This fits really well except for the gore, which falls right into the indentation in my sternum (instead of hitting above or below it). The band is really comfortable while still being firm enough to support. The cups fit perfectly, so as long as there is no more boob expansion *fingers crossed* it will be fine after I modify the gore.
ETA: After bending the gore to a nearly comical degree, this bra now fits perfectly.
Pros: seems to be a good fit for my shape; separated, narrow-ish root, even or FOT. The fabric is high quality, and the band doesn't seem as stretchy as other Freyas I've owned. The fit gives me a front-and-center look, but not pointy.
Cons: the straps are a bit widely set. If you're in the correct cup-size for this model, though, I think that won't be a problem.
I love the Freya Deco bras, they are always comfortable for my boobs. They don't stretch out quickly and they don't poke anywhere. I only had to switch to the middle hook after using this bra on the outer hook for one year almost continues use. This bra keep my boobs lifted and looking great. The Taylor version of the Deco bra looks so sophisticated.

I think I bought the 28F Freya Antoinette (3925) Bra in Beige because I wanted an unlined, seamed, beige bra to wear in summer under light or clingy tops. However, the band on this is relatively firm for a 28 Freya, the cups are way too small so I quadboob, and the whole thing looks sad. The only good thing about the way this fits me is the cups, being too small for me, have relatively low coverage for a Freya. I suspect an Antoinette in my correct size would, as most Freyas do, cover way too much of my petite frame.
I can see why people like this bra, in spite of the hideous straps. I think it'd be a good everyday bra for someone whose boobs have space between them, unlike mine. And who can wear 28 bands comfortably, unlike me. And who really is a 28F and not delusional, unlike me. This was early in my brafitting journey, okay? Sometimes we fall for the wrong bra through naivete and irrational hope.
I was super surprised by the fit of this bra. I did not expect it to work as well as it did. I do have a TINY bit of quad boob a the bottom-ish part of the cup since it goes down so low. I may try a size up to see how it goes. EDIT: I did go up a size, it's way too big. Also, tried this bra on again a week later, fit much better as I wasn't about to be on my period. Yay!
The band fits nicely. EDIT: I did start to wear this with an extender because my back was hurting a bit ...and the extender took care of that completely. No gaping anywhere. I'll be happy to have a bra that does not allow my nipples to show through! Also, I have terrible problems with bras hurting my armpits, but this one does a pretty good job of not rubbing! It does poke a little, but the smooth fabric prevents it from really chaffing badly.
I'm not totally sure how I fill out the bottom - when I poke down there, it doesn't cave or act like there isn't breast tissue down there, but I don't know for sure. I'm still figuring out my breast shape/level of projection, but I'd say this one works with me. Read more 115 more words
I really like this bra. It's nude moulded cups. The band is nice and snug but very comfortable. The cups gape on me partly because my underbust and above is not V shaped. I'm pretty much straight up and down, more of a l l shape, or slightly taped above my underbust. So sometimes I have wrinkling/gaping issues on the top of cups, even though I'm also even and slightly FOT. So bras like this bra won't work for me unless I take the top part of the band in and alter the straps so that they are more centered. I'm going to exchange this bra. It is a very nice bra.
This is a quality bra, but I'm not sure if it works for me.
Cons: I'm a FOB and there is some empty space at the top of the cups. Also, the edge of the bra shows through on tighter shirts and the straps seem very wide, which I didn't like. Pros: This bra does give good cleavage and the gore sits low, allowing you to wear deep v shirts. I like how smooth the outside of the cups are. Also, the bra is very supportive and seems very well made.
I'm so conflicted about the Deco. It's one of the best and worst things that I've ever worn.
Pros: INCREDIBLE SHAPE! INCREDIBLE CLEAVAGE! Durable Adorable colors and prints with tons of variety Did I mention incredible shape and cleavage?
Cons: Definitely not a band for sub-28 ribcages, it's super loose and gives zero support Shoulder straps are bulky and dig in to the point of bleeding Side of the cups dig into armpits to the point of bleeding The top of the cup gaps like crazy unless you're still growing When the top of the cups stop gapping, it's because you're spilling out
This bra fits really well. Provides a lot more coverage than other balconette bras I've tried. Bottom half of the cup is made of a very very thin material and the top is just red lace. The straps are quite a bit wider than usual (2cm as opposed to 1 or 1.5). Underwires are slightly padded with some felt. Only downside to the bra is the huge bow sewed on the gore.
