The fit of this bra is a bit strange on me. When using the straps the fit is great. When attempting to use it as a strapless, however, it's not quite right. There is wrinkling at the bottom of the cups, toward the sides. When putting it on by just bending over, shimmying into the bra, and fastening it it’s mostly alright. With any manual adjustment, however, the bottom wrinkling becomes more apparent. It looks very similar to what snowflake mentioned in her review of the 34F. The depth seems great, but the cups are pretty wide, and do stretch a bit more when the band stretches. ... The cups are also pretty tall, which may contribute to my problems with it, being bottom-heavy and having a petite torso. The cups on the 28E were too small, and the bands in both the 30DD and the 30E were just too big. The 28FF didn’t wrinkle in the same way, but there was clearly extra room in the cups. Fastening this bra on the middle hook is the most comfortable, so I don’t *think* it’s an issue of the band being too small (for reference, my ribcage measures ~25.5 inches holding a tape measure fairly comfortably, and I do like a fairly tight band). I can only guess I’m between cup sizes and/or this model isn’t ideal for me. I’ll still wear it, though likely primarily with the straps.
As far as the details of the bra itself are concerned, the cups are “molded”, but much more flexible than anticipated. It gives a great rounded, smooth shape under clothing, as would be expected of a deco. There are several different places where the straps can be attached (though I personally find the farthest attachment in the front to be too far apart for my frame), so there are lots of strap placement possibilities. The silicone gripper lining on the band helps to keep the bra in place well. It does seem to have a lower center gore than many strapless bras I’ve seen, which is nice for showing a little cleavage while staying supported. It seems like a great bra, and a lot of people love it, but doesn’t seem to be ideal for me.
