First impression: I have to wear with extender, but only 1/2-inch to 1-inch extra. Wire fits, is very sturdy. Cup kinda-sorta fits in bottom, but not really; it's too snug. Apex is WAY too high. Straps too far apart. Center gore okay for the 1st hour, but then OUCH! If I could gather in the top and move the strap over about 2", that might work, but I have to take out volume across the top of the bra. Oh, that and the whole issue with the center gore digging into my sternum. It is so high on me.
I haven't tried it on recently, but there may be migration, so it may not waffle as much on the top as when I got it. Problem is, if there is migration, the bottom half with its higher-set apex angle will be too small and the center gore will still KILL my sternum. Maybe keep if I lose a little weight and figure out how to alter?
Reading all the rave reviews, I had to give the Deco a try. However, I came to the conclusion that this is not for my shape. I have softish boobs which are full in the middle and full at the bottom. This combined with slight pectus excavatum, makes that the underwire near the gore rests on the breast tissue a bit. Up top, it leaves it gaping.
runs slightly loose in the band. The only I could wear this bra without having to pull it down would be on the tightest hook. I love the bra and it is actually quite comfortable
I only recently got this bra but so far I love it. I feel like my breasts look fabulous in it. While my band size is actually between 31" and 32", I went for the 30FF because I'm finding that with some other bras that I've tried with a 32 band, I sometimes have to use the middle hook right away to get a good snug fit. This bra (at the time) was the closest in containing the sideboob area, while at the same time, it brings my breasts closer together in the front without squishing them. This bra is also one of the least quadboob-inducing bra that ...I've tried on! I also feel really supported, maybe because of the long-line style. The only thing I don't like is having to hook up so many hooks! But I would definitely buy another Freya bra, because I feel really great wearing it.
[ETA]: Aaand not much later, I get tons of quadboob. Turns out this bra is too shallow for me and my breasts are not as wide and as shallow as I thought. I ended up getting a 30G which fits better, but still a tad wide. But I love the longlines too much to give them up lol. Read more 100 more words
Very pretty, comfortable straps. My right boob filled it out okay, but it wrinkles a bit on my slightly smaller left boob. The detailing shows under form-fitting t-shirts so you have to pick the right top to go with it.
If the underwires migrate to the center they poke at my sternum, but sliding them back apart fixes the problem.
This bra would be more suited to wide set, full on top breasts. I had about an inch of gaping cup at the top and the gore jabbed into my breast tissue.
Minimal difference to the Deco Plunge. The Cups are a bit more "closed", and it runs a bit smaller than the normal Deco. I altered the band of my Taylor down to a 28E, and the cups fit, but somehow they flatten my boobs a bit, I prefer my normal Deco.
This bra fits me very well. The bottom of the cup doesn't appear too shallow so I can fill the whole cup. The wires are a bit wide but that is good for me. The only issue I have is the straps are slightly itchy with the lace on the sides but it's not too bad.
The good: The shape under clothes, it is exaggerated and rounded and makes a very good figure under tight clothes. The band is tighter than any other Freya, ever. It's even a little tight for my 27.5" ribcage at the moment so don't worry if you need a 26 band, this will probably work for you. The pattern on the front is cute There is 2 strap positions, so straps can be in the middle of the cup and not in my armpits
The bad: My boyfriend says the pattern looks like I spilt tea on myself The cups are on the large side, compared to the plunge. I have a 28FF plunge that is too small but this in 28FF fit just fine. The front of the band keeps flipping up The silicone lines are a bit harsh, and rub after a few hours
I have never worn this bra so I can't say much about it.
The band is little small for a Freya 32, runs more true to size than most. The lace has a ribbon across the top so I don't think this bra would suit full on top boobs, the material is very thin but looks gorgeous and the pattern runs the whole way around the band.
The wires on this bra are a bit too wide for my root, causing the straps to cut into my armpit/shoulder area. And the underwire is about a finder away from my mammary fold. Band might be a little looser than advertised, but other wise a pretty good fit.
