My fit needs: projected, immediately projected, slightly narrow, fob with tall roots (functionally even), very close set, very center full. I've had this bra for 4 years now in black and blush and it's still on the last hook and the only sign of use is the fact that the straps are a little fuzzy and the blush's straps are also more gray. But this bra used to be too tall for me and now it's way too small for me but the height is still kinda okay since the cups are so tall. The straps are too wide set like most bras and the tall cups really don't help the feeling of them being in my armpits. It's a great cleavage bra especially if you have symmastia and need the j-hook to force your boobs to stay together.
This bra is definitely for return. The best quality of this bra is that it gives me amazing cleavage but it goes way downhill from there. The cups are so shallow for my breasts that it simultaneously both gapes at the top and struggles to fill the bottom corners. I know it's a severe shape mismatch rather than a size issue for if I were to size down I would be able to use my boobs as a headrest.
In contrast to my moulded Freya bras, this unmoulded bra simply didn't work at all for me, due to the quadboob effect where the material cut diagonal lines across my chest! I wanted a bra that would not be so noticeable under clothes, so I thought the relatively thin material and the beige colour would be good for that. It was a light beige colour and thin as I'd hoped.. But due to that awful cutting in, it looked silly. It felt more like a sling than a bra, it was two pieces of material being pulled down by the breasts, not able to lift anything up! The lack of support ...is a real let down literally, I have wireless lace bralettes that give me much better lift than this bra, and this bra has underwire! There were no comfort problems with the underwire as such and the cups were filled at the bottom. The band was not too loose. But the high apex part was really not suitable. I can't think of any way I could work with it - Getting a smaller cup size would be even worse, but one cup size bigger and I wouldn't fill it properly! Read more 89 more words
This bra is comfortable and fits well, although the gores are slightly too high and wide for me. It's one of 2 Freya bras I've tried, and so far this is my favorite brand!
while it's quite cute the shape is just a bit off for me. it's a bit wide and as i'm center full with narrow roots i don't have enough boob to fill out the side.
other wise it was fairly nice, the stretch lace accommodated my uneven breasts fairly well, despite the stretch it is a firmer lace so it might cut in on others.
the gore did seem to want to pull away at the top a bit on me but i wasn't uncomfortable.
I am currently between sizes 28E and 28F, so I decided to order a couple of 28F styles to try. However, I miscalculated and forgot that while Freya's side support styles run a half size to a size small, their unlined plunges actually run about a half size to a size large (their padded styles tend to be TTS). Therefore, the 28F and 30E unlined plunges I purchased are both far too big on me.
Florri is a beautiful older style that I was able to pick up from Amazon. It is a pretty standard Freya unlined plunge, with a 3 piece cup that ...is on the taller side and designed for upper inner fullness. Currently, the 28E in this cut still fits me pretty well, because my size gain has been mostly upper tissue. I would recommend staying with your normal size if you are balanced, and sizing down if possible depending on wire width if you are shallow on top for this cut.
The band here is TTS and I have no complaints, it feels good and stays in place. The band is made of printed powermesh so that the design runs throughout the bra, and it has a gentle leotard back. Overall, construction is pretty standard for the printed unlined plunge, with single layer silky printed fabric making up the bottom of the cup, and lace backed mesh making up the upper cup. The print is really cute, with pink, coral, orange, and yellow wildflowers and green leaves on a white background. It reminds me of wildflowers, but the colors are more vivid, like desert blooms. A cute and springy design that I would love to keep! The upper cup lace is also beautiful, being made of an intricate feather-like design. The mesh used on this upper cup has no mechanical stretch, and the upper cup edge is also rigid, so it may cut into upper tissue if you have tall roots and a lot of upper fullness.
Styling is kept simple on this bra, with white trims throughout. The straps are made from medium width elastic with an intricate pattern and wide scalloped edges. There is no fabric topped onto the straps, so it makes adjusting much easier. The only trim is a small bow with a circular center charm at the gore, which I don't hate despite being one of Freya's infamous random metal charms. The design is clean, pretty, and cohesive. I really like the appearance of this bra, and I hope to hunt down another one for my collection in the right size and fit! Read more 340 more words
Wow, this is such a pretty bra. Ebay seller sent me a size too small, but the bra probably wouldn't have worked for my close-set breasts anyway (gore too high). Also, FYI, this size has only 1 hook!
I've mostly worn Panache Cleo's in a 28F. My best fitting bra is the Cleo Blake. I'm pendulous, even, fuller on top and projected. I've primarily worn Cleo bras because the 28 bands work for my size 26 E/F. Since the Cleo Minnie has been discontinued I've been exploring other brands. I just got this bra today from Amazon and the fit is perfect. The wires are a little wide on the sides but that's common in this size, even in Cleo's. Unlike the older Cleo's that pushed me to the center this bra gives me a more natural fit. I don't get that little spill out the ...middle like I do in some of my Cleo's.I was worried about the band being too large but it actually fits comfortably. The cups are a floral print on a navy background. The top of the cups, wings and gore are lace while there is a supportive white, navy and blue elastic band. The cups are trimmed with an elastic band so they don't cut into my boobs. The bra is both casual and dressy. In spite of the lace it looked smooth under a darker T-shirt. I'm excited now to try more Freya bras. Read more 93 more words
Bought this bra hoping it would be a daily nude bra that conveniently doubles as strapless. Despite being the same size and brand as my best-fitting bra, this one was very uncomfortable and unflattering on me. The wings and bottom underwire of the bra are lined with silicone which, while useful to keep the bra in place while strapless, is pretty uncomfortable especially due to the snug fit. I suspect the shape of my breasts are incompatible with the bra, as the bottom underwire is at least 2cm too low from the bottom of my breasts, and when the straps are on or I inhale, the cup cuts ...into the tops of my breasts. The fabric is very soft and smooth (but arrived with some small pilling on the cups) and I give it props for the many notches you can move the straps with, but definitely not for me. If anybody is interested in taking it off my hands then let me know- I’ve only tried it on twice (2nd time for the photos lol) and the tags are attached! Read more 73 more words
This is the best fitting bra that I own, and I’m so glad because it’s also my favorite one that I’ve ever seen! Not only are the print and colors exactly my taste but it’s the first bra to ever properly fit me, and my intro to proper bras. I’m still trying to find other bras that fit as well as this one, without any luck so far. The fabric is thin which makes it cool and breathable, but I don’t have the confidence to wear it with tight clothes as my nipples can poke through if not kept perfectly aligned with the seam. It conforms to the natural shape of my breasts, and it keeps them a bit separated , so I’d stay away from this model if you prefer a more pushed-together, round shape. Overall incredibly comfortable and I love wearing it under baggy clothes the best.
The bra is very nice and one of my first purchases after finding out my new measurements. The band is uncomfortably tight for me (28F) so I'm considering going 30E.
Depending on the day, this sometimes feels like the best fit for my breast shape. It cuts in a tiiiiny bit (quadding), but the 30E had a bit of wrinkling in the upper part of the cups. I've been wearing the 28F with an extender while I break it in, because for some reason, despite this being one of my best fits, it feels the most "boob cagey" to me. This bra seems like it's going to hold up very well over time. The straps are the thickest/widest I've had in awhile. Wish the gore was a little narrower and/or lower; that might fix the slight quadding.
I got that bra in the wrong size. I'm jealous. I really wanted it to fit.
Good taste.
