Extremely cute bathing suit top, unfortunately is too small for me. Very flattering cut.

This bra is very comfortable and I don't have any real issues with it. One thing that I appreciate is that it isn't one of those plunge bikinis that attempts to shove the breasts together to create a huge line of cleavage. Instead, it is open in the middle while retaining separation. I would prefer if the wires were a little wider for my slightly wide roots, but they are just barely wide enough that they don't sit on tissue. My breasts are about 2lb and this weight creates some pressure on the neck due to the bra being in a halter style; I can tolerate it, but ... women with heavy breasts might not enjoy this style.
Instead of having hooks, this bra has a strange plastic closure that snaps into place. It's not difficult once you figure out how it works, but I wonder about how it might stand up to wear. The band isn't as loose as some other Freya bands, but I'll probably have to shorten it if it stretches out since there is only one band setting with the unique closure.

I have the grey version of this top. I bought this a few years ago before covid, so the fit has changed a bit. Then I was ~5 lbs and much tequila flab lighter, i had trouble filling the cup at the top more often than not. Now, I have a perplexing quadboob while not quite filling the top of the cup at the outer edges, but also spilling out the sides at the armpits. I think the cup volume is okayish, but maybe the wire is too narrow and doesn't come up high enough on the outer sides. Gore sits fine, and I like the thicker straps.
I'm 5'3" and the straps adjust short enough for my liking. Overall the construction seems very solid and the design is cute without being cutsey, so I do plan to keep it until I find something that properly fits/I can use it as incentive to pare down a bit.

Cute, flattering suit. The cups seem larger than every other Freya I own.

Me: Average projection. Fuller on bottom. Slightly wider left breast (I suspect this breast is also 1-2 ml taller than my other breast). Maybe tall roots? Usually wear 28DD or 30D.
Even though 28DD was my recommended size, I bought 28D on a whim because I randomly found it on eBay for a cheap price. Well, I regret it. This top gave me quad-boob and I'm not a fan of the holes at the top of the cups. When I scoop and swoop, part of my nipple is revealed through the hole. While I could tie the straps higher on my neck, I feel like it's a temporary fix. If the swimsuit was full of water, my nipples may show through the holes. Because of the holes at the top of the cups, I probably won't be getting my actual size for this top. I do think the tope is good material and an overall good swim top. Just not for me.

28DD was my recommended bra from Bratabase. I bought both 28DD and 30D because some of the reviews say the band runs small. 28DD fit me perfectly. With 30D, the band was a bit looser but I think 28DD fit me better. For 30D, the gore wasn't didn't fully tack. Straps don't dig in and my muscle/fat doesn't stick out from the bikini. It's a good bikini, but I think I'll keep the 28DD.

Excellent bikini top. I'm not popping out when I move. 28DD was a recommended bra from Bratabase. I bought 28DD and 30D because some of the reviews say the band runs small. 28DD fits perfectly on me. 30D fit fine too but the band was slightly looser on me, which isn't really a problem. 28DD was great. Straps don't dig in and my fat/muscle doesn't stick out from the bikini.

Complete shape mismatch for me. I think I'm projected, a little over extremely narrow, FOB, and close set. Unlike normal Freya bras, this has a VERY narrow cup. The top of the cups have excessive gapping and my tissue has trouble staying in it since it's molded.
The center gore is very low, so that works well for my close-set breasts.
The shoulder straps aren't too far apart, usually I have issues with straps falling. I don't here, but they're very uncomfortable. They dig into my shoulders, but if I loose the straps, the cup gapping gets worse. When I stand up it's okay, but very bad even in a neutral sitting position.
This would probably work well for someone who is more shallow and narrow. Also, the underband is excessively stretchy--I could put it on the tightest hook easily.

I ordered two swim tops from Freya Swim in similar cuts and in two sizes. While they both fit me ok, I don't really love either of them.
The Freya Swim Run Wild Banded Halter Bikini Top shares the same cut as the Freya Swim Palm Haze Underwire Halter Bikini Top. They both have a deep plunge cut with a nice wide underwire and short gore. The one odd feature of this cut is that it is a 2 piece plunge cut, but the top piece is much smaller than the bottom piece. The interior cup is cut as 2 piece, but the exterior cup ... is cut as one piece, so there is a dart on the exterior to approximate this shape. The dart isn't placed in the center of the cup but about halfway from the bottom of the cup to the gore. This is normally not noticeable, but the dart will stick out and look a little pointy along the seam.
I found that both sizes 28D and 28DD fit, though 28DD is my normal size. 28D was a little snug in the cups, but I didn't experience any overflow. 28DD fit better in the cups, but made the oddly-placed dart more visible as the cups weren't as tight on me. It felt like the fullest part of the cup wasn't constructed in the right place, and I had this pointy seam at a weird spot on my body.
This style doesn't have any visible trim, but there is a keyhole detail at the top of the cup where it connects to the strap. The detail was ok, but didn't really look like anything special on me. I am also not a big fan of the splashy graffiti print and would've preferred this in a solid. This style comes with the same plastic swim back clasp also found on Cleo Swim tops, and I found this to be challenging to put on, but I'm getting used to it.

