This is a beautiful bra, and the fit is nice. For me, it fits a bit like the Cleo Lucy in 30 G, i.e. the band fits well, the cups too, but on my smaller side the cup is a bit too big. However, this can be adjusted with the straps and gives a little room for bigger chest days (PMS). I also like that you can see the breasts through the material since it also shows where the bra is really sitting (i.e. directly in the fold or too low etc.). . I guess there are breasts on which this bra looks better. Mine are very soft (pregnancies etc.) and you can sometimes see some wrinkles, but it still looks good. And my husband likes it, too... https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Also, it is comfortable and not just for the bedroom, and it gives a nice shape, somehow forward and up (I didn't find it pointy like other reviewers). However, I had to bend the wires around the sternum as they were uncomfortable.
You know, I think this might be my size in Freya halfcups, and I think the print is the prettiest I've ever seen by Freya! If you ever decide you hate the print too much I'd be delighted to buy it from you.
Got this as a give-away. Unfortunately, the cups are too big for me in the top section. It is very well loved, but free, so yeah. The gore is also a gore o' doom for me.
I had this in 30E green with white dots and this one fits better. The band is much snugger and it doesn't create a quadboob effect on me. With that being said, I still had to move the straps in a bit.
I have a Freya Piper Padded Longline Bra (1233) in 30F and it fits pretty well. I was afraid that the 30FF wouldn't fit, but I moved the straps a bit, which means less gaping and no rubbing under my arms.
It's a very pretty bra and not too visible under tee shirts. The longline doesn't flip up on me. It does scrunch a bit, but I don't mind. One issue I have is with the band. The bottom part of the band is looser on me since my rib cage is smaller in that area. I mean, I'm a triangle, not a rectangle. I wish they would have tapered the band a bit. I like that there are 3 rows of hooks instead of 2.
I just got it and put it on and it's super soft. I love the shape it gives my boobs, but it is just a little bit on the small side in the cups, but just barely. Not small enough to create a quad boob effect. The material seems to be of high quality and I love how thick the straps are. I can't say much else about it now since I just got it and put it on.
This bra is cute and high quality. It's by far the most comfortable bra I have tried, even though it didn't quite fit. I will definitely be getting this one in the proper size.
I like Freya and I like longlines, but the band is too long. I have a Piper longline and it's shorter than this one and this one has actually been shortened by the person I bought it from. I prefer the Piper design as well.
Okay, I was told plunge bras were not for me because of my shallow breasts. But I WANTED this bra because it's pale pink and I LOVE pink. Problem: I could fit my whole hand and then some in the cups.
I'm actually going to give it a go in 30E because I really did like it, and it seemed going down two cup sizes might be the answer.
Well, I do love these Patsy bras! Pretty color, solid construction. I have a little room in the top but that seems to be the case with just about every bra I have.
This bra is adorable, and fits me perfectly except for some room at the top of the cups! I'm kinda getting used to that. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> I'm looking forward to trying the Patsy half-cup as well, because everything about this style fits like it was made for me.
In comparing this to the Patsy longline, this one fits beautifully. It's perfectly snug, and it has three rows of 6 hooks each as opposed to the Patsy's two, which perhaps makes the difference. I highly recommend this bra.
As I'm wearing it today, I changed my fitting assessment. It DOES fit in the cups once I'm REALLY scooped and swooped. In this style I don't mind not quite filling the cups...I'd rather than than spilling over. But really, this fits! It isn't as snug (read: tight) as the Patsy longline, maybe because there is a third row of hooks. I also like the smooth straps, no little scalloping along the edges like some other bras I've tried, so I don't even feel the straps at all
I bought this in 30FF and altered the band down to 28, as well as adding boning to the sides as it kept riding up.
The cups are tall, and too shallow in the bottom for me, I get orange in a glass effects. The band kept flipping up, hence adding the boning to the sides as well. But this is a good bra, the pattern is gorgeous, and the thick fully adjustable straps are very comfortable.
Another winner from Freya! Longline bras aren't easy to put on but once you get the hang of it, I think they're fabulous. This gives me a beautiful "front and center" uplift and everything fits where it should fit.
Honestly, this bra is awesome. It fits well, holds my boobs where they should be, doesn't pinch or poke, and is comfortable. It was a little tight when I first got it, but after a few wearings, it loosened up to a comfortable level.
I barely ever have to adjust it, but I do occasionally have to pull a small amount of breast tissue and skin (mostly skin) back into the cup at the armpit. The straps are slightly too wide-set for me, and through they don't fall off, they pinch the skin in my armpits a bit.
Also, the underwire on the left cup digs into my ribcage after ...about 20 hours of wear. This may change with wear, I do not know.
The center gore is not 100% flush with my sternum, but I believe that is because of my body, not the bra, as every single bra I have ever worn is the same way. My chest dips in at the sternum between my breasts because of muscle mass. It's the best it can be! Overall, I'm very pleased! Read more 71 more words
This bra was not mine but my sisters, though I have got my hands on it for data entry purposes. I've indicated how it would fit to my measurements to the best of my ability.
Freya Deco is by all accounts a lovely everyday bra with it's plunge neckline, moulded cups and sturdy straps. It's perhaps not the most interesting bra visually, but I think that as it's supposed to be a low profile, t-shirt type bra, this isn't really an issue. There's 3 rows of 2 columns of hooks.
The cups are fairly generous, my sister wears a 30G in most other styles (other Freya cuts, Panache Superbra etc) but a 30FF is her best fit in this bra. If you fit in the Deco size range (and how I wish I did), this is a very comfortable everyday bra which works well on fuller on top breasts, and also can give some of the push-up style cleavage which many 'mainstream' brands provide but is difficult to find in fuller bust brands.
