full and projected comfortably. I swoop and scoop with the best of 'em! I just tried scooping up (happen to be wearing the bra right now) and my breasts just kind of puddled back to where they were, haha. My left breast visibly bubbles over the top a bit when I stand up straight or put my shoulders back.

I'm wondering if I just need more structure in a bra? Like maybe if one of the padded Ewa bras might work better?

Interestingly enough, my wife says this bra looks nice under clothes, and I did wear it out tonight.

I just don't know about my boobs anymore, haha.

    • I forgot to mention, that Jasmine was a 38J and does NOT fit anymore! :)

    • I swear I mentioned it soomewhere but I dont see it - did I say it on fb? that my husband pointed out my boobs looked high in it? thats funny.

The S for me (also soft boobs) I sometimes describe the S as "cup of boob" - its a very solid cup (and very open on top) and its filled with my liquid boob!

I'm wondering if not all SMs are going to fit exactly alike? Mine seems to have very tall, shallow cups, but yours does not look that way. But the same bra looks different on different people. Plus, mine is a 70 that was way, way smaller than a 70 - I'm still wearing an extender with it 8 months later, but the S Panterra I just got in a 75 is on the 3rd set of hooks right away.

    like the band tightness
helped me realize I can wear the PL bras.

Nice second try. I see I need to go up sizes to about a 80kish.

I think this style is a few seasons old as I cant find much about it online. Also does not have pads, or anyplace for them.

Loved it in theory. The band was very firm, and I liked the shape it gave me. It really pulled it all in from the sides and projected well. Wires were the perfect width. I did have a problem with the center gore digging in at the bottom after a full day of wear. Although I loved the look, I wasn't a huge fan of the "jiggle" up top, which was exacerbated by the cup being too small. The wings were WAY too low for me and made the armpit fat look much worse, but I think that could be better if I had a proper size. All in all I'd be willing to give it another shot in the correct size, but wouldn't hold out too much hope.