The apex of this bra is about a cm too high for me, and there seems to be a shape mismatch. The cups may be too large as well, but if I lean over I seem to have enough tissue to fill them, but the cups wrinkle up at the top when I stand and the top edge of the cup pulls in a weird way. I sized down from my normal 30E for a tighter band, and I was pleased with the band's firmness compared to an unpadded Cleo's 30.
This bra is the best of my bras that fit properly. No bulging out, no gaping, band fits snuggly on the last hook, no uncomfortable underwire, great support. I love it!
I was not happy at all with this bra. I know for a fact that my band size is actually 29inches, so its recommended that I buy a 28 to account for later stretching. I normally buy 30 because its difficult to find 28s and they don't stretch too much, but for a strapless, i know i will need the support. But this one was just difficult. The bra was really tight, even on the last hooks, so I think it runs a little small. It also tries to flatten the breasts with the shape of the cups. Rather than accounting for the full bust people with a 28F have, it is shaped to bring the breast up, or in my case, into the middle. No matter how much I fiddled with it, my breasts were not even and would not stay even remotely in the cups. For the less busty, this is great. Not for the busty! Again, even in a better size, I have gapping along the top side of the cup. I have to tighten the straps quite a bit to get rid of the gapping but then I start to fall out in the center.
This is a simple bra, no excess decorations. Just a plain t-shirt bra.
It gives a rounded and lifted look and quite a cleavage (it doesn´t show right in my pics). I usually need normal - wider wires and now the wires are just and just acceptable. If they were one bit narrower, deco wouldn´t work for me.
Straps adjust all the way and are quite wide. They do have this little lace-kind-of-a-thing on one side which I like. The band felt good and snug. 28 is perfect for me and closes to the loosest hooks. My underbust measures 26-27 comfortably tight.
Some ...say Deco Honey runs big in the cups. I don´t know about that, I concider 28F the usual size for me. This bra was very comfortable to wear all day and it looks soooooo good https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
ETA 1. I got matching undies, shorts and briefs, all in size M. I normally wear M, and my hips measure about 96 cm max. The briefs are a good fit but the shorts feel a bit big! They stay on but somehow they feel more stretchy and I think I could´ve got away with S.
ETA 2. My boobs have changed shape, and there´s now some slight quadboob, especially in the center. It appears right after I put the bra on and disappears during the day. Maybe my boobs don´t stay in the cups all day long... Anyway I don´t think sizing up would work, the quadboob is so minor. Read more 152 more words
This bra is so cute! It's not a perfect fit on me, as it gaps a little at the top and side, but it has excellent support. When I first got it the band was a little tight even on the loosest hook, but I've had it for a few months now and it's quite comfortable. It gives a slightly pointy shape (I've read that this is often true of Freya), which I like.
I tried this model in three sizes, 28E (way too small), 28F (ehh.. ok-ish) , and 28FF (hilariously tall and big cups). The gore did not tack in any of the sizes causing a bunch of fitting issues. If it had tacked, the 28FF would have been the correct cup size, however the cups are way too high. The 28F fit the best of the three sizes, but was a tad small in the cup and I had to squish my girls into it. I could get away with wearing this size but when I put on a tank top over it, I just looked too wide. Returning!
This bra is just beautiful! I love the color and the bird print. The fabric is soft and the longline is comfortable but flips up a bit in the front if I bend over, etc. The cups run a bit small, i was getting quad boob is the beautiful thing. Gives good lift and shape, but I think I need a size up or need to lose some boob weight.
This was my go-to bra, for everyday and every occasion, before I was sized out of the range. The look is smooth and seamless under tight shirts and gives a good amount of "oomph" for scoop-neck shirts. I loved it!
It's a good option if the regular Deco isn't a good match for your shape.
The band is quite stretchy, as is typical of Freya bras.
The regular Deco does not work at all for me- it gaps massively at the top edge. So I was incredibly happy to find that the Deco half cup does work- the cups are the perfect height and so comfortable! I love half cups in general now because with my shape I often get lots of gaping at the top edge of fuller cup styles. I am also always on the lookout for lightly padded or molded bras. It is a symptom of wearing mass market bras for many years and being more comfortable in such styles. The push-up pads don't really give cleavage so much as add girth and can unfortunately make you look wider from the front. However they feel plush- as if your bust is propped up on pillows- perfect for cold winter days, haha. As is common knowledge with Freya bras, I recommend sizing down if you are between band sizes.