My shape: close set, center full, full on bottom, average/narrow width roots, tall shallow roots, soft tissue.
I ordered this from Bare Necessities partly for bra science and partly to see if it would win me over!
I really love the prints Freya has been putting out for their swim line, this one is really lovely. It has a black background with a pink and blue-green print on top. It has little pink detailing on the edge of the cups (the top) which is super cute.
This top is their plunge style, and it has one vertical seam on the inner third of the cup. The wires are a little ... bit flexible, but not much, maybe 1-1.5cm out (so around 0.5”). It definitely gives more of a bra-look because of the straps, but the print makes up for it. The straps are fully adjustable, which I thought was nice. It gives me a natural shape/look which is what I prefer for swim tops. I don’t usually like any padding or extra foam layers on top. This is the first time I’m actually trying on a bra sized swim top and it feels so comfy and supportive!
There is soft, flexible boning on the wings which give the top more structure, but these don’t hurt like some of the other cheaper swim tops I’ve tried.
The band has one plastic closure, so no tighter adjustments are available. The closure is smaller than the other Freya top I tried, but seems sturdy. The band is snug, but not tight, pretty much perfect! Much better than the wire-free Freya style I tried! This one is 24.8” in length unstretched (63cm) and stretches to around 30” (76cm). It probably stretches more, I don’t pull too much to get this measurement.
The bottoms... I hate them!! I got the string tie bottoms in a size M, and like the other Freya bottom I tried, they were way too loose for me. I usually buy M bottoms in everything, so this is a surprise, not sure if this brand runs large for their bottoms or not since I have only tried two styles so far. I measure 39.5” (100cm) at the fullest part of my hips. These bottoms are very full coverage as well which I hate. (I will add some measurements of the bottom to the pictures for reference!).
Compared to the Zamba Print, this print is even bigger, and looser in the butt. I have added pictures comparing the two. I think I will match this style top to some pink bottoms that I have because I really like it and I don’t really like any of the other matching bottom styles they offer.

Amazon Prime Wardrobe: Swimsuit Edition! (Where I order bras/bikinis available on Amazon Prime Wardrobe to try on and add more data to Bratabase!)
My shape: FOB, projected, soft tissue, narrow shoulders
Out of the 5 Prime Wardrobe suits I tried, this one fit me the best. That's not to say it FIT, but it is one I would suffer with if absolutely necessary.
Firstly, these cups are TALL. They look so large upon first glance. It's like a super full coverage style suit. The wires aren't as narrow as I like, and the cups have no seams at all. It's a molded, padded cup with the stretchy suit fabric on top. ... There's some ruching along the gore. The fabric itself is cute; I think it's supposed to be like a wild animal print? It looks more like tiny black pebbles to me.
The cups are super minimizing too, which isn't really a look I prefer. I'm so used to my projected, in your face Polish styles! Instead of hiding my girls, I feel like they look so much better uplifted and projected. This bikini, though it fits me, doesn't give me the style or look that I like. It sorta pushes my soft tissue down and to the sides, instead of out and up.

I bought this bikini top because low price. This bikini have an vertical seam, non padded. There are 2 linings, center lining is stretchier than outer side. Cup fabrics stretch about 1 inch. I got quad boobs so guess cups run small, thought need bigger cup.

It's definitely not my size. I need 28 or 30 band, and here the band is huge. I'm not sure, but I think it could fit even 34.
But the cups are quite good for me, so the band will be shorten ( it's not a problem for me, especially with this type of braband). The cups are a little bit too wide, but hope this is not a problem as they are soft and without underwires. They are a little bit stretchy and softly padded, without push-up, so this will cover nipples and perfectly accommodate cycle size and shape changes.
I have Hipster Gathered Brief Bikini Bottom size S ( UK) and this fits perfectly for my 88-89cm hip

the band is a little loose for me, I usually wear 28 bra band but for swimwear I thought I just go one size up because of the material etc.
but this just a little bit too big. cups are too big for me too.
gorgeous tho!

looks cute, stays on pretty good, not super supportive without the detachable halter strap
Updated on Mar 21, 2019 Flag this
Pretty good! I like the padded feeling, I had never had a well fitting bra or bikini that was padded. Looks good, although it's a bit shallow at the bottom, so my breasts are pulled up a bit. It works fine though, I don't get quad boob and my boob just sits a bit higher than with unlined bras and bikinis. If I were to buy it, I'd probably get a cup size up to be more comfortable. But it's really good for a bikini that I'm only going to use for a few months each year. The band is super supportive. I love it!

The pattern on this swim set is really fun, I love the black and white palm trees. The top is a multi-way that can also be worn strapless. It comes with two removable straps that are quite long and fully adjustable. The swim set is made from high-quality scuba material and is lightly lined with white foam to provide coverage, but not bulk. The band is TTS and has only one closure option - which is sadly too loose for me. It would fit much better on a true 30 band. The cups are quite roomy and provide enough coverage to be family friendly. The gore on this swim top is quite wide and doesn't comfortably fit my close-set breasts. This top would be better suited for someone a little wider set.

This bra definitely runs small in the cup for a 30F (and smaller than Freya's wired swimwear). I would need to size up to at least a 30FF or G to have a family friendly fit. This style is also suited to someone more wideset - my breasts are quite close together, and this bikini shows far more cleavage that I want. This Freya soft styles will likely fit shallower breasts much better. The band feels firm for a 30 (compared to other Freya swim styles) and only has one hook closure.
The swim set is made high-quality scuba material and the colours are vibrant and fun. The foam lining in the cup is thin, it covers the nips and provides support without adding bulk. I bought the matching size small bottoms (UK 10) and fit like a dream. The cut provides bum coverage while still looking cute.
